• Piotr (10/5): - W zasadzie podobało się wszystko. Emiliano jest bardzo komunikatywnym człowiekiem, pomocnym i zawsze dyspozycyjnym. Udzielił nam wielu cennych rad i wskazówek. Starał się aby niczego nam nie zabrakło. W naszej ocenie świetna lokalizacja - blisko do metra i dworca Termini. Okolica bezpieczna - nie mielismy żadnych niemiłych incydentow. Śniadania na talon w pobliskim barze u Mickiego były dla nas fajną atrakcją. Codziennie dobra kawa i pyszne cornetto, a przy okazji możliwość obserwacji lifestyle lokalsów. Jedyne czego nam zabrakło to tv. Ktoś powie: przecież tam jedzie się zwiedzać. Tak, ale po wielu godzinach zwiedzania czasami fajnie po prostu pogapić się w tv. Podsumowując fajny pobyt, być może tam wrócimy...

• MARÍA DE LAS ANGUSTIAS (9/5): - Emiliano nos recibió personalmente y nos facilitó información válida para la estancia. Fue muy amable. Nos ofreció poder tomar por las mañanas tarta típica de Roma y frutas. La habitación es amplia y se puede estar muy cómodo. Ideal para pasar unos días en Roma. La ubicación es muy buena, cercana a la estación Roma/Termini pero lo suficientemente separada para no afectarte el bullicio de una zona así. Muy cerca, a 5 minutos caminando, hay acceso a metro de la línea A (pasa por los sitios más importantes). Buena relación calidad/precio. Muy recomendable.

A mes disposes de tiquets diaris per prendre cafè i croissant en un bar proper. L'amfitrió amabilissim disposat a ajudar-te en el que necessitis durant la teva estança. Hi tornarem!
• Anton (10/5): - Ubytovanie malo skvelú polohu neďaleko hlavnej stanice Termini, prístup na metro Vittorio Emanuele 5 minút chôdze pešo. Raňajky riešené formou kupónu do neďalekej kaviarne s typickou talianskou atmosférou, cappucino a croissant. Majiteľ veľmi ochotný poradiť ohľadne lokalít v meste a miest na gastronómiu. Izba bola čistá, každý deň uprataná. Checkout bol umožnený dohodou trocha neskorší takže sme si mohli prispôsobiť plány aj v posledný deň.

El lugar era super tranquilo, el barrio también. El desayuno incluido en MikyMar era un cornetto y un capucchino, riquísimo! Emiliano es un gran anfitrión, sin duda volveré! No tenemos ninguna queja

• Mateusz (10/5): Najlepszy pokój w Rzymie 🤑 - Polecam serdecznie wszystkim ten pokój właściciel bardzo ciepło nas przywitał mieliśmy zarezerwowany pokój od godziny 12.30 lecz dotarliśmy do miejsca pobytu około godziny 10 ale to żaden problem właściciel specjalnie przyjechał wcześniej żebysmy mogli już się rozpakować bez zbędnego czekania!! 🤑Polecam to miejsce z tego względu że od dworca głównego do miejsca zakwaterowania jest tylko 200 m. Z dalszych udogodnień ogromnym plusem jest to że komunikacja miejska nie jest potrzebna dlatego że do wszystkich atrakcji jest bardzo blisko!! Rozniwez niedaleko znajduje się metro którym można przejechać pół miasta które poprowadzi również pod sam Watykan. Pokoje są naprawdę bardzo przytulne oraz klimatyzowane nie ma się do czego przyczepić Jeśli miałbym znów wybrać się do Rzymu na pewno wybrał bym to miejsce ponownie!!! 🤑🤑🤑🤑

• Aurora (9/5): Good place, good location, amazing place. - The place looks exactly like the photos. Emiliano was very attentive from the moment we arrived until we left. He gave us some tips on where to go and welcomed us with water and fruit. The included breakfast is at a nearby place where you get a croissant and a coffee. The location is excellent, very close to Termini Station. The air conditioned works well :) In my opinion, the fact that someone came to clean the room without a specific schedule made me feel uneasy, as I wasn’t sure whether I could stay in the room or if I should leave.

The interior is clean, spacious, and very comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The real highlight, however, is Emiliano himself. He’s an exceptional host, attentive to every detail, incredibly kind, and always ready to offer helpful tips. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a warm atmosphere in Rome!
• Monika (10/5): A unique stay - Upon arrival, we were greeted by an incredibly warm and helpful host. Throughout our stay, we were able to contact them in case of any issues. There were snacks and drinks available for us to enjoy. An additional plus was the good internet connection. The apartment is located close to the train station and the main attractions of the city, and we had no trouble getting around on foot. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The location is excellent—close to Roma Termini and Metro stations—making it easy to explore Rome on foot.

