• Neil (8/5): Close to perfect - Great layout, access, location. General facilities where as expected. Able to check in a little earlier was a plus. Middle of winter. Would think that the main heater would be working. Had to go out and buy 3 fan heaters to keep us warm. Some basic utensils missing.

• Agnes (7/5): We like the location and the size of the property - It is specious clean and good location The property needs a good maintenance on electrical and plumbing. We couldn’t watch the TV and the gas heater was not working and a leak in bedroom ceiling

• Donna (9/5): Superb - This was perfect for us. We had a family gathering in Esperance, and being able to have room for us to stay together was perfect. Lots of rooms and space, perfect for large families.

• Stefan (7/5): very spacious, but basic - Very spacious, plenty of room for everyone. Basic, but it had everything you needed. When paying nearly $500 per night, I would not expect the following: - Toilet paper lasted 1 1/2 days - Insufficient bin bags for the duration of the stay - BBQ was very dirty, to the point that I didn’t even want to use a portion of it - Space under nearly all beds was very dirty, including old fruit and used tissues - Entire floor in downstairs area needed a good wet clean - Broken furniture - Light bulbs not working in some rooms; or even missing, which in a work environment would be considered an electrical hazard given in this instance it could easily be reached by a child - Walls and even TV had various tape marks, some holes in walls covered with a timber board

• Sandeep (8/5): Convenient and reliable accommodation for our entire extended family. It was a pleasure to stay here - The location and the number of bedrooms for our large family. We also enjoyed the table tennis out the back! Its a shame there were only two bathrooms for so many bedrooms.
