• Sara (8/5): Para repetir - La habitación es bastante completa; secador, zapatillas de cortesía, albornoz, toallas, gel, champú.. El barrio en el que se ubica es muy tranquilo y con buenos servicios cerca. El alojamiento cuenta con una cocina comunitaria con desayuno de cortesía. Tanto el propietario como el personal de limpieza son verdaderamente encantadores y serviciales. Repetiría. Por poner alguna pega, la cama es algo pequeña y personalmente, a mí me gustan los colchones rígidos y este es blando, pero llegando cansado ni te enteras.

• Maria Jesus (8/5): Ciudad museo - George, el chico que trabaja allí, es estupendo, a él le pongo un 10. Es muy amable y servicial y tiene la habitación muy limpia. Nos daban café, galletas muy ricas, zumo y bizcocho. También tienes tisanas y otras cosas. Es una calle tranquila aunque había obras fuera durante nuestra estancia. El baño de mi habitación muy mal debido al ruido constante de la cisterna, horrible para conciliar el sueño. El dueño debería hacer alguna mejora porque dormir es fundamental, principalmente se paga por eso.

• Guro (8/5): Hyggelig sted, hyggelig personale - Greit rom, godt lys (det er veldig fint å kunne velge mellom hvitt lys til baderomsdelen og varmt lys til resten), veldig hyggelig, tilgjengelig og service-innstilt personale. Sjarmerende rom og bygning. Forferdelig madrass (men sov godt likevel), fikk ikke med meg hvilken etasje jeg skulle til (men kanskje stod det et sted) ved ankomst. Svært bråkete vifter, hadde vært fint med en vanlig dusj i stedet for regn/massasje.

• Lidia (8/5): La estancia ha sido muy buena - La ubicación está bien, aunque en Roma hay que andar mucho. Alexandro nos atendió muy bien! Todo estaba muy limpio. Y nos preparaba el desayuno muy bien Merece la pena al hora de hacer la reserva contratar cama extra grande de como hicimos nosotros porque sino las camas de matrimonio par pareja son pequeñas. A tener en cuenta que el ascensor es muy pequeño y un carro de niño no entra, por lo que hay que subir las escaleras a pie.

Está ubicado a unos 15 minutos a pie desde la boca de metro de Barberini. Calidad precio está bien. Entra bastante luz en la habitación, la cortina que tiene no es suficiente. Añadiría un estor enrollable opaco para poder bajarlo a las noches. Eso en mi caso, porque me desvelo fácilmente, mi novio durmió de tirón.

Camas muy comodas Facilidad con cualquier cosa,viajé con mi familia y disponiamos de la cocina y todo su mobiliario para poder desayunar tranquilos y con cafetera Si vuelvo a Roma intentaria alojarme seguro en el mismo sitio Me gusto todo, solo pondria que no esta muy centrico y la calle es un poco oscura ( no se que pasaba con la iluminacion ) pero todo ajeno al alojamiento Y que llegamos por la tarde y tardamos un poco en que nos abrieran la puerta de abajo,aun contactando con el telefono de contacto,pero una vez leyeron nuestro mensaje de texto,nos abrieron
• Maria (7/5): - Ηταν πολυ ωραιο μικρο και ανετο παντα ζεστο νερο να κανεις μπανιο , οτι ωρα ηθελες εκανες καφε στην κοινόχρηστη κουζινα .. καθημερινο καθαρισμα 🙃 Ειχα μια πολυ κακη εμπειρια εφτασα στις 3 το βραδυ ενημερωσα οτι θα εφτανα τετοια ωρα εγκριθηκε το αιτημα μου ομως φενεται αυτος που επρεπε να μου ανοιξει την θυρόπορτα μαλλον επεσε για υπνο και αναγκαστηκαμε να γυριζουμε στους δρομους με τις αποσκευες μας να βρουμε αλλου να μεινουμε.. δυστυχως ταλαιπωρηθηκαμε πολυ το πρωτο βραδυ .. (μας επεστρεψαν τα λεφτα της μιας νυχτας πισω )

• Kowalczyk (9/5): W porządku :) - Hotel położony jest w spokojnej, cichej okolicy, a jednocześnie w pobliżu znajduje się wiele przystanków autobusowych, świetne połączenia z najważniejszymi atrakcjami Rzymu. W okolicy łatwo też znaleźć sklepy. Właściciel jest sympatyczny i chętnie służy pomocą. Pokój w l spełniał oczekiwania i odpowiadał standardowi hotelu, był wygodny i zadbany. Pokój był ogólnie w porządku, jednak warto zwrócić uwagę na kilka elementów wymagających odświeżenia. Spłuczka w toalecie działała nie do końca sprawnie, a wentylacja w łazience była bardzo głośna i włączała się automatycznie przy zapalaniu światła, co bywało uciążliwe.

Mulțumiri lui Giorgio! - În primul rând, doar cuvinte de laudă pentru Giorgio, cel care ne-a primit, ne-a explicat orice și ne-a mai ajutat cu ce am avut nevoie. Extrem de drăguț și binevoitor. Merită o mărire de salariu. Very very kind. Ne-a fost frig noaptea și ne-a mai oferit o pătură. Bucătăria foarte bine aprovizionată. Am apreciat faptul ca aveam cafeaua gratis asigurată, espressor de foarte bună calitate. Prăjiturele, șervețele, căni, ceai. Bucătăria extrem de bine pregătită, puteai să gătești orice. Baia avea de toate. Foarte drăguță baia, nouă, modernă. Nu este tocmai ieftin pe noapte așa ca eu cred ca să fie raport ok calitate - preț ar trebui ca pereții să fie vopsiți din nou și reparați ca chiar să își merite prețul. Televizorul schimbat, foarte vechi, fără youtube/ netflix.