• Robyn (10/5): Fabulous ! - Great location for our overnight stay at the end of a cruise - 4 mins walk from our train (happened to arrive at platform next to side exit from Termini!) and 3 mins walk to the airport bus on departure. I would stay here again for a longer stay too. Neighbourhood felt very safe. The B&B was very comfortable, quiet, well equipped with everything we needed and has an elevator. Emiliano was most responsive, helpful and generous with information and supplies. He also provided vouchers to take to a nearby cafe for morning coffee and croissant which was open early and excellent. Overall great value.
• Kallie (10/5): Brief but Incredible Stay at Ulysses! - Emiliano messaged me up through my arrival on WhatsApp, provided detailed directions on how to reach the stay from Roma Termini, and greeted me at the elevator when I arrived. Emiliano's hospitality was incredible and much appreciated after a long travel day on my end. While I was only at Ulysses in Rome for about 13 hours, as I was only staying the night before traveling back to the United States through FCO, I thoroughly enjoyed my time! Ulysses was well-stocked with candies, coffee, tea, cereal, juice, milk, and water, as well as a couple fruit tarts in the shared living room area. Ulysses is within a 3-8 minute walk of Termini, depending on the time of day and which entrance you're able to go through, which was a huge benefit for me. The bed was quite comfortable, and the AC worked well. Emiliano was very personable, and I enjoyed getting to meet him and chat with him for a bit. Because I was only there for 13 hours, 6 of which I was asleep for, I don't have anything to add about neighborhood or exploring Rome. However, I would highly recommend this stay to anyone, especially those looking to be close to Roma Termini. Nothing, Emiliano and Ulysses were amazing! :)

Unfortunately the location of the accomodation felt unsafe with surrounding streets feeling run down and dodgy for female travellers. The room was overall clean but felt as though the bathroom needed some deep cleaning done.

• Richard (10/5): Excellent loaction. Clean, comfortable B&B. Exceptional host! - An ideal, good value B&B for visiting Rome, situated on the third floor within a traditional style block of flats. Excellent location, 10 mins walk from Termini main rail station and similar distance to the metro red and blue lines. Our exceptional host and owner, Emiliano, was delightful and couldn't have been more helpful in making sure that we were comfortable. He imparted all the knowledge we needed to make the best use of our time during our visit. Nothing was too much trouble for him to help us. We kept in contact prior to and during our visit using Whatsapp. Our twin bedded room, one of 2 bookable rooms, looked out onto the back of other buildings; it was well furnished, clean and functional. Kettle with teas, coffee and milk available. The common area had a small fridge and sofas, with an abundance of tourist reading material available. Included breakfast of a coffee and pastry was taken at a nearby cafe, other food available at cost. We will certainly book again for future visits. Well done Italy on the rugby result! Nothing.

• Vishal (10/5): Conveniently located with a kind helpful host and great amenities - Very close to Roma Centrale in a quiet building. Emiliano is a very gracious and kind host, pointing out the amenities & sharing tips on what to see and where to eat. Room (ours was a triple) was large and included a microwave & electric kettle in the room. There were cups, instant coffee, some utensils and napkins. It is adjacent to a common room that had some fruit tarts, drinks & some yogurt in a fridge, and fresh fruit (maybe other things as well, I didn’t do a thorough check.) We were given vouchers for breakfast at a bar nearby, but had an early morning flight so couldn’t make use of them. Emiliano felt bad and brought in fresh fruit and made sure the fridge was fully stocked! Big, comfy towels, nice bedding. Nothing.

He welcomed us when we arrived and saw us off when we left, and we thought that this was a lovely touch. I visited with my mum to celebrate her 70th birthday. On the day of my mum's birthday, Emiliano put a light up message board with a very sweet message for my mum. Thank you so much Emiliano see you again. N/A

Plus you get a Voucher to go and get coffee & croissant if you like. Really nice coffee I must say The only thing was the shower was small for me, bur was doable with very slow manoeuvring’s 😊, but the shower work well .

• Stephen (8/5): Overall, a great place to stay in central Rome. Friendly, comfortable. - The location was great, a very short walk from the busy Central Station, however Ulysses was very quiet. Emiliano, the boss, contacted us before arrival via WhatsApp, and we were able to clarify all the information we needed in good time. We were able to leave luggage there both before check in, and after check out, which was a huge bonus. The stop for the airport buses is really really close. Although my preference is to have a more nutritionally balanced breakfast, the coffee and croissant filled with sugar at Mickys Bar was a delightful experience. We walked off the calories and got our proteins later. We finished the chilled water really quickly, and would have preferred to have had refills. There are far too few power sockets, we had 8 items to charge and 2 sockets only, this was really troublesome.

The bedroom and the common room from which it opens are quirkily furnished and comfortable. Emiliano the host is very nice and helpful. Little things, like providing daily fruit and cake, are much appreciated. The lack of serious curtains means you wake with the dawn, which may be an issue for some.

• Lionel (8/5): Very good - Emiliano was friendly, helpful, giving us information. He has a cosy flat well located close to Roma termini. We were able to store our luggage till 5pm. Emiliano who lives in the flat arranged an appointment to get them back. We haden't read the check in time 12-2pm (our fault) and arrived late, 23.15 pm. Emiliano who lives there welcomed us, just bit a pity we had to pay 20 eur extra. But besides that, overall nice.
• Tim (9/5): Superb - Good location, close to station and to main sights, with plenty of bars and restaurants in the region. No good curtains in the room and the ones that were there were a bit dirty.

• Nantakorn (10/5): exceptional experience - great location, few minutes walk from train station and also bus stop which can reach all the attractions, the place was really cozy and clean. The breakfast voucher was fabulous, wonderful cornetto and nice coffee. The owner Mr. Emiliano was very friendly and helpful, thank you for everything, it’s wonderful staying there. just a little confuse how to first get in at the front door hahaha (my bad)
