• Ahmed (1/5): Bad - The city We were booked from 23rd June, when we arrived, security told us you didn't have the QR code, after that QR code came but no strip on top of code we are 75 year old, by then wife was tired, so we asked the taxi guy to book us in a different hotel, so we booked in Venice Hotel for three nights, to see if can get in, so the next day we spent nearly whole day there, then we gave up, the security man called us back and he made few calls, some body turn up, started contact with some people, eventually they said we can give you the room but no refund, because we already had booked for three nights and two days were waisted, so late night we came in ,second thing the address was wrong, should have said Lucentia Residences, driver drove around for ages eventually found it, so we gave him extra tip 20 MyR he was so good, must have spent extra two hours to find the place and to book into a different hotel, No TV ,no tea cups ,no glasses, so we bought disposable stuff, God bless you all and also bless us, not good experiences for over 75years old, take care regards Ahmed Maqsood

NOT two separate bedrooms! - the room given to us was very clean and tidy. the host Winnie was friendly, although available only on Whatsapp messages! # the person who received us at the lobby, named Mohidul, had the worst, most unpleasant attitude! # there is no Infinity Pool as promised - I checked with the property and this pool is still under construction. do not book this if you are looking for the pool, it's just a lie. # the location is terrible - nothing is close by, you have to take a taxi to get anywhere - even to eat or to a convenience store! # the posting says 2 bedrooms - be careful to note that the 2 bedrooms are ATTACHED to a common bathroom. there is a common veranda between the two bedrooms with no privacy between the rooms, everything open! and one common bathroom! highly unusual.
• Dexian (7/5): Great location, parking hassle. - Walkable distance to the major shopping district in Klcc. Very clean interior and well equipped. Nice view of the twin towers too. Good security as everywhere you go, you need the access card. Carpark entry was quite a hassle as there's only one access pass, no issues if you only have 1 car. If you have multiple cars, you will have to walk multiple trips to get all cars in and up to the carpark. Very uptight security, no waiting at lobby and they won't open the gantry even if u show the access card for the buildings. The 'futon' is just mattresses with bed sheets, one pillow and a thin blanket. Room was advertised for 6 adults with 1 king bed, 1 single bed and 3 'futons'. Room size was small for 6 adults.

This is the 2nd time i been here,but a bit disappointed, this property,the basing is stuck, kettle and hair dryer doesn't work,but they got try to settle.And this time the infinity pool under renovation.

Stayed 6 days I had an issue with my wifi on the second day. Sent the staff a message. They left me on seen. Never replied. Never assisted with this issue. Fortunately i had mobile data. The place is awesome though.

• Petra (1/5): Bad - The location was good, and there were many facilities nearby and in the complex, but mainly for residents Communication with the owner. I contacted him multiple times that the wifi didn't work, and he even saw all of my messages and did nothing about it. I needed to work. Also, there was a hole in the bathroom, and water was leaking from there. Bedsheets were a bit dirty, but my biggest problem was the WiFi, so I had to rebook a new accommodation on new costs. On top of that, he is asking for a 10-star review!

• Санжар (9/5): Almost perfect stay for a fair price - The host was very friendly and helpful, always responded quickly. The location is really good since it's not far from KLCC and Lalaport is 3 mins walk away (you can eat and shop there). The infinity pool view is just amazing, also has spa room, gym and jacuzzi on the same floor. The room was clean and spacious with almost everything you need (kettle, cutlery, iron, etc.). I would recommend getting disposable slippers and one pair of slippers for the bathroom. And the mirror in bedroom would be great. There is two apartments in one block and our neighbors were a bit loud at night

• Deepu (1/5): Avoid this one. - The view from the 35th floor common area is the only good thing about this place. Extremely bad smell in the room, kinda like pee smell. Not clean at all. Needs a big makeover. Train rail just beside, so it's very noisy. No bidet for the toilet. Empty shampoo and body wash bottles, i donno for what? Water pressure in the bathroom is too less. It's a very small studio, part of a bigger unit. Please avoid this one. Completely not worth the money.

Lalaport Mall just across the way and close to monorail and local su - We were very happy with the size of the apartment and the infinity pool . Loved the views from our room and balcony.. Loved the location too. Loved having the washing machine and dryer combo. The shopping mall is directly across from the residence. There is a grocery store and food court in the Lala port mall. You can take a five minute walk to the entrance that leads you to Monorail and subway but it still requires another five minutes walk through the overhead passageways to reach transportation. Grab is an inexpensive way to travel and ordering food through Grab is a good inexpensive option. Loved the water purifier attached to the sink faucet. Large refrigerator and there is a stovetop for cooking .

However, do anticipate heavy traffic when traveling to the property. I booked two apartments—while both were decent, the unit on level 19 was slightly better than the one on level 9. The person in charge to pass open the mailbox door was not friendly at all. Not being pleasant.

