• Gislene (7/5): - Bem no centro de Florença, a localização é ótima e perto do metrô O chuveiro não esquentou, o aquecedor de água estava com problemas
• Cristina (4/5): - Locatia. Central, aproape de toate obiectivele si de gara. Lipsa apei calde. Am sesizat acest lucru. Dupa 2 zile a venit cineva sa constate ca centrala e defecta. Dar nu s a luat nicio masura sa se remedieze situatia. Deci, daca va plac dusurile reci, alegeti NEXT STOP DUOMO. Daca nu va convin, gazda se ofera sa va returneze banii si sa gasiti alta cazare. Conform pretentiilor dumneavoastra. Daca apa calda e o pretentie, sau un lux. In rest, lumina slaba in casa, mobilier vechi, etc
• Pamela (9/5): Todo increíble, pero necesitan renovar la cama - Nos encantó la ubicación y lo fácil que era moverse por allí. A pesar de estas en una calle súper transitada incluso por la noche, en la habitación no se oía nada de ruido. Además, fuimos en ola de calor y al tener aire acondicionado fue todo increíble. Lo único que debería cambiar para tener un alojamiento de 10 es la cama, fue muy incómoda y por las mañanas nos levantamos con dolor de espalda. Creo que eso haría la estancia mucho más agradable

• Meghan (7/5): Mixed. Aesthetically lovely apartment but beds are the pits. - The apartment is truly lovely architecturally- excellent layout. Enough towels, bedding, cookware and dishes. Fabulous location near the train station. The mattresses are absolutely terrible—think jail cell— so thin you could feel the coils and very creaky too. One bedroom has two twin beds pushed together that did not stay together even with one person sleeping on it. The other bed frame is literally falling apart. The furnishings need major upgrades! Desk lamp base fell apart, unusable. Too bad because the apartment itself is just spacious and fabulous with the gorgeous wood-planked, high ceilings!

• Ahmed (7/5): Amazing Location but Needs Some Improvements - The location was just amazing only a few steps from the Duomo and right in the heart of everything. The apartment itself was spacious, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a nicely furnished kitchen, and a very lovely living room. there are a few things that need attention. The second bedroom really needs renovation, and some unwanted items should be removed from it. Also, the three air conditioners were not cooling properly and need fixing. Some lights were broken, and a few lamps need replacing.
• Tia91 (6/5): OTTIMA POSIZIONE, MA MOLTE COSE DA RIVEDERE - ✨ POSIZIONE - l'appartamento si trova in una posizione perfetta, via Faenza è proprio al centro: pochi passi dal mercato centrale e da piazza del Duomo. Appena usciti dall'appartamento avete tutto ciò che serve: ristoranti, bar, gelateria, market e negozietti.. c'è tutto ed è una zona tranquilla, sia di giorno che di sera. ✨ DIMENSIONI DELL' APPARTAMENTO - con due camere da letto e due bagni (cosa molto importante) non è certo un appartamento piccolo, è spazioso. Con uno stile moderno misto ad un'architettura antica. ✨ CUCINA DELL' APPARTAMENTO - ben attrezzata e moderna. (si vede in foto) 😔 PARCHEGGIO - anche se mi era stato detto che vi era parcheggio pubblico nelle vicinanze dell'appartamento, non è così: innanzitutto perché la via è chiusa ai mezzi e nelle strade limitrofe sono tutti parcheggi per i residenti dunque bisogna mettere la macchina in parcheggi privati (naturalmente custoditi) abbastanza costosi partendo da un minimo di 29€ al giorno o 6€ l'ora. 😔 LETTO - molto scomodo, probabilmente materassi datati, con molle che danno molto fastidio. Come visibile in foto, struttura del letto con telo strappato, alquanto antigenico dato che non è una superficie lavabile. 😔 ILLUMINAZIONE - purtroppo poca illuminazione, probabilmente dovuta al fatto che due luci del soggiorno non funzionavano. 😔 ENTRATA - l'ingresso prevede una scala davvero molto ripida (con luce a timer) e per noi che avevamo una bambina di 11 mesi, in braccio, con il passeggino e bagagli non è stato piacevole. 😔 STAFF - Purtroppo l’assistenza è stata il punto più critico: al nostro arrivo la strada era chiusa, eravamo in macchina sotto il sole (verso le 15:00) con la bimba e non sapevamo dove parcheggiare. Nessuna risposta telefonica, solo messaggi, perché “Booking non permette chiamate”. Comprendiamo la politica, ma un po' di supporto umano sarebbe stato utile. Fortunatamente, in un’occasione ci hanno aiutato (via messaggio) a ripristinare la corrente, anche se con un commento poco elegante "Siete italiani, dovreste sapere queste cose". In certe situazioni, soprattutto con una bambina così piccola, servirebbe un po’ più di flessibilità e umanità. 😔 PRODOTTI PER LE PULIZIE - assenti, se non il detersivo per la lavastoviglie. Una scopa ed una paletta da interni non sarebbe male ci fossero, noi ce la siamo comprata.

