• Natasja (7/5): Fantastisch verblijf maar tot juni GEEN zwembad - Dat accommodatie was super fijn! Fijne locatie en overal dichtbij. Super schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Uitzicht balkon fantastisch! Dat je tot juni GEEN gebruik kan maken van het zwembad terwijl dat nergens is vermeld! Dit was wel 1 van de belangrijkste dingen waarom wij deze account hadden geboekt. Dus dat was erg teleurstellend! Ook zou het fijner zijn als het bankje op het balkon iets groter zou zijn. En vooral omdat je geen gebruik kan maken van het zwembad of ligbedjes bij het zwembad.

• Michael (7/5): An apartment in a good area close to everything but you will not see the owner or an human - The central location The lack of personal interaction!! No meet and greet!! WhatsApp only. This is becoming the norm but it is not nice. People like to deal with people not texts! We will look to book with people that like people and meet and talk to each other.
• Dana (10/5): Apartman vyzera presne ako na obrazkoch utulny a cisty. - Apartman je utulny pekne zariadeny a nadekorovany citila som sa tam ako doma . V kuchyni som nasla vsetko co som potrebovala. Borja reagovala okamzite na moje otazky. Poloha vynikajuca. 10 min od plaze aj stareho mesta hned vedla supermarket. Hoci z balkona nie je vyhlad priamo na more je aj tak velmi pekny hlavne vecer. Nepacilo sa mi ze v popise bol k dispozicii bazen ale domaci povedali ze bazen tam uz nie je.

• Donna (5/5): Overall clean and good location - swimming pool really lets this app - Clean and very good location The reason we booked this apartment was for the pool. We were not informed how to access the pool. When we queried how to access the pool they forgot to give us the fob to access, when we did receive the fob it didn’t work and we got told to sort ourselves. The pool also doesn’t open to 12
• Amy (7/5): Comfortable and convenient however having no access to a pool was disappointing - The property is located in a great location- it is central to all shops, restaurants, 7 minute walk to the old town & a 10 minute uber to Peurto Banus. It was clean, ready on our arrival ahead of time & we were also given an extra hour to stay in the apartment due to a late flight, which was helpful. On the booking listing it states there is a pool, I enquired from the host what level it was on and when I went to find it to use it, I was greeted by a staff member from the building who told me it does not open until June. This was incredibly disappointing and I would not have booked this property if I knew there was no pool, as this was my main reason for going on holidays, to sit by the pool & relax. I was shocked to hear it, and not having this information was disappointing.

• Christian (10/5): The perfect apartment to discover Marbella. - Excellent location, beautiful apartment, very clean and well decorated. Morning coffee on the balcony with the mountain and city view i'm missing already. We had a wonderful time and will book again. The host Borja (bilingual) also very helpful. Nice to have a friendly face to meet you after a long journey. Everything is walking distance with supermarkets, cafe's, Marbella Old Town, Churro's within 5 min of your doorstep.

• Katarzyna (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is freshly renovated, all is new and good quality. Very specious and comfortable. One side of the sofa is too soft and it is impossible to sit or sleep on it (luckily we were just 3 and one person was sleeping on it.

The soundproofing wasn’t the best . We heard neighbouring apartments at times .This didn’t bother us too much though as we were out a lot.

The apartment and complex are maintained to a very high standard. The location is also excellent - 5mins tot he old town and 10mins to the promenade. Couldn't fault anything - we had a brilliant stay.