• Lorena (10/5): Super nice apartment - The apartment is very well located next to the Lalaport shopping center where there is a large supermarket if you need to buy something. The Suite is very big, comfortable and has everything you need to spend a few days. Incredible views of the city, super comfortable bed and everything clean. The pool is great and the atmosphere is very quiet. We only stayed 1 day but we will repeat.

We had received a pdf with instructions about how to get the apt key, but they were not precise. We had trouble to get the key, some random guy helped us sharing his internet, it was really annoying. Also they don't store luggage.

I didn't need 2 buy shampoo or Douchegel because they have big tubes. Cleaning stuff in the kitchen etc. I just liked it. Pls put a new couch/sofa in the apartment. This one had his best days. Sitting on it was not convenient...I could feel the suspension.

• Stngg (9/5): Great place to stay with amazing facilities - Well located in Bukit Bintang and next to Lalaport mall which can be accessed from the building itself. The host was very attentive and customer focused. He checked on us till we reached the residence safely and could be reached on WhatsApp for any issue. We were amazed by the step by step instructions given in the manual to ensure smooth check in. Netflix access through an account was provided upon request. The one bedroom apartment was very spacious with plenty of natural lighting and with all the required amenities. The bathroom was great with hot shower. There was a big wardrobe with hangers. A balcony overlooked the train rail. Washing machine/dryer worked perfectly fine. Microwave and refrigerator were clean. All basic cleaning supplies were provided. Specific parking space allocated. Access and security within the premises was ensured at all times by a flock of professional security guards. Lovely facilities such as gym, sauna and infinity pool with amazing views were available. Will definitely stay again! Minor things : To some the noise from the train all day long could be bothering. The bedding was too soft to our liking. A mirror in the bedroom would be useful.
• Mohamed (10/5): Exceptional - Living Hub host was so kind and friendly, check-in process was easy although I arrived late but the host was very helpful and waited me. I recommend everyone to stay here. The location was awesome beside lalaport city center mall (BBCC) and near to Time Square and Arab restaurants. The view from the pool was amazing you can see KLCC and twin towers. Nothing, I’d like to stay longer time here again.
• Chana (2/5): Very poor - We loved the location, and the pool on the roof was nice and had a great view. Many issues with our room. We didn’t have any towels the day we checked in, until the afternoon the following day, so we were unable to shower or even dry our hands. The dryer setting didn’t work on the washing machine, the wifi was so horrible it barely worked and would disconnect every 5 minutes. We had let the staff know, and they arranged for a service tech to come look at it, but said we needed to be there between 1-3pm that day, which we were there on vacation and shouldn’t be our responsibility to deal with the maintenance. The suite above us was also leaking water through the bathroom ceiling which we pointed out as well. There was water damage on the door, a constant puddle on the floor and 2 wet areas on the ceiling which have been there for a very long time as they were covered in black mold. We’ve seen many reviews complaining about the wifi, so it’s clear they don’t actually have any intentions of dealing with these issues themselves.

• Rozana (5/5): Fair, but with improvements this can be rated well. - Friendly support during check-in. Good bed and air conditioning makes for good sleep. Location is excellent as it is so near Lalaport and Metro station. Would rate it well had not for issues on lack of power outlets, water leak from ceiling, unresponsive caretaker and spotty wifi. Lost keys to unit (hard to imagine if they cleaned the unit, they would have known this before hand) and had to be in another unit which has less window space, leaky ceiling and less power outlets. When asked the caretaker is unresponsive. No power outlet to plug microwave (will need to remove wifi), kettle (will need to unplug the ref). Water leaking/dripping from ceiling (with molds and holes) of toilet. Spotty wifi

After solving checkin and WiFi - Location is great The room is complete..(except for wifi) The hotel has 2 fantastic swimming pools, one infinite with a wonderful view of the city from rooftop. There is a nice new shopping mall a few steps from the elevator. Literally. Staff was nice before and after I checked in (but see below). Check in was difficult. Partly because I arrived very late and the flight got delayed one hour. BUT...I exchanged whatsapp and they knew how late I was getting there. I think in such cases there should be a plan B for getting the keys. I almost slept the first night outside. Also wifi was awful, and the room could use a filter with more power outlets.

Operator requested RM200 security deposit, it was transfered prior to vheck in. It has been a week since i checked in, i still have NOT received the REFUND. "HOW DO I MAKE A COMPLAINT REGARDING THIS MATTER" please kindly advise. ON DAILY BASIS I MESSAGE THE OPERATOR, THE ANSWER IS ALWAYS TOMMOROW. Today 5 Sept they promise to refund my Deposit in the Evening. Right now its 0140hrs 6 Sept , i still have receive any REFUND nor An Apology from their site. Please kindly help me to get the operator respond with my REFUND issue. thank you

• Kohei (1/5): Bad - Pool was great The room smelled like drain water. The bed makes noises and I couldn't sleep well. Only one expensive convenience store nearby. WiFi was located outside the room, and the signal inside the room was so weak that it was mostly unusable. The owner promised to fix the WiFi issue, but they never did. I also requested body soap, and they assured me they would provide it, but I never received any. They continued to ignore my messages. Despite this, they asked me to write a good review on Booking.com and to address any complaints privately on WhatsApp. They lack sincerity.