• Guest (10/5): Excellent rapport qualité / prix, logement spacieux, propre et calme, en plein centre ville. - Nous avons pu entrer de façon autonome dans l'immeuble puis dans l'appartement. C'était spacieux, propre et bien équipé. La cuisine et les salles de bains sont propres, ainsi que l'ensemble du linge de lit et serviettes de bain. La climatisation fonctionnait bien. La chambre avec lit double est spacieuse, avec salle de douche attenante et dressing. Le lit était grand et nous avons bien dormi. Nous avions demandé un lit bébé qui était bien présent à notre arrivée. Petite note sur le lit bébé, il s'agit d'un lit "nouveau né" (pensez à apporter un drap bébé). Notre fils de 2 ans a finalement dormi dans les lits simples de la seconde chambre. La communication avec les hôtes était fluide et rapide. Le logement est très bien situé dans le centre, proche de la gare. La rue est animée par les restaurants, mais nous n'avons rien entendu du tout et l'appartement était très calme.
• Lucinda (10/5): Exceptional - The location was brilliant. Just 5 mins from the Duomo. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable.
• Lara (9/5): Nice apartment in the city centre - The apartment has everything you can need, and the best is that you are close to everything by foot. I was a bit skeptical when we arrived to the street because it was very noisy and was worried if we could hear everything inside the apartment, but we were very surprised that you hear nothing! it was very quiet and we really appreciated :) We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing is that the stairs up to the apartment are very steep and may be problematic for some.
• Willem (2/5): Apartment in very poor condition and management company extorts extra money without good reason. Do not recommend stayin - The location is good. The owners need to pay some serious attention to maintenance. -The beds are extremely uncomfortable and mattresses need to be replaced. The bedding is very old and insufficient. -The shower leaks all over the floor. -No working plug for microwave, kettle etc. -Only one dim light in the living room makes it impossible to see or read anything. -No bedside tables also very uncomfortable. Out flight was delayed which meant we arrived at the apartment after 22:00. Even though there was no one to greet us and the check in process was completely self-service, they demanded an extra 70 Euro before we were allowed to have the code to the lock box and main entrance door. The apartment was clean-ish but there were some major over sights such as previous guests cigarette butts left laying around in the courtyard and on the window sills.

• Jennifer (5/5): Find someplace else - Location Cheap worn furniture and beds were AWFUL. I had to fold up my comforter to lie on for extra padding. Bar stools were crooked and flimsy-too scared to even use them. Kitchen table chairs had no cushions on feet and scratched across the floor like nails on a chalkboard only louder. Refrigerator was out the entire time and even after alerting the owner, not only did she not get it fixed, then she said it wasn’t broken after we left. The morning of checkout, I went to recheck the freezer and slapped my hand in a puddle of old water. The only time she even apologized was after we left because she knew this review was coming.
• Loretta (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect as it is close to so many places: station, San Lorenzo markets, Central food market, the Duomo, Accademia, Medici Chapels, restaurants, cafés, supermarket, etc. While via Faenza is very busy and noisy, the apartment is quiet, well furnished and comfortable. We loved the high ceilings and having a full bathroom and an ensuite. Full kitchen but with so many good restaurants on the doorstep we did not bother to use it. Will stay here again and will certainly recommend to friends.

• Greta (10/5): Work it - Our accommodation had everything you needed. Close to the cathedral and San Lorenzo and Santa Maria Novella. We parked under the central market. There was no elevator but it was only one floor and it was still comfortable. Excellent experience.
• Banti (10/5): Perfect - The accommodation is very nice and comfortable. We reached it easily from the station and visited the center. Very good restaurants just around the corner and also the Central Market very nice, we even bought gifts to take home. Perfect host.
