• Joe (6/5): The birds shit needs to be cleaned as they are disgusting replace the couch because the 1K+ for 4 nights it’s not cheap. - The location only The bed sheets was so complicated and the pillows not comfortable at all, also the coach is ripped and stinky so it wasn’t the best experience.
• Victoria (7/5): - Great location, especially from where we needed to go and from the shopping center. The host was not too bad to deal with. I didn't like that we could only have one set of keys since we were 2 families; the towels were not enough for the amount of guests. The host asked us to buy some and they would pay us back; I was not there to do their shopping. Also, a couple of the bedside tables were broken, and so were a lamp and the shade of a lamp. Housekeeping would have seen them and should have notified to get them replaced. The verandas were also dirty and covered in bird poop. The fact that the birds come is not a problem, but their verandas need to be regularly cleaned.

We had a guy come to our room one morning at 7:30am - It was a very spacious apartment and great for a family We had a guy come to our room one morning at 7:30am and ask to check our smoke alarms. We also had had the lift break down and had no idea how to get to our room. We rang the apartment manager and he told us he wasn’t coming down because he had to travel down the stairs. He then told us to walk out on the footpath and he would throw the key down.
