• Lia (5/5): - it was somewhere to stay and can easily get around the city Accomodation was alright, keys were annoying to pick up as had to go in opposite direction of where came from and had to leave from. I have asked them for a tax invoice multiple times, have not received it.
• Eugene (8/5): Very good - Location The glass windows at the lounge area are not tinted dark enough. Install curtains and problem solved because during night time, the opposite building people can see us. During our stay, we had to have little lighting on or none at all.
• Stuart (6/5): Just advertise it for what it is.... - Location great. Great little apartment. Met our needs for somewhere to stay. Advertised with sofa bed, bath and hot tub. Had none of these. Also advertised with access to pool, spa, sauna but the fob didn't work and we couldn't access. Our message was not responded to.
• Amanda (8/5): Easy enough, but inconvenient key pick up and drop off. An area in the bedroom to do hair and make up without becoming s - Location. Sauna and steam room well kept. Not good lighting in the bathroom. No fan in the bathroom. No full length mirror. Cannot do make up and hair comfortably while another person showers.
• Aimee (7/5): A lovely place to stay, but be prepared for the unexpected. - Great location, easy to access, stylish, close to everything I needed. The shower plug hole was blocked and flooded the bathroom, had to buy basics like toilet rolls, washing up liquid. The TV is difficult to turn on. Ended up buying batteries for the remote.. this did not rectify the problem.

• Melissa (8/5): Value for money with superb facilities in the building! - It was quite a luxury hotel, with lots of facilities such as steam sauna, sauna, indoor pool and gym! The property used two single bed to make a king bed and it was quite uncomfortable for a couple.
• Lyn (9/5): Superb - The apartment and linen were very clean. Location was short easy walk to trams, buses and trains. The key collection was an easy process. The key had to be collected and returned to a different location.
