• Petra (10/5): - Skvělý poměr cena/kvalita. Moc dobré snídaně s velkým výběrem. Zaparkovat se dá bez problému kolem hotelu (říjen). Klidné okolí, cca 5 minut do centra/k pobřežní promenádě. Město je hezké a čisté. Jezdí tam hodně Němců (jídelní lístky jsou vždy v angličtině, němčině a španělštině). Jediné malé minus bylo, že v koupelně byly cizí vlasy (v šuplíku), ale šuplík jsme nepoužívali a nijak nás to neomezovalo. A určitě si přibalte špunty do uší - přes zdi je slyšet.
• Helmut (9/5): Das fühlte sich so richtig nach Urlaub an - Es heißt nicht nur Petite Garden Hotel, es ist auch wirklich nicht groß und um die beiden Gebäude ist ein großer Garten. Die Dame an der Rezeption spricht nicht nur sehr gut Deutsch, sie ist auch sehr, sehr freundlich und für alle Anliegen da. Mir hat sowohl das Zimmer gut gefallen, als auch die gesamte Anlage. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist außerordentlich, nicht nur die Vielfalt, sondern auch dass das Angebot der warmen Speisen täglich wechselt!! Die Lage zwischen dem Ortskern und der Strandpromenade ist sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig. Neu sind die Gebäude nicht mehr, das ist an manchen Stellen zu sehen. Und es gibt eher grobmotorisch veranlagte Gäste, die mit dem Rollkoffer die Verfliesung am Gang beschädigen oder einen Handtuchhalter im Bad abbrechen. Dass solche Schäden nicht zwischen zwei Zimmerbelegungen repariert werden können, ist klar.

• Pavel (5/5): Unfortunately, for the first time, I do not recommend this accommodation.. - "The breakfast and the staff at breakfast and in the kitchen were truly something the hotel can be proud of." The room was neglected, with water leaking onto the floor from the bathroom, a leaking shower, a poorly cleaned bathroom before our arrival, a broken handle on the entrance door, and worst of all – very poorly maintained cleanliness. I had to repeatedly ask the staff and reception, until I finally wrote an email to the main address of the hotel chain; only then did we receive proper cleaning, after 4 days of our stay… And even after that, it was once again done very carelessly. A huge disappointment with this hotel and its approach to guests… I have never experienced anything like this before 🙄.

• Stefan (4/5): Hier stimmen Preis und Leistung nicht. Bei dem aufgerufenen Zimmerpreisen reichen ein gutes Frühstück und Wasserdruck in - Wirklich gut war nur das Frühstücksbuffet. Der Rest war gerade noch so in Ordnung. Insgesamt war das Zimmer ok, aber mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren, klein und nur mit einem schmalen Wandschrank. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Im Bad waren die Gespräche der Nachbarn zu verstehen. Glücklicherweise hatten wir während unseres Aufenthaltes eine ruhige „Nachbarschaft“, wenn das anders ist, kann es ein Problem werden. In der einen Regennacht hatten wir das Gefühl, im Zelt zu liegen. So laut war der Regen vom Dach bzw. unser Zimmerdecke zu hören. Das bestätigte Doppelbett waren zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten, von denen eins auch Rollen hatte, so dass die „Mittelritze“ sich zum „Mittelgraben“ weitete. Ließ sich mit Paketband um die Beine zwar beheben, war aber nicht optimal. Die Steckdosen Situation ist deutlich schlecht. Im Schlafzimmer gab es auf jeder Seite vom Bett genau eine Steckdose. Eigentlich ok, aber: Links brauchten auch der Kühlschrank, der Wasserkocher und die Leselampe diese Steckdose. Rechts waren es nur die Leselampe und die Stehlampe. Wer dann noch Telefone, Uhr, Fotoakkus etc. laden möchte, bringt am besten Mehrfachstecker oder -ladegeräte mit. Im Badezimmer war es dann mit einer Steckdose für den Föhn, Rasierer und 2 elektrische Zahnbürsten ähnlich… Badezimmer: Wurde anscheinend mal umgebaut. Die alte Position der Toilette hinter der Tür lässt sich noch erkennen. Warum die Toilette dann so angebracht wurde, dass kaum Platz zum Waschbecken ist und durchschnittlich große Menschen nur quer sitzen können oder sich die Knie stoßen, bleibt rätselhaft. Dazu kommt noch ein Handtuchhalter an der Wand, es nochmals schmaler macht. Da ist dann in ca. 1 Meter Höhe auch gleich der Rasierspiegel angebracht. Für alle, die sich im Sitzen auf der Toilette rasieren oder nicht über 1,2 Meter sind, perfekt. Die ehemals vorhandene Badewanne wurde anscheinend entfernt und durch eine bodentiefe Dusche ersetzt. Pragmatisch hat man dabei die alte Armatur belassen wo sie ist und so die erste Dusche mit Fuß-bedienter Armatur geschaffen. Mal was anderes.

