• Daniele (6/5): Soggiorno appena sufficiente rapporto qualità prezzo non idoneo - Appartamento moderno Vecchi infissi , affacci al chiostro interno poco gradevoli , scaldabagno elettrico utilizzabile solo per una doccia poi totalmente acqua fredda , porta d ingresso non blindata appartamento poco pulito polvere ben evidente su lampadari e termosifoni , proprietaria assente sia all’ arrivo che alla fine del soggiorno .

• Mary (8/5): Comfortable, clean, good location to shops, cafes, public transport, park. - Bathroom and bedrooms very clean. Kitchen was quite clean. Overall the property was comfortable and warm. These are more suggestions to improve the stay. Some of the dishes in the kitchen cupboard were not properly cleaned. There was only one teaspoon. The blinds and the window in the second bedroom need maintenance. Some drawers or extra shelves would be useful in the second bedroom. A couple of comfortable chairs in the living/dining area would be a nice addition.
• Matacera (7/5): Appartamento tutto sommato buono, funzionale. Noi abbiamo fatto il check in tutto in via telematica per cui bisogna aver - Piano terra, comodo per chi ha bimbi con passeggino. Ottimi servizi e comodi da raggiungere (market, bar e osterie) Troppo lontana dalla metro (ma c’è il pullman vicino che porta in centro)

• Helwig (4/5): Wohnung leider sehr laut, unangenehmer Geruch, etwas unsauber - Die Austattung und Lage waren okay. Sehr hellhörig, dünne Wände. Fenster sind sehr dünn und lassen Lärm durch. Es hat sehr oft im Badezimmer gestunken. Die weißen Wände waren etwas dreckig. Es gab zu wenig Besteck. Es gab ein dreckiges rostiges Abtropfgitter in einem Schrank. Die Schränke waren nicht sauber. Der Innenhof ist nicht schön und der Wischmob war zwischen Badezimmerfenster und Gitter hinter dem Fenster gestellt worden. Die Bettdecke hatte kein geschlossenes Laken sondern eher ein Tuch über der Bettdecke. Es gab Flecken auf der Bettdecke und der Matratze. Der Gurtkasten der Jalousie war locker und nicht richtig in der Wand.

• Dominika (10/5): I’d recommend for anyone visiting Rome and looking for good location and great amenities - Great location. Super helpful staff! Clean and comfortable.
• Klikowicz (10/5): Exceptional - Dirty blanket and towel left after previous visitors. We have to wait an additional 2 hours because apparent wasn't clean, noisy garage just behind the windows. Ourselves, we need to change the shower head.
• Oleksandr (10/5): The staff are way too communicate and polite - Super clean, spacious, all kitchen utensils are provided, quite location with many shops, cafes and a huge park nearby
• Tobias (10/5): modern and comfy - The apartment is really modern and nicely furnitured. The beds were very comfy, rather soft if one likes it. When we arrived at the flat there was only one role of toilet paper due to a misunderstanding and the hosts restocked promptly. The communication via WhatsApp was quick, friendly and efficient. I'd come back here.
• Mary (7/5): Cosy, well located apartment. Good wifi - Location to shops, cafés, restaurants. Easy access to building and apartment. Good wifi. Laundry facilities a nice bonus. Comfy beds. Apartment hadn't been cleaned from previous occupancy when we arrived. Property manager responded immediately and cleaning staff arrived eventually. Access to cleaned apartment after 3hrs - 18:30! Rushed cleaning job disappointing as they could have done a better job. A pity as this was our second stay at Segesta. First stay was 10/10 overall! Just need to improve cleaning services.
• Ágnes (9/5): I heartily recommend! - The accommodation was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The entrance to the flat was very easy with the modern access system. The kitchen and the bathroom is well-equipped. In the bathroom there are hair dryer and hair curler, shampoo, shower bath, toilet paper. 3 pcs towels/person were prepared on the beds. Other supplies: iron, clothes dryer, washing machine. The host, Elena, was very nice and friendly. She informed us in advance about important information. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. There is a small café, a grocery store, several shops and a pharmacy nearby. The bus stop is two minutes away, with easy access to the centre or a 15 minute walk to the metro. Some of the cutlery and glasses were not properly washed when we took them out of the cupboard, but this is an easily solved problem. One thing I really missed was the mosquito nets on the windows. Unfortunately, some mosquitoes came into the room when we ventilated the rooms.

• Shridhar (8/5): Excellent apartment that I would highly recommend - The apartment was excellent, neat and clean ambience, comfy bedding, kitchen and spacious bathroom. Location was good, 1 km away from Metro but bus stop was nearby, many grocery stores in around, fully residential and safe area. I would highly recommend it. The host was not at all responsive when I wanted to change my dates after my booking but booking dot com did an excellent job and made the changes. They never called me back after my multiple follow ups. However, the host helped well after reaching the apartment and answered many queries. The door lock opening with the app is a bit confusing initially but later it was ok. The apartment has no wine glasses (even though Italian wine is so famous), no hot water kettle and no toaster.

• Mary (9/5): Comfy stay in quiet Roman neighbourhood - Clean. Quiet neighbourhood. Kitchen well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals and sufficient tableware and utensils. Appreciate the extra towels and toiletries in the bathroom. Washing machine works well. All appliances seem new. Vikey app worked well for accessing both the building and the apartment. Close to shops, cafés, restaurants and public transport. Beautiful Caffarella park is just a 5 minute walk away with groomed paths. Great for walks, jogging, biking, picnics. Electricity kept shutting off when two appliances were used, i.e. the oven and the microwave/washing machine. Frustrating when trying to prepare a meal. Kitchen cloths and tea towels could be a benefit.The drawers in the main bedroom don't shut properly. They may need some adjustments.

• Eloisa (10/5): Exceptional - The place is functional and spotless. It's also calm, no noise during the night, so we slept wonderfully. AC works very well and cools the house fast, that's good to have in Rome's hot summer. Great stay.

• Clara (8/5): Very good - apt is quiet and cool, a really nice sleep. it is very clean and comfortable. nice to find soap, shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom, and tea coffee salt oil in the kitchen. there is no pnysical key, only online app. I'd add a tea towel for use in the kitchen.
