- Alex (5/5): Razoável - Próximo de várias coisas como estação de metrô e shopping. Precisa colocar ducha no banheiro, trocar a cafeteira e fogão muito velhos. Trocar a maçaneta da porta do banheiro e a porta de entrada tinha que bater forte para poder fechar pq estava emperrada.