Notre chambre était confortable et fonctionnelle avec son petit réfrigérateur ainsi que la climatisation La vue depuis le balcon sur le mur de l'hôtel voisin n'était pas des plus agréable
• Isabel (7/5): El balcón daba a la pared del edificio contiguo, que estaba muy muy cerca - La ubicación es buena. No estás en primera linea de playa pero caminando 5 minutos llegas al puerto y al paseo. Las camas son cómodas. El edificio tiene algunas habitaciones con el balcón mirando al edificio de al lado, que está bastante cerca. Por el mismo precio te puede tocar una de esas. Y aunque estando en Mallorca no haces vida de habitación, al principio o al final del día no es agradable tomarte algo con una pared tan cerca. Por otra parte, la limpieza de la habitación parece algo superficial. No está sucia, pero encuentras polvo en algún punto y arena de playa de otros usuarios en el balcón. Esto te hace pensar que no se ha limpiado del todo.

• Sammy (3/5): Bruyant et vieillissant, je ne recommande pas ! - Les seuls points positifs de l’établissement sont sa localisation et ses piscines. hôtel est extrêmement bruyant en raison d’une mauvaise isolation : les murs sont très fins et la porte laisse passer l’air et le bruit. De plus, la ville où il se situe compte de nombreuses boîtes de nuit, ce qui a rendu nos nuits particulièrement difficiles à cause du vacarme constant. Enfin, la douche présentait une température instable, passant brutalement du très chaud au très froid, ce qui était vraiment désagréable.

Alrededor del hotel hay muchos sitios para comer, y muchos más para beber y disfrutar de la noche. Una piscina fantástica en la que puedes disfrutar de tu cóctel favorito. El personal muy amable y nos solventó un problema. Habíamos adquirido unas entradas por Internet que había que llevar impresas. Nos las imprimieron en recepción. Nada

• James (7/5): Enjoyed the breakfast and pool, not the cleanliness and noise at night. - Flacalco Petite garden hotels is a good four star hotel and is great value for money. he breakfast was very good, the pool and facilities were great, happy hour twice a day. The room was modern and the staff friendly. The gardens were cool and the position in town was central with a general store across the road. On the negative side there was obviously no deep clean between us and the previous residents hair and sand in the shower and toilet. Our bed linen was not changed during our 13 day stay even with the info book at reception stating it would be changed every four days. The room noise during the night sounded like furniture being dragged around. Reception refused to print our boarding passes on the final day. Please rectify these as you really have a great hotel.

• GIORGIA (5/5): - La posizione è buona, è vicino al centro e alle spiagge. La colazione è varia e buona e i servizi esterni, come le zone delle piscine sono molto curate e gradevoli. La pulizia della camera era scarsissima, quando siamo arrivati, abbiamo trovato capelli appartenenti agli ospiti precedenti in tutta la stanza. Durante le due settimane di permanenza, la camera e sopratutto il bagno non sono mai stati puliti, si limitavano soltanto a rifare il letto in modo molto sbrigativo (3 volte non sono passati neanche a rifare quello), le lenzuola non sono mai state cambiate e gli asciugamani erano sporchi e macchiati.

