• MueniX (10/5): Wonderful rooms in Martuni, a brand new hotel - It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is practically new, it feels like we're the first guests. Everything is perfect, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. The rooms are large and offer every comfort. When it's finished (they're renovating another wing), I hope they add breakfast, which is the only thing missing. Highly recommended. Don't be fooled, at least for now, by the entrance, which is a bit run-down.

• Obirek (5/5): - i reserved a room for 3 people and the extra bed was as thin as a ironing desk unable to sleep on it, when I layed down I could feel the frame on my bones

• stefan valentin cirstea (10/5): - The room is very well kept, the parking space just outside, the size of the room and bathroom, the modern design of the room. The outside building and the hallway, but this has nothing to do with the accommodation itself.

• Rossella (9/5): Ottimo alloggio per un Road trip - Hotel molto nuovo, pulito e accogliente. Si stava molto caldi. Letti comodi e stanza spaziosa. La proprietaria molto gentile, per la stessa cifra ci ha offerto una camera più grande. Super consigliato se da sevan si scende verso Areni. Posizione strategica in cui fermarsi.

• Susanna (10/5): Ottimo alloggio a Martuni - Struttura facile da trovare, camera pulita e luminosa, personale gentile e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo ed era presente tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno.

• Svetlana (7/5): Если вы по какой-то причине оказались в этом месте, то хороший вариант - Нормальный ремонт, тепло, в целом, все комфортно. Первая комната, которую предложили, была очень накуренная, после жалобы поменяли комнату на нормальную. Не хватает водички в номере.

Понравилось, что ближе к ночи включили отопление и батарея по моим ощущениям грела достаточно хорошо. Чай, чайник, кружки были прямо в номере, очень удобно. Мне только не хватило письменного стола, чтобы можно было комфортно немного поработать на ноутбуке. Заедала кнопка смыва унитаза, о чём сообщил персоналу.
• Andrej (8/5): - Zelo prijazen sprejem in občutek dobrodošlice takoj ob prihodu. Soba čista, udobna in lepo urejena, gospa izjemno prijazna in ustrežljiva. Lokacija je mirna, zunanjost morda ne obeta veliko, a notranjost prijetno preseneti. Toplo priporočam!

• John (10/5): Great facilities for a low price - Friendly and helpful lady on reception. Room was nearly new, very clean and really quite luxurious for the low price. It's on the main road, near the supermarkets, but it is quiet at night. I was there for the Armenia water festival, which I only realised when I walked out of the hotel and got a bucket of water in the face from a local child. So there was a cold shower and cultural experience included for nothing. If it was twice the price I might say one or two things but at this price nothing to complain about

• Sinead (9/5): Great find and lovely restaurant nearby - Lovely clean new hotel. Excellent value for money. Dont be put off by the entrance, the hotel is on the first floor. Good street parking outside. Also found an excellent restaurant on the corner of the street with the nicest man working who was a great host. We managed to have great conversation despite language barrier. It doesnt seem to be on google maps but it was called Kayaran Cafe (Hi to Hakob from Ireland) Everything was great. Perhaps just confirm check out time when checking in.

• Olena (10/5): Cozy place in Martuni - Not far from the bus station, but rather far from the city center. There are small shops near. 20 minutes to the Sevan lake (but the bank, unfortunately, very very dirty). Very polite and helpful personnel, Tsovik helped us with everything we wanted. Big fridge! It's not about the hotel, but about Sevan lake. I don't understand why people throw so much garbage on the bank,it's impossible to have a rest on it among the bottles, old slippers and pants. I was shocked

• Maja (7/5): Quite adequate - If you want to explore the southern shores of lake Sevan, this is a good place to stay. The staff was helpful, we were particularly grateful for their suggestion regarding where to go for a dinner in Martuni. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Unfortunately, there was a smell coming from the private bathroom and although we booked a non-smoking room it seemed to us that it must have been designated as such only recently - the whiff of tobacco was definitely in the air.
• Niels (10/5): You can have a beach vacation here as the beautiful Sevan lake is 5 minutes away. - The hotel rooms are well equipped and comfortable and you have everything you need for a hotel stay. The room was very clean and fresh and the hotel employees are very friendly and at the same time don‘t disturb your privacy. It was a pleasant stay and we are looking forward to coming back. There is no elevator, but the hotel is new and many things are being built, so maybe next time there will be an elevator too.

• Diem (7/5): Good - Nice room, really friendly staff and had a reception, so our arrival was more flexible! She couldn't speak English but helped herself with Google translate. A sign at the door would be nice. So, it's easier to find within the building.
