• Theo (9/5): Für einen Kurzaufenthalt perfekt 🤩 - Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, mit dem Aufzug geht es in den 5. Stock , man blickt auf den Park und das Zentrum ist fußläufig. Die Einrichtung bis auf die Duschkabine ist modern, die Küchenecke ausreichend bestückt . Besonders gefallen hat uns das Bett mit fluffiger Bettwäsche und guter Matratze . Das Apartment ist sauber und gepflegt . Die Suche des Schlüssels war Detektivarbeit und nur mit Hilfe des Vermieters zu lösen . Tipp : die Fotos bei booking com genau ansehen , Hausnummer und die Lage der Schlüsselbox findet man nur so heraus 😂 Für unsere Bedürfnisse fehlte es an nichts, wer braucht in Graz schon einen Fernseher ? Die Wohnung war etwas überheizt.

• Emanoel Christian (9/5): I do recommend this flat to anyone traveling to Graz. - the location is very good, 8 min walking until the old town and you can find several places to eat and have a nice cocktail. The host was very helpful and kind.

• Olga (8/5): - Bili smo neizrecivo srecni kada smo pronasli kljuc i ulaz u zgardu Nije nam se dopalo sto nisu bila precizna uputstva- gde se kljuc nalazi, koji je broj zgrade, ulaza. Nije dat opis fotografija, odnosno da se na istima nalaze lokacije kljuca i ulaza. Nije ostavljena informacija o wifi. Nije ostaljen kontakt. Niti obavestenje o obavezi popunjavanja listica Ali je, naglaseno, veoma opsirno, da smo u obavezi da ostavimo cist apartman, te da ce nam u suprotnosti biti naplaceno 20€ Neprofesionalni

• Rick (10/5): Great location, great value great host! - Very clean and roomy and very comfortable. The owner is an excellent communicator and was very kind and offering to pick me up when I got on the wrong bus. I didn’t need him to do that, but I truly appreciated the offer. Also, he was very helpful in getting me into the building because I didn’t really follow the directions carefully. Not his fault whatsoever definitely on me. But he was so kind and courteous about it. I can’t ask for anything better! In fact, at the moment he is holding on to an item I left behind that I can go back and pick up. Can’t beat service like that! Nothing at all it was very nice
• Tamás (3/5): Egyszerű és hideg - Az igen egyszerűen berendezett szállás 12 perc sétára található a főtértől. Egy sarokra van élelmiszerbolt és parkolóház is egymás mellett. A környék csendes, éjszaka is biztonságos. A szolgáltató által biztosított érték, hogy az ágy kényelmes és az internet jó. Ugyan a szállásadó küldött egy üzenetet az érkezés reggelén, de ebből az üzenetből a mailen megkapott változat nem tartalmazta azokat a képeket, ami a házszámot és a kulcstároló helyét mutatja. Ezekre a szállás hirdetésében lévő képekből jöttünk rá, ami nem volt egy ördöglakat, de mindez bőven belefért volna szövegesen is a szállásadótól kapott üzenetbe a továbbiak mellé: "A szemetet dobja ki a házon kívül. Ha az apartman nem marad tisztán, sajnos 20 euró további takarítási díjat kell felszámítanom". Talán nem véletlenül volt tele már érkezésünkkor a lakás bejárata előtti szemeteskosár a folyosón háztartási hulladékkal... Hiszen a fenti, szállásadói tájékoztatóba az sem fért bele, hogy hol van a házhoz tartozó kuka, ha már nekem kell magam után egy fizető szálláshelyen kivinni a szemetet és összetakarítani! A fürdőszobában ugyan volt fűtőtest, de nem működött! A lakásban egyetlen elektromos konvektor volt, ami 17 foknál nem melegítette többre a szobát, még csukott ajtó mellett sem. Ez nem a legkellemesebb hőmérséklet, amikor a kinti -2 fokból megérkezik az ember a szállásra. A fürdőszobai kilépő nagyon koszos volt (nem csak a fehér része volt már szürke a kosztól). A bútorok igen lehasználtak, a konyhai eszközök csorbák, szegényesek voltak.

• Andrea-Maria (8/5): - Genau wie beschrieben - einfache und zweckmäßige Wohnung, gemütliche Betten. Lage sehr ruhig und ideal. Man ist sehr flott in der Innenstadt. Check-in reibungslos - anhand der Fotos und Beschreibung alles wunderbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

• László (3/5): Not worth it. - The owner forgot to write the accurate address , the house number, and he did not write the keybox whereabout. So we had to call him but he did not speak english. There was no TV, carpets, curtains, the apertment was very basic.

• Iryna (9/5): Півтори доби у місті Грац - Місцезнаходження (біля парку, тиха вулиця), доволі комфортне житло, поруч є супермаркет. Фото на сайті boocing.com відповідають дійсності Booking.com переслав лист від помешкання без фотографій, на яких господар відмітив місцезнаходження коробки з ключем. Через це виникли труднощі з заселенням. Бажано, щоб інструкції були повністю текстовими. У помешканні бажано облаштувати ще хоча б одну розетку біля ліжка.

• Rita (6/5): - La proximité à pied du centre ville, la taille et l'équipement de l'appartement malgré le parquet usagé. L'adresse précise (numéro) et l'endroit où se trouve la boîte à clés ont été données sous forme de photos à afficher en grand alors qu'il aurait été plus simple de les ajouter à la liste des autres infos. Cela nous aurait évité de perdre beaucoup de temps ! L'impossibilité de garer le véhicule dans la rue plus de 3h d'affilée (remettre de l'argent dans le parcmètre).

No nos gustó nada que si no lo dejabas limpio y tirada la basura al contenedor, te podia penalizar con 20 euros adicionales. Nos parece que hay que recoger las cosas y en la medida de lo posible dejarlo recogido, y se puede pedir, que se agracederia, que se quede recogido, pero no ir con penalizaciones, salvo rompas algo

• Stefan (8/5): Insgesamt war ich wirklich zufrieden. - Die Lage war zentral - Innenstadt und Universität waren in Laufweite. Die Unterkunft war etwas spartanisch, aber dafür war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super. Die Türen in der Dusche könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Und beim Abfluss in der Dusche muss man ab und zu mit dem Pümpel nachhelfen.

• Don (10/5): Convenient, pleasant, great view - The location was great. It was easy to find the key. The place itself was clean and comfortable. But most of all, the owners of the unit were as kind as helpful as they could possibly be, including helping sort out an error I had made in booking. I am grateful for their kindness and very happy with my stay. Everything worked well. The place was better than expected. The view from the windows, facing the park were glorious. We loved being awoken in the morning by the birdsong in the park.

• Ekaterina (8/5): It was a very good option in Graz - Everything was great. Apartment is well equipped with everything you may need. Location is good too. There’s a supermarket a couple minutes walk from the apartment. The access to the apartment was easy as the host sent all the necessary instructions The WiFi was not very well working. Either there’s a Kb limit, or it just doesn’t work well.
