• Rupasinghe (8/5): Very nice place with great views - It was a very nice location and had a great view over the city. We got clear instructions to check-in. Having a free parking spot is invaluable. And the place had almost everything we needed for the stay. There was a balcony to enjoy a little bit of air as well. We enjoyed watching the sunrise over the horizon. There is a small TV in the living area. The Yarra River is in a walking distance. We had to face a difficult situation when finding parking to get the key. There was a street adjacent to the hotel with 2 mins pick-up and drop off, but we found this out later. Therefore we had to pay for a nearby parking lot just for this little time. This could have been added to the instructions. Or clearly mention that we should expect such difficulties when picking up the key. This is the only concern of ours.

• Coulson (10/5): Perfect place for 4 to explore Melbourne. - It had everything we needed and was so walkable to attractions and the trams and trains We had two queries with the owner/manager and these were dealt with so kindly and helpfully. Thank you Jenny! We celebrated Christmas morning in the flat and it was super Could have done with a cleaning sponge for the kitchen sink, but nothing else at all.

• Toby (8/5): Great spot for a family to stay, close to everything you need. - Great spot to stay! close to everything you need. Casino, shops, the wharf! The only thing that happened was there was no hot water one morning, but found out the whole building had no hot water. So that wasn't host fault.
• Glenn (10/5): Excellent unit, will certainly stay here again. - Location is excellent, and the view was great. Nicely appointed unit, everything worked as it should. Air con was nice. And a good sized fridge! The bed was a little firm, but a soft bed is just my preference. No biggie.

• Teena (5/5): Inner city convenience - Great location & comfortable beds. Easy access. Lovely views. Not very clean and the towels were really old and hard, they definitely need to be replaced. Furnishings were cheap. Old tissue under the bed and very average cleaning.

• Nofaiga (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was nice and clean and very spacious. I loved the views from the two bedrooms! The washing machine was a 2in1 dryer which was a nice touch I didn't see dryer mentioned so I was hesitant about our washing.... the pool is small though and the people training at the gym can see you so it's abit awkward. I didn't read anywhere that you DON'T need the fob key to exit the building via reception or parking garage so leaving it on the table is the best option.

'Hidden' may have been in reference to the curtains , carpark entry and simple finishes that would add some style and appeal to this apartment .?

• James (8/5): Clean and convenient apartment offering two bedrooms. - Lovely apartment just what we needed for an overnight stay. Key pick up was confusing - two sets of instructions (old and new). We figured it out in the end but only after going to the wrong location to collect the keys first. Would have been perfect otherwise.

• Sean (10/5): Exceptional - The Apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Very convenient parking in the same building which made everything easy for us not being used to Melbourne city driving. Walking distance to most things so it was perfect for our family get away.

• Eva (10/5): Wonderful apartment, highly recommend! - This apartment was beautiful and had such an amazing view. It had everything we needed and was comfortable. The location was perfect, it was so close to the tram and there were tons of good restaurants close by. We walked home from downtown and it was great! The owners were also super nice and helpful and accommodated and early check in for me! The only downside I can think of is the key system. The key was in lockbox in a nearby store and you can either return it there or leave it in the apartment when you check out. But if you parked in the spot on the 7th floor, you need the fob to take the elevator down there, so make sure to take the keys with you when you leave and don't leave them on the table inside the apartment. But then the store wasn't open when I was checking out so I had to leave my car and run back up to the apartment to leave the keys there. Not a huge deal at all but just something to be aware of! Maybe I missed something and there was an easier way to do it. Still would 100% stay here again.

We ended up having to park & pay at Southgate so that we wouldn’t be late for our lunch reservation. Also no linen for sofa bed. No hand soap in dispenser. Toilet was not very clean & smelt. One of the chairs had a nail sticking up through seat. One of the spare bed pillows (no pillowcase) had a blood stain on it.

Was suitable for my needs. Over all good accommodation. The mattress was very thin and not comfortable and lumpy pillows. Was a bit annoying getting key from shop and dropping off at shop, would have been better if I could have collected and dropped key from reception desk at the property.

• James (6/5): Pleasant - The location was amongst everything. But that’s as far as pleasantries go Me and my mother stayed two nights. My mum had two towels in her room, and I had none in mine. There was no toilet paper anywhere on arrival (thank goodness we found some tissues). The bottom of the shower filled up with water, and took forever to drain out. There was wet dishes in the cupboard from the prior guests and there wasn’t matching plates/dishes. Underneath the beds were gross and needed cleaning, there was an empty coffee cup outside on the deck. The beds were not overly comfortable and the tv was very small. On check out it took 45 minutes to get from the 24th floor to the car as there was elevator issues. For a basic apartment that costs over 300 a night, it is definitely not luxurious. In the end it was a bed to sleep in with lovely views of the city in a good location.
• Ann (2/5): Wouldn’t book again - Location was great Bad communication, hard to contact. Fob for elevator was hit and miss, couldn’t get back to our apartment & host wouldn’t answer phone. Keys are at a separate place.