• Bryan (8/5): Great location and facilities, some unpleasant odors and sounds - The location is superb. It is located next to lalaport mall and nearby other good places to drink or eat out. Another thing I enjoyed is that the mall and the neighborhood in general is not crowded at all. In the mall you find everything you need, I got a haircut and went to the dentist there. The location is perfect if you are working remotely and staying here for a longer time. The condo has access to the infinity pool and a gym, both with amazing views. The apartment itself has everything you need and is comfortable. There is also a good view from the apartment itself. There was an unpleasant odor coming from the washing machine. Not super strong but noticeable when you first walk in. The air-conditioning of the room works but was not very strong. Furthermore, during our stay there were weird sounds coming from the floor upstairs until late at night (3am). This made it difficult to sleep at times. It sounded as if heavy furniture was being moved constantly and as if people were running heavily.

The entire building is very new and thus was not rundown like other facilities in the area. We got 2 units within an 'apartment'. The large unit was spacious. The overall cleanliness is disappointing. We had silverfish insect on the bed! The smaller unit had power outlets that were broken and the remaining was used for the router The WIFI is unstable. Washing machine had the dryer function that was broken/not working.

• Howard (8/5): Good stay at Lucentia - The bed was very comfortable, Aircon was good. Nice balcony. Think you could get Netflix if you have your details. They tried to get it for me. It's a fairly high view but not of KLCC. In any case the best views are from the swimming pool. Bathroom was fine. Water purifier was fine to drink from. Lucentia is a good place to stay but it was a touch expensive for one person. Don't worry about check in. You will have details on WhatsApp by time you arrive and someone will meet you. There wasn't a toaster and I couldn't get anything to happen with the oven. The sofa was not comfortable, something needs changing. Myself, I would uprate some of the tables.

• Hung (7/5): Apartment with good potential if they improve the furniture - The building is relatively new and just next to the big shopping mall. The apartment could have been more comfortable if there were a proper sofa and dining table such as those shown in the booking.com site. Instead, the sofa was a cheap sofa bed and you can feel the wiry springs when you sit on it. Totally uncomfortable. There was an extendable bed stored in the living room for extra guest, but I did not use it. It just occupies space in the living room, and together with some unpacked stuff there, the apartment looks cheap. The drain from the washing machine smelt unpleasant Then smartTV was useless. No connection to normal TV channels, no subscribed Netflix. I would not mind paying a bit more for better furniture and facilities in the apartment. It has got potential. But if things stay the same, I would surely choose from other offers for my next visit to KL.

• Jagtish (10/5): Exceptional - Location - The condominium is located next to Lalaport BBCC. Easily accessible through Hang Tuah MRT station (10 mins walking distance). If travel by car, the traffic is not that bad around this area. Security - 24/7 security is available on the property, felt very secure getting in and out of the property. Parking - Free parking is provided on site (no reservation required (need to give heads up to the owner). Staff - Helpful and friendly service from the staff. Facilities - impeccable quality, the room I stayed had fully equipped with a fridge, locker, toiletries, filtered water, water heater, water jug for hot water, microwave, air-conditioner, fan, washing machine-cum-dryer, and fresh towels. Cleanliness - well-maintained studio room. Overall great stay. Parking - for the studio room I was staying in, the parking offered was at Level 3. It was like going around the maze each time to park the car. took around 10 mins each to get in and out of the parking each time from the condominium.

• Rusdi (5/5): The unit is nice but the host need to improve their service with customers - Location and cleanliness and security staff very helpful and friendly I got issues to park the car since they're not allowing me to park at visitor's parking. Tried few time calling the host but never answered the call. Very bad service host👎👎👎.Fortunately the security staff help me by allowing me to park on their understanding.

• Nicola (8/5): Great place to stay - Large apartment in nearly new high rise block,part of 2 year old luxury mall complex. Great views,we were on 19th floor of 34, with amazing infinity pool on roof. Many good restaurants inside and outside mall within 2mins walk. Quiet, on low hill above old, noisy, tourist part of city. Location about 1 km from many different tourist spots in different directions. Unnecessarily heavy security. Need to use access card to enter main gate even though it's next to security guards booth, then to enter lift lobby, then to use lift to your floor. Same to exit. Better than zero security but ... The various letting agents need to sort the actual arrival details better.
• Rossana (8/5): Very good - The property was spacious and located in a great location next to the shopping centre. The pool and gym was great with a fantastic view.
• Nur (9/5): Superb - Wifi, Netflix, Washing machine & Dryer, Beautiful view, Comfortable bed, Clean Can add mirrors (for people who are shorter) because the two mirrors are a bit high. A laundry basket would be nice too.
