• John (5/5): - layout was OK. the usb cable and mount plate on the ceiling opposite the shower alcove. Looked like a camera ! needed to look closely to find it was a mounting assy for something. Strongly suggest you remove those items as they are not needed and are highly suspicious.

• Winkler (8/5): - It was all self contained very easy to use The fridge is noisey when opening and closing needed a good clean and to greese the opening. Hinges very loud and squeels during the night. But over all great place. But the morning the owners were very loud.

• Sena (5/5): Not worth it - Nothing No aircon on a night of 39 degrees, left the windows open but it wasnt enough. If you rent a room it should be up to standards

• Mohan (2/5): It was not pleasant stay. - Car park suggested in instructions was already occupied by people living at premises. They didn’t move car from designated spot even asked 3 times. Due to that we have to park outside of garage. We were disturbed in our sleep to move car next morning. No lock key was provided for bedroom door. Oner entered in our bedroom in our absence. Oner was disturbing us giving instructions before left to work. Provided code to access key on entrance was wrong Bed have hair and dust in bed linen and every where. We will not go back to this place again.

• Robert (10/5): Amazing in every way. - I couldn't fault the accomodation in any way. The room and the attached bathroom were very clean. The bed is more comfortable than my bed at home and the hosts were absolutely lovely and a pleasure to deal with. I have stayed in hotels that charge more per night and yet provide a lot less. I would definitely stay here again. The only part of my stay that I didn't like was the fact I couldn't stay longer.

• Nicol75 (8/5): Very good - Was easy to find and on the way out the owner was very polite Overall the place was nice but not as clean as I would like meaning there was dust everywhere and the bathroom had grass clippings on their bathroom mat and dust around the toilet and stuff
• Geoffrey (4/5): Everything was fine until owners(?) arrived in the afternoon/night and began the loud conversations! - Easy access, good layout, comfortable bed. VERY loud conversation in the afternoon/evening between a couple of males and then an EXTREMELY loud female's phone conversation on a mobile (I could hear the other person on the phone's speaker, too!) from about 10:30pm that woke me up. I finally had to get out of bed at 11:00pm, opened the bedroom door and shouted to the woman to quieten down! Her conversation stopped immediately but I was so angry I had trouble getting back to sleep!! Also, the set of 4 large square pillows might look nice on the bed but they are very uncomfortable to sleep on! There was just one teabag, no milk sachets, no coffee and not sure whether there was sugar, having given up on having a hot drink in the evening or the morning. Parking on the street only, and not in front of the house because there is a vehicle covered in a tarpaulin there. It is not legal to park on the nature strip! Overall, it felt like the occupants in the house did not realize they had a guest! :-(

• Jane (5/5): Average - When you first walked in, it looks beautiful. It wasn’t very clean with cobwebs everywhere. The fan in the bedroom was filthy as was the extractor fan in the bathroom !!!The fridge wasn’t plugged in or cold… the bed looked beautiful however the pillows were as hard as rocks are not comfortable at all… what’s the towels and face wishes were clean They certainly were not White!!! There was a strange cord coming out of the ceiling in the bathroom which made me really uncomfortable

• Elgersma (1/5): Our first BOOKING disaster. - Nothing The room was not ready when we arrived. We had to wait 20 minutes, at that time it was 4.30 pm. The room was that small no room for a table or chair. The room could not be locked, no privacy. We could not use the cupboard which had their personal belongings in. In the shower used shavings blades on the floor, in the shower room the vanity had their personal belongings in. The microwave could only be used with a extension cord which was not supplied. The kettle could only be used when connected on floor to an extended power cord which is very dangerous. The door between the shower room and the room could not be closed properly. We did not stay and left the property.

• Capistrano (5/5): None - Location is near to my work. In my 3 weeek stay, they didn't clean and replace my towel and bed sheet. No complementary drinks. There is bunch of old appliances under bed and cabinet.
• Malcolm (8/5): Lovely_ - There were Some cr*(icketing trophies) decorating the bed-side. They are A nice couple in the house. The visitor/traveller's area is nicely petitioned. It was a Terrific location and access for my purposes this Melbourne visit. And, reading the instructions, access was good at arrival. It was fun; the, elephants, if you notice them, have their own charm. It is of a different perhaps religio-culture.

• James (2/5): Disgustingly unclean place. - Location to hospital Very dirty. Appeared as though the only clean thing was the bed. Shower blocked due to hair in drain, rubbish under bed, hair on shelves in ensuite. Others that lived in house were noisy until late, and then again early.
