• Julia (10/5): Overall great experience. - Very spacious house, well equipped with everything that you need in it - stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, cutlery and 2 dining tables. Clothes could be hand washed and hanged on the balcony outside. Smart TV with access to streaming. A/C (living room) and Wi-fi worked great. Location was good, just a few minutes from the main tram line, which operates very well. Gabriele was very welcoming and helpful, despite not speaking english. The bedroom doesn’t have A/C, just a fan, and gets quite hot and stuffy during the day. (Summer)

• Filipafar (8/5): A spacious 2 bed apartment in a quiet neighborhood just 20 min away from the city centre - Gabriele is an extremely nice host. We were two colleagues sharing the flat and arriving at different times and he offered to meet each of us separately and gave each a set of keys. Arriving from Peretola airport is extremely easy and affordable by tram (currently 1.70€ - 15 min) and so is the connection to the city centre (same price - 20 min). With the amount of tourists arriving in Florence every day it's really nice to stay in a more quiet and residencial area. There are a couple of very nice restaurants nearby and more than one supermarket. Unifi is just a 10 min walk from the house. Both rooms are big, beds are comfortable, the shower is really good, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. The internet works perfectly. Nothing.

• Elizaveta (7/5): Fairly old flat at a decent location - - Very spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and huge living room - Kitchen with all utensils is available - The bathroom is big, clean and light and creates a good impression despite the aging ceilings. Hot water is always available, no issues with flow. - Direct bus connection to the central station, Lidl and other shops are nearby. - The apartment was not at all renovated after Grandma had left it. The host communicates it transparently and the photos are quite fair. But in reality the rooms were darker and there was a permanent smell of old smoked rooms exaggerated by heavy smelling house aroma sticks. In the evening it felt creepy and I would not recommend anyone sensitive to stay there alone. - Ancient windows made of wood and single glass sheets, not only didn't they isolate the street sounds, but also shaked every time when cars passed by. - Not at all heat/cold isolation, thus in October it was already cold without heating. Proper blankets were not available, only the bed covers. The host needs to invest a couple of thousands to clean up the place and renovate the windows, probably after that the place could be more liveable for the travellers.
• Jonathan (9/5): Lovable small apartment with a very kind host - Very spacious apartment and very nice host too! The WiFi sadly is quite inconsistent and sometimes the neighbours can be a bit loud (only experienced this once ona weekendnight though)
• Jenni (10/5): Home away from home - Beautiful little apartment close to the tram stop. Peaceful neighbourhood and nice restaurants close by. The hosts are super friendly and helpful.
• Martijn (8/5): Very good - The host, the apartment and utilities. The insulation is bad and you hear the street noises way too much. I didn't sleep well because of car and motor traffic.
