• Ingeborg (9/5): - Dichtbij de bushalte, rustige buurt, weinig verkeer. s nachts heel stil. Wandelafstand van het strand, minder dan 10 min. We mochten eerder in het huis omdat hij al vroeg was schoongemaakt, heel erg fijn! Alles heel netjes en schoon, ook de tuin. Veel handoeken, ook een grote voor bij het zwembad. Veel stoelen en ligbedden in de tuin. Genoeg borden maar weinig kommetjes voor bijvoorbeeld yoghurt. Koekenpannen bakten aan omdat de bodem niet meer goed was. Een fles water in de koelkast als je aankomt zou heel fijn zijn.

• Emily (10/5): Lovely stay, would recommend - Everything! We did a lot of research before booking and it lives up to expectations. There were only three of us so a single bathroom wasn’t a problem and it meant we had extra beds to pick from! Our son was in the twin room and one of the beds was a bit squeaky and springy but the other was lovely and comfy for him. Master bed also big and comfy. Great to have a heated pool. It’s a small pool so you won’t be swimming lengths but it’s warm and ideal for kids to play in. Hot tub warmed to a pleasant 35c also gave a super extra option. It’s turned off after 8pm which we preferred anyway as the drone or the pump would likely be annoying all night. Kitchen is well equipped, photos included to help inform future guests! We mainly cooked breakfasts and made snacks and it was ideal for that. BBQ outside also available. Really handy to have a washing machine and dishwasher. Tried to use the kettle but it was broken but we just boiled water in a pan and didn’t ask for a replacement but I’m confident that if we had one would have been provided. Grocery shop with decent range of food at good prices a 5 min walk away and the main yumbo centre also an easy walk. Beach about 10 mins walk but also down a bunch of steps so possibly worth being aware of. There is a ramp option at the other end of the beach as well. Dunes are easily accessible at the end of the promenade too. Car parking right on the road outside always available. Not many people walk past, it’s a great spot close to the thick of things but surprisingly quiet. Very private with high fences all around and yet with seating on all sides too as well as on the roof so you have your pick of sun or shade at all times provided the sun is out! We would definitely consider staying again. Very minor issues that we didn’t have a huge problem with included the fact that some of the outside furniture is a bit past its best. Some hammocks on stands or more loungers with cushions would be a nice addition but again this wasn’t a huge issue for us. Shower was okay. It looks nice but the screen needs to be longer to stop water escaping onto the floor and hot water runs out quite quickly, but it’s a small tank so it does heat up again fairly fast for the next person too.
• Leon (10/5): Wonderful, peaceful accommodation whilst being so central - We had a wonderful stay at the Yumbo Pearl. The accommodation is clean and comfortable with great amenities. The outdoor spaces were the highlight for us, really enjoyable -taking time to relax whilst being in the heart of playa del ingles. Really can’t think of anything negative

• Saskia (10/5): Hier komen we zeker nog eens terug! - Wat een heerlijk huis! Zo genoten met het gezin in deze mooie villa. Toen het erg hard gestormd had kwam de eigenaar langs en heeft het zwembad zelfs weer schoongemaakt. -

• Joan Albert (9/5): Una perla molt ben ubicada - Està molt ben equipat i és molt cènteric, però malgrat ser cèntric s’hi respira una pau extraordinària. Les habitacions són molt còmodes i l’entorn disposa de racons molt agradables per al relax. Per a una família de 5 persones hi hem trobat a faltar un lavabo. T’acabes organitzant bé i no ha estat un inconvenient, però un segon lavabo faria l’estada encara més còmoda.
• Yurena (10/5): Relax - La amplitud de la casa, sobretodo la zona exterior de barbacoa y jacuzzi, la tranquilidad de la zona aún estando tan céntrico, está muy bien cuidado y muy limpio. Estuvimos muy cómodos con nuestra bebé de 7 meses y nuestra familia. Gracias a Antonio por su predisposición en todo momento. Repetiremos seguro! Nada, todo genial :)

We had a blast - I do believe this property was the highlight of our stay in Gran Canaria Central location in the most wonderful town, a 10 min walk to the dunes and close to the beach parking available right in front of the house The pool and the jacuzzi are a nice touch to chill in a hot day the accomodation was spotless and had all the necessary utilities Antonio was such a nice host, friendly, giving us all the infos even when bothered with questions at 11 PM (sorry Antonio!!!! but thank you for your support) It is a tastefully decorated house with lots of places to lounge and enjoy a drink, a sunset or a dip in the pool We had a blast! We highly recommend and we will definetly book again for our next trip

• R (10/5): Top - Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Besitzer. Fragen und Wünsche wurden sofort beantwortet bzw. darauf eingegangen. Wir wussten nicht wie wir ein Taxi für 5 Personen zum Flughafen bekommen, Antonio hat es in 10 Minuten geregelt. Die Lage ist top. Auch die Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich. Trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. Wenn wir wieder nach gran canaria fliegen, dann wieder ins yumbo pearl Zwei von den 3 Zimmern waren eher klein und nur 1 Badezimmer, aber auch das haben wir gut hin bekommen

We hebben lekker veel kunnen genieten van het zwembad en de hottub. Er is ons niets tegen gevallen. Het voldeed aan all onze verwachtingen.

• Breda (9/5): We had a lovely stay, very relaxing! I would highly recommend this property. - It was a lovely property. Very clean, lots of storage and very comfortable beds. It’s a newly renovated property with a few finishes missed, but Antonio was so helpful, he even got us some mirrors for the bathrooms during our stay! He’s a great host! A couple of trip hazards, because of difficult to see steps which we did make Antonio aware of. No kettle!

• Mayk (5/5): More attention for details recommended - Perfect located in the City near Jumbo. The Bungalow is renovated, but they forgot changing the keys and doors. Closing systems desolate. No Cushions for garden furniture. Bed linen low quality, towels should be thrown away! We paid 296,61 € / night! For this price has to be all on high level. Nobody was in the Bungalow at Arrival to guide us...In total the price we paid was usury.

• David (10/5): Great little villa. - Good size for us as a couple, would probably struggle with a larger family, privacy very good which is what we wanted. Clean and tidy. Good size pool. Great location, close to supermarket and other amenities. Good communication with the owner. Bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch also even though we didn't drink it. Overall a great villa. If we were to return would definitely re-book. Kitchen could do with a few more basic utensils like sharp knives chopping board and tin openers. A kettle would be useful to if you didn't want to use the coffee machine.

• Okajevo (10/5): A tiny private vila just 5 minutes from the beach - We enjoyed having the whole place to ourselves. Private, clean, and ofc private pool. The kids enjoyed jumping in the pool every time, grilling and outdoor dinner. Being the first to rent and live in this property, it didn't have a couple of things we needed but I can't stress it enough, I would book again!