Дуже смачні сніданки, столи були завжди повні їжі, швидко все доносили, все було свіже і смачне, великий вибір продуктів. Чудове розташування готелю - на відстані 10 хв пішки знаходиться набережна з ресторанами і барами, а на відстані 15 хвилин - чудові пляжі, як наприклад Calla Agulla. Близько від готелю знаходиться автобусна зупинка. В номері є кондиціонер, який працював справно і швидко охолоджував кімнату, що є дуже комфортним влітку. Номера прибиралися щодня, рушники міняли на наше прохання, але ми просили тільки один раз. Є балкон, на балконі є сушарка для речей, що також дуже зручно. На ресепшині можна було також взяти пляжний рушник, залишивши завдаток, який вертають при виселенні, що також було дуже зручним. Великий дворик готелю, є де посидіти після прогулянки. Є також басейн, але ми не встигли ним скористатися. Було тільки дві розетки в номері, до однієї з яких був підключений мінібар. Якщо треба зарядити два телефони одночасно, то треба відключати мінібар з розетки, що не було дуже зручним. Деякі меблі потребують ремонту. Мало освітлення ввечері. Але жодні ці мінуси не зруйнували нам враження від нашого перебування і ми були задоволені від побуту в готелі. Найбільше нам запам’яталися дуже смачні сніданки!

Es hat im Zimmer unfassbar nach einem Zitronenreiniger oder Ähnliches gestunken.. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Ab 07:30 Uhr hört man das Knallen aller Zimmertüren. Das Bett ist steinhart.

• JEAN-MARC (6/5): - Le buffet du petit déjeuner. Très bon et beaucoup de choix. Notre chambre était située dans le premier bâtiment construit il y a 50 ans. Très bruyant. Difficile de faire de nuits complètes sans se réveiller….les gens ne respectent pas les règles de bienséance en communauté. Cala Ratjada étant un lieu hyper touristique il est difficile d’être au calme.

• Rickster99 (8/5): Good option for 10 days - The staff at the 24/7 front desk was very friendly. The check-in at 3 o'clock at night was very simple. The pool is small but nice with a perfect water temperature and a nice area to relax in and next to the pool. The bar and breakfast are also of decent quality. The hotel room was clean. The balcony nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable. There was enough space for luggage. The airco has many options. It is on walking distance from the beach and restaurants/cafes. The stream of the shower was very small. The bathroom door could not close. The shower did not have a curtain. The toilet would make a constant dropping sound (of water). This could only be stopped by turning of the flushing of the toilet.

• Lida (4/5): Pěkné místo, ale ne příliš čisté. - Pěkné prostředí hotelu, příjemný personál a skvělá snídaně. Hotel má velký leč nevyužitý potenciál. Koupelna byla šílená. Cizí vlasy ve sprchovém koutě a chlupy na podlaze, které po celou dobu našeho pobytu nikdo neuklidil. Fleky na dlaždicích, které rozhodně nebyli nevyčistitelné. Flekaté ručníky. Tlak vody ve sprše byl velmi malý a přesto voda nezvládla odtékat a nejednou se vylila ze sprchového koutu po celé koupelně. Postele rozjíždějící se od sebe a velmi slabé odhlučnění pokojů. Pravidelně mě budily noční radovánky sousedů od vedle.

La habitación cuando entramos olía fatal y debajo de las camas había pelusas y una lata de coca cola vacía. No tenía ascensor justo el bloque del Hotel donde estaba mi habitación, solo desagradable para maletas grandes, pero había chicos para ayudar. • cesar (10/5): Volveremos sin dudarlo ! - El hotel está perfecto de ubicación , tiene línea contemporánea ,un buffet muy generoso , una piscina fantástica y encuentras aparcamiento con facilidad . • Ingolf (10/5): Ein absolut gelungener Aufenthalt - Wir wurden direkt unglaublich herzlich willkommen geheißen und bekamen ein kostenloses Upgrade auf unser Zimmer, da das 2. Haus noch renoviert wird. Das Frühstücksbuffet, welches morgens 3 Std. zur Verfügung steht, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Bar ist gut bestückt, es gibt Willkommensdrinks und der Bartender ist supernett - genau wie die übrigen Mitarbeiter. Unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist neu renoviert und vorbildlich sauber. Jederzeit wieder!! Alles gut!
• Sarina (7/5): Gute Lage für Urlauber, die nur zum Übernachten kommen - Wir waren nur zum Übernachten in diesem Hotel, ohne Verpflegung. Die Lage war für uns super. Zentral, mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe und nicht weit zur Promenade. Parken war in der Nähe an der Straße kostenfrei möglich. Bad und Zimmer waren sauber. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passte gut. Manchmal gab es unangenehme Gerüche im Bad. Durch Lüften im Zimmer war es dann kein Problem.
