- Boris (1/5): The accommodation is impossible to locate due to an unresponsive owner and completely incorrect address and map pin - Nothing. The Property was fake. The owner of the property didn’t answer or give the exact location of her accommodation, which doesn’t exist in reality. Two different taxi drivers circled for hours trying to locate it, but it simply doesn’t exist. The pin on the map is wrong, and the address is also wrong. Terrible.

She send all the information for comfortable staying in Punta Cana On booking the wrong location was marked. This place is 10-15 minutes from the beach but on booking the address was on the beach. Also after booking the price become almost on 100$ higher... Because of some VAT and housekeeping fee.... It surprised us in a bad way :(

- Wendy (6/5): Very noisey location at night for sleeping. Stray dog packs barking, loud cars even louder roosters. - Loved the pool and garden area. Loved the host Yolanda. She did her very best to help us with various requests. Very cute place but very tired and each day we had an issue. Shower spraying water needed fixing second shower head taped with duct tape and sprayed everywhere. Water from washing machine flooded the floor, hoses that needed replacing, out of water for a full day, etc. etc. etc. This unit could use a good deep cleaning and some new sheets and pillow cases. White shouldn't have dark patches on them or holes. Didn't use the outdoor fabric seating as was dirty and slept on by local gato. Also, very dissapointed to the the sides of the streets on the way to the beach and restaraunts littered with garbage.

- Kenquane (10/5): What I expected. - Location was good. About a five block walk from the beach and very very cheap uber ride to the beach if you do not want to walk. Plenty of food options short walk away. The place is tuck into a residential area and felt safe. nothing to add. If you want to save money by having your own place, I suggest this one.

- Ivica (9/5): Superb - The accommodation is really nice and comfortable. The garden and swimming pool are adorable. The aircons didn't work, and the host asked extra money for the electricity 7 dollars per day. It was not written nowhere before.
- Anthony (10/5): Definitely recommend this place and will be back - The property was centrally located, 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars. The pool was super close and super clean! The grounds were well kept, green grass and palm trees. 24/7 security, but not that it’s needed because the neighborhood and town was super safe! The unit itself was so awesome, lots of space, very clean and bright. WiFi was great! Beds and furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you needed as if you could live there year round! I will definitely stay here again!! Everything was great!

The complex is beautiful, well maintained, everyone was friendly, the pool was super clean (and always empty...yay!). There is a security guard, so felt very safe. The living room and porch were very beautiful and comfortable and had everything one needs. The kitchen was well stocked. Both bedrooms were comfortable with nice linens and towels. Just a note, only soap was provided in bathrooms (no shampoo/conditioner). The location could not be better. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants, clubs, stores, absolutely perfect. The area is safe and the complex is in a lovely not noisy street. The host, Yolanda was lovely and very responsive to any issue we had. I highly recommend staying there. We felt the dishes in the kitchen could be a bit cleaner. The whole unit was clean otherwise.
