• Rosenboom (7/5): Oké verblijf in de buurt van centraal station - Fijne locatie dichtbij Milano Centrale. Prima appartement. Weinig faciliteiten in het appartement (wel een keukentje maar geen theedoek bijvoorbeeld). Veel waarschuwingen en boetes voor bijvoorbeeld de vaat laten staan, weinig gastvrijheid. Moeizame communicatie. Geen mogelijkheid tot bagage opslag.
• Romina Paola (10/5): Most delightful stay - I was completely enchanted by the flat. It is incredibly spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need. The host was super friendly. I arrived at late afternoon and found water, soft drinks, coffee and tea, they also left an umbrella as it was pouring rain. That was a very nice gesture. The facilities work perfectly: washing machine, shower, everything you need for cooking, and a comfortable bed (very important). The room has a skylight that creates a unique atmosphere, as does the lighting. The fact that the building has a lift is fantastic! The area is also safe, everything is nearby, and you can get there quickly on foot! I will definitely be back. They were lovely people.

• juan manuel (9/5): Estancia tranquila por Milán. - La ubicación es muy buena, a diez minutos de la Estación Central. Es fácil acceder a la vivienda y tiene luz natural en toda la casa. Ademas, para tres personas está muy bien y es muy tranquilo el piso y el vecindario. Lo único que no me gustó es que faltaban cosas de limpieza, (cepillo, fregona, etc).

• Olga (8/5): Very good - The location, accommodation, facilities. Check=in to the room was bad. The instructions for checking were sent in an hour of arrival to the house.
• Ieva (9/5): Great for a few days. - Great location, spaciuos apartment. In autumn the floor gets a bit cold, so bring warmer socks.

• Nattha (10/5): Nice spacious room in the city center - It’s clean, spacious and close to everything. Metro station is only a few steps away. The hose was responsive, helped us navigate through checking-in with no problem.
• Saurabh (8/5): Comfortable - Room was beautiful, with good amenities. We had a comfortable sleep. Washroom attached to bedroom would have been too good, but still not a major negative point.

The place is absolutely clean, comfortable and really accessible to most of the main spots of Milano. I am very grateful because this place has completely exceeded our expectations. • Graham (10/5): Great apartment in convenient location, clean and comfy. - Nice apartment for a couple of single, bigger than the photos make it seem, everything you need for a nice stay in Milan. Air con works well. Kitchen all you need if you did want to cook something. Fridge was stocked with water and coca cola which was a nice gesture. Not a fan of the app-based key entry as you then have the worry of your phone going dead while out - and if your phone does go dead, then how do you all the host or even find their number? The power socket near the washing machine didn't work, so I had to use the socket extension from the kitchen to make it work.

• Agnieszka (1/5): Unfriendly Host, Poor Check-In Instructions, and Uncomfortable Stay - When we arrived, we couldn't check in because the instructions were not accurate, and the host was unfriendly. The door system didn't work properly; we had to contact the owner whenever we needed to enter the flat. We spoke to other renters nearby who faced the same problem. The lift was quite old, so we avoided using it. The flat was noisy at night due to the water boiler, preventing us from sleeping, and it smelled like someone was frying food all night. The area around the flat felt unsafe, especially when walking from the train station. We agreed with the host not to stay another night and to receive a refund for the unused night, but he stopped responding after blaming us and being unpleasant. We've stayed in many other places and have never been so disappointed.
• Valerii (1/5): Bad - Caution - danger! Be sure to take a video of the entire environment! The owners are playing games! They gave us a broken TV and then extorted money for it, quite a bit! I do not recommend taking this apartment! stay away