• Efraimia (7/5): Καθαρό, ευχάριστος χώρος, πρακτική τοποθεσία, κάποιες λεπτομέρειες θέλουν διόρθωση. - Ο Giorgio ήταν τόσο εξυπηρετικός και γλυκός. Το δωμάτιο ήταν κάθε μέρα ολοκάθαρο. Στην κουζίνα νιώθαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Γενικά ήταν τόσο ζεστή η φιλοξενία. Και η τοποθεσία φοβερή, σε 2-3 λεπτά είσαι σε όποια στάση λεωφορείου θέλεις, προς οποιαδήποτε κατεύθυνση. Το καπάκι του καλαθιού στο μπάνιο δεν σηκωνόταν με την κίνηση στο πόδι, το παράθυρο δεν άνοιγε εύκολα γιατί το χερούλι είχε χαλάσει. Παρόλα αυτά, όταν ήταν ο Giorgio εκεί, ερχόταν και μας το άνοιγε ή μας το έκλεινε.

Imagino que al ser edificios antiguos es normal. Nosotros abríamos la ventana para ventilar. Pero estaría bien quizás poner ambientadores en la habitación
• Patricia (10/5): Es war eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft und schöne Umgebung. - Sehr freundliches Personal, der gemeinschaftliche Frühstücksraum ist sehr gemütlich, Kaffee, Obst und Kuchen liegen immer bereit, man kommt mit netten Leuten beim morgendlichen Kaffee ins Gespräch. Um die Ecke findet man einige Restaurants mit guter Küche. Metro Station in der Nähe. Es ist dort etwas ruhiger. Die Zimmer sind witzig und modern eingerichtet. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank ist auch vorhanden.

Dafür war der Preis zu hoch. - Gute Lage, Gemeinschaftsküche, Zimmer modern eingerichtet Lage etwas laut (Bus- und Autoverkehr) Die Zimmer befinden sich in einer umfunktionierten Wohnung, es hat ein bisschen etwas von einer Wohngemeinschaft. Leider war es dadurch auch drinnen für uns sehr laut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt am Küchenbereich. Spätes kommen, in der Küche nachts noch etwas zubereiten und morgens um 7 Uhr ging es schon wieder weiter. Die wenigsten anderen Gäste waren rücksichtsvoll. Das Ankommen (Checkin) war auch etwa konfus. Gäste haben uns geöffnet, ein Schlüssel lag innen parat. Der Vermieter ist abends nicht mehr da. Die Situation im Badezimmer war auch etwas wild. Komische und sehr laute Konstruktion des WCs. Papier durfte nur in den Mülleimer. Die Handtücher haben sehr muffig gerochen schon nach 1x benutzen. Meist der Fall wenn sie nur mit niedriger Temperatur gewaschen werden, was ich für ein Gästehaus nicht hygienisch finde. Einrichtung des Zimmers war modern, aber zum Teil auch schon ein wenig abgenutzt. Bett war bequem
• Dan Livino (8/5): So so..... - Friendly staff and free coffee, water and soft drinks, including pastries and fruit. That was reallt thoughtful. Room was very comfortable for 2 people. Our toilet had issues with flushing. We had to manually flush each time which was frustrating. Other guests were very noisy late at night. Despite my wife informing staff, no warnings or notices were issued. We had to endure 3 nights of noisy guests disrupting our sleep. The property should put up a sign to tell guests no loud noise or drinking in the lounge after 10pm.

• Horațiu Slăvescu (5/5): We'll return to Rome but in another neighbourhood. - Friendly staff, nice makeover of old apartments in up to date accomodation. Coffee always available in a kitchen available for everybody in the house. Valid only for room #7: toilet has a sliding door (barn door) poorly set up, very hard to move, didn't closed well; fans in shower and toilet didn't worked; shower had no door (by design), one of the two sinks didn't flowed out the water fast enough letting the water level in the sink to increase quickly; decorations of the main door were falling. Poor internet (important for turists outside EU). Neighbourhood not very apealing.

• Isi (10/5): - Sehr hübsche Bed & Breakfast Unterkunft, es steht alles zur Verfügung, was man benötigt! In der Gemeinschaftsküche stehen täglich Kaffee, Kuchen und Kekse zur Verfügung! Sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten sind unweit entfernt! Direkt unter der Unterkunft befindet sich ein tolles Restaurant und ich empfehle dort während des Aufenthaltes einmal essen zu gehen! ./.
• María Florencia N. (8/5): Sitio cómodo y limpio para dormir en Roma - La ubicación porque, a pesar de estar alejado del centro, era muy directo para ir caminando. También la limpieza era buena. Imagino que hay que confirmar horario de llegada porque yo no lo sabía y llegué allí y estuve como 10 minutos tocando timbre y nadie me abría. Tuve que tocar otros pisos para poder entrar al edificio. El aire acondicionado goteaba y tuve que apagarlo. También la llave de la habitación costaba encajarla en la cerradura para poder abrir.
