Guest Reviews
- Gil (8/5): Great value for money and recommended for an overnight stay. - Easy to access with off street parking and well located to the main town centre.
- Bob (10/5): Lovely unit with everything you need - Felt like home with very comfortable lounge, good size TV, all you need in kitchen ware and appliances, good aircon and heating, great beds, good bathroom, separate toilet, laundry, and good wifi system so nothing else we needed. Very quiet location being opposite the side of the hospital and not far from the cbd. Strange no door to the laundry. Back doors and gate needed some repair work.
Garage available but a bit squeezy.
- Louise (10/5): The best overnight stay - It was the perfect overnight stay.
Quiet, so clean, the shower is great and the beds very comfortable…much better than a motel unit.
Ww will stay again when driving through to Melbourne. Nothing
- Katherine (8/5): Comfortable, clean property, good value for money. - The property was well provisioned in terms of cooking necessities, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, washing powder for washing machine etc. The luving room was very comfortable. The beds weren’t very comfortable for 2 people. Once we decided to sleep in separate beds we were ok.

- Yvonne (9/5): Lovely stay for 4 people, in a spotlessly clean & comfortable house. - Lovely house for 4 people, very clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, fluffy towels, bath products etc., comfortable furniture. Nice to have water & milk/cookies provided when we arrived. Easy access to the property. Proximity to the shopping area, needed a car to get to the supermarket /shopping centre.

- Harry Bo-Han (10/5): Quiet, great and convenient location, clean with great kitchen to use and just what we needed. - Quiet, great and convenient location. Clean overall with great kitchen to use and generous food items. Overall just what we needed for the trip. The bins had rubbish in them and the garage had a bit of a smell. Not a problem because I just parked at the front.

- Adrian (9/5): Very clean and tidy accommodation with all the touches. Great hosts. - Very cosy house. All the touches with food and accessories. Very clean with comfy beds. Great hosts. Even had an elf on the shelf. Garage width was very tight for the car. Managed with the one bathroom, but if staying longer, then this may be an issue. A king bed would be ideal, but the rooms probably wont fit it.

We apologised for packing two towels unused when we left but coming back that way to drop off was an easy process for return. When we arrived we had no long life milk or any milk for a cuppa after a long trip.

- Supreet (10/5): Comfortable stay with all essentials - It was a well kept property. We felt welcomed as the hosts were kind enough to keep drink water bottles ready and even kept jug full of water in fridge. The pantry was stocked with chips, noodles, popcorns bags. Tea, coffee were well stocked. Everything was functional. Rooms had ceiling fans - absolute comfortable beds. They had indoor plants and well maintained. The bathrooms were clean and smelled fresh. They stocked bathroom with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sanitary bags. Laundry had dryer as well. There was laundry liquid to use. We had a comfortable stay at this property. Wish we had more days to enjoy. We recommend this property.

- Loretta (9/5): Lovely and clean. The owner has gone to a lot of effort to make the accommodation comfortable for a family. - It was lovely and quiet. The beds and couches were so comfortable. There were plenty of snacks and tea and coffee available. We just had issues with the bath plug not working properly and we struggled to connect the television to the wifi.
- Xinjian (6/5): -
- Belinda (10/5): Comfortable, beautiful styling, comfortable beds very clean - Clean, comfortable cozy Noticing the Ring doorbell camera took me by surprise at first – especially while juggling the kids and trying to get inside quickly out of the rain. I know from having one at home that it video alerts the owner whenever someone arrives or leaves, which can feel a little daunting at first. That said, I understand it adds an extra layer of safety and reassurance for the owner and he was very helpful when I rang for directions.
- Ian (10/5): Very pleasant - Very comfortable and very well appointed town-house close to town (and the hospital which was not needed) Nothing

- Jane (9/5): Cosy, convenient stay in Horsham - Very comfortable property. Great for my parents and I touring the area between Silo Art Tour and the Grampians. Well kitted out with kitchen appliances for breakfast. Heated with electric blankets. I left my kindle and the owner kindly shipped it to me the following day. Also strongly recommend the SMUG’s Horsham Silo Art piece featuring Yanggendyinanyuk. A stunner and our favorite over several others in the area.

- Helen (6/5): Please tell the fair rating! - The host isn’t being honest to state that a 5 star is the rating.
It’s a partially renovated small 2 bed unit in an ordinary housing area.
Yes, the stove top, oven? kettle and new furnishings have made it comfortable, in queen size beds. The bathroom and toilet is still very old with an old shower and a tiny bath.
Just not fair to give the impression only a 3.5 until the unit is completed. Old fashioned area and unit

- Amy (7/5): Clean, tidy, warm and welcoming property perfect for a shot stopover between Adelaide and Melbourne - As other guests mentioned the little treats and homely alternatives, the smell, security and heating The beds could do to be more comfortable. Unfortunately they felt outdated and hard
- Sandeep (10/5): One of the best stays we have had - This property is a little gem, I'm so glad we found it for our overnight stay. It was so cosy and comfortable, the kids wanted to stay longer.
