• Theresa (9/5): Good deal, provides what we needed near Olympic stadium. - We needed to be near Baku Olympic stadium to participate in a conference and the location was ideal, plus we paid much less than those who stayed in the city center. Metro nearby was helpful. The front desk staff was always available, received packages for me and permitted a much needed late checkout. Other than front desk, communication was hard so for example in the dining room, it was hard to communicate what we needed. One of our group's rooms had several mosquitoes.

• Natalya (2/5): Ужасно - AVOID this hotel. I ve spent just 1 night there and got SCABIES from this hotel. I requested non smoking room, but got a room with cigarette smell. Началась чесотка наутро после проведенной ночи в этом отеле. Комната была насквозь прокуренной. Избегайте этот мотель если вам дорог ваш комфорт.

• Shaban (5/5): - Хорошего мало. Не понравилось то, что в номере (в этот раз другой) не было зубной щётки с пастой, тапок. В номере было чуть прохладно. Очень шумный персонал, с трех часов ночи спать не дали, громко общались и ходили по коридору. Предыдущая ночь прошла намного лучше.
• Shaban (7/5): - Чисто и уютно. Почему-то отключили отопление и включили кондиционер для обогрева. В номере нет хотя-бы пол литра питьевой воды и стакана. Необходимо заменить краны подачи воды в раковину (капает).

• Inara (10/5): - 5 мин пешком от станции метро, рядом вся инфраструктура , большие маркеты, кафе , номер был большой и чистый. Вечерами было тихо, без какого либо постороннего шума. Буду рекомендовать своим знакомым и гостям. Был небольшой запах из канализации/трапа , но после промывания это проходило.

• Fiona (3/5): expensive and not very comfortable - friendly staff and early check in. there is a restaurant there and the food was pretty good. the wifi was included and worked fine uncomfortable room. the shower leaked, their was only a fluorescent overhead light, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were very old and lumpy. the sheets and towels were threadbare. there was a smell of cigarettes and drains. the iron I borrowed was leaky and there was no ironing board. the fridge didn't seem to work. there was no amenities for coffee or tea and I only got 2 small bottles of water for a 7 night stay (the water out of the tap is not drinkable). for what I paid I could have got 4 star accommodation in Australia
• Tatsushi (1/5): Worst ever - Staff at the hotel restaurant was kind Overall staff was not educated to host guests Cleaning staff was the worst that I’ve ever experienced They threw away my personal items such as razor, soap etc even though they were put on a rack They also hang a bath robe on a hook which was put on the floor Staff at the reception was also bad. They barely checked the reservation # of my stay and tried to put me in a room with a single bed with my colleague

• Serkan (1/5): I do not recommend the hotel as it does not meet the advised standards. - Unfortunately nothing. Proximity to COP29 event could have been a plus however transportation planning keeping taxis out of event zone diminished that advantage. Taxi rates are fair in Baku with convenient apps. The property decreased the pricing to 1/3 of what I paid. Nobody from the hotel and booking.com returned to my mails. Main problem was that the hotel is marketed as a 4 star hotel but it is below 2 star. They seem to go through a checklist to meet the requirements however, everything is either low quality of broken/missing. Iron came without an ironing board and the personel advised me to use the wooden portable table in the room. Iron was broken also. Window was cracked but insulated with a plastic cover. Heating was ok. Room was full of mosquitos thus, spent 10-15 min each night to hunt them. Refrigerator was unplugged with to plug sockets nearby. And many more:( Even the 1/3 of the price I paid was too much for this level of quality thus, I feel totally ripped off.

• Claire (1/5): Awful, I would not recommend to anyone - Nothing No tea and coffee facilities as advertised. The bath towels were tread bare. The duvet cover provided for a double bed was a single duvet. The room was not clean the whole of the time (5 days) we were there. The staff were rude and were not helpful. The place was dirty and had a horrible smell to it. Avoid booking this hotel
• Shahi (7/5): Good - Staffs were friendly and cooperative. cleaning was very poor. Room cleaning, bed sheets towels change should be done everyday without fail. We shouldn't be the one asking for it.
• Emurate (8/5): Pleasant stay in Baku. - Close to metro station from where you can travel to center in 20 minutes, a few restaurants and two supermarkets around. Breakfast was sufficient. Rooms were spacious and clean. Wifi was mostly OK with some blindspots. Room service was given upon request, still not too much of a problem because the housekeeping ladies are there at all times to help.

• Vugar1022 (2/5): Very poor - The only things satisfied us was clean room We arrived at midnight after our flight and we told it to hotel staff before coming. They said okay and we did not change our reservation. When we arrived the staff did not even had information about booking. They were not looking like they care about guests. They gave us random room which we did not have energy to argue about and used that room for 1 night. The only good thing was about 16 july that the was another staff member in afternoon and he helped us to change the room. The worst thing was about 1 day before we leave the hotel. At 5-6 a.m which usually people sleeping, the staff member started to not knock but almost break our door, and started to call without stopping. My gf were so scared and it was so disrespectful. Because the hotel's check out time is in afternoon this action made them lose all respect for us and to people we know. So unprofessional hotel staff, so rude and they don't care about people who booked through booking. I am recommending it to any tourists, I would give 0, but rating with 1 just because they changed our room. The worst hotel service I have ever seen..

• Mária (5/5): Passable - rooms was big and clean so loud people in this hotel when you get shower, water is everywhere in the bathroom, so you have still wet shoes when you go to the bathroom our flight was in the night, so i wrote messages through booking app, that our check in will be around midnight, so if they can pack breakfast for us. when we arrive, i asked, if breakfast are ready, they said no, that they will prepare it and what hour we want it. i said our check out will be around midnight, so we need to go 00:15-00:30. we arrive to reception 00:10 and they said, it is still not prepared, then we wait another 5 minuts, receptionist said, it will be ready in two minutes and he left the room. we waited till 00:33 and he still wasnt there, so we needed to go without breakfast....

• Abror (6/5): Fairly reasonable for its price - The restaurant meals quality was fine The bathroom smells because of sewage. Room cleaning services didn't occur since I moved in.

Breakfast was included in the price but they refused initially and then after a lot of arguments they provided only bread and boiled eggs only 😔.

• Zhansaya (6/5): Pleasant - Staff is nice and always ready to help. We went there for a concert, so we chose especially to be close to the stadium n to airport. For one night it’s alright. They offered us free breakfast the day we were leaving, but unfortunately we had to run to the airport. But, thank you☺️ Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. They made beds in front of us. Towels were ripped and very old. Also very loud at night, you can hear all the noise from the halls. Internet doesn’t work at some points of the room. Also I think you should put new toilet paper roll if the one which is already there is finishing. Please fix the toilet lid, it’s falling apart. Other than that everything is alright.
