Beatrice (1/5): Veramente pessimo. - Ci è piaciuta solo la posizione perché il resto era tutto terribile. Partendo dal fatto che c’era uno staff tremendo dal punto di vista dell’accoglienza e organizzazione. Poi dalla prima notte ci siamo ritrovate un’infestazione di blatte che non è stata poi considerata dallo staff che ci ha lasciate da sole a risolvere il problema. Non andava il Wi-Fi e neanche la televisione.

On the first day, I messaged the owner about it, but no follow-up was done, and we somehow tried to deal with the problem.
Taras (8/5): Great location, pleasant stay! - Great location! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and everything worked perfectly. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back. The only small issue was the bed — it could use a bit of adjustment to stop it from squeaking :)
