While the staff of White Rivers did their very best and were polite and apologetic, the senior management of this property is irresponsible and I am shocked at how they dismissed me and the serious issues I brought to their attention regarding their interconnected plumbing and electrical systems. In general, the unit is not being kept up properly as many reviews suggest (I overlooked these thinking they were only cosmetic, but not). The unit is not being thoroughly cleaned (there was dust on appliances) and the bedroom feels dingy and in need of fresh paint and a new mattress (the mattress is very lumpy and cheap). Of greater concern, the unit has significant intertwined electrical and plumbing issues which deem it unsafe and in need of immediate attention. There is likely a sewage block that is preventing the pump from eliminating waste from the apartment. Additionally, I was locked into the apartment and forced to stay home for an evening and missed an event with friends. I slept overnight with an unlocked door then waited around until noon the next day for the locksmith and handyman to assess the problems with the unit. The management only offered me 50 euros for my inconvenience, ignoring all of my complaints about the sewage (washing machine waste water coming up in the kitchen plumbing) and electrical issues (loud buzzing for long periods during the night in the bedroom related to the broken sewage pump). Finally, the management has very poor communication. Rather than providing clear instructions, they sent me incomprehensible notes and photos that didn't align with the property site. The entrance to the building is confusing as there are multiple shops with the same number. I spent an hour waiting in the wrong place. It is truly demoralizing to experience such poor treatment of business and people and I will not be renting another apartment on Booking.

• Yuval (8/5): Great location, hard to get in, needs some important repairs. We enjoyed it after all - Location is perfect, close to all the musts and yet hidden and quiet. Its terrace is also great bonus. The listing describes a penthouse with an elevator. They do not tell you that the elevator only reaches the apartment’s door and after the door awaits 17 steep spiral wooden stairs that are very hard to climb, especially with a heavy suitcase. One side of the tween bed is broken and you sink into it, the shower hose is broken and while the fridge door opens to the right, it is behind a closet door that opens to the left. You cannot find a pair of identical glasses or coffee mugs and we were very disappointed not to have wine glasses, especially since there is a beautiful (and romantic) terrace, unfortunately also in a very bad maintenance condition (the furniture)
• William (10/5): Exceptional - The view and the space, was a convenient location very close to everything and a 20 minute walk to the train station. Definitely happy with my stay here! To find the entrance was a little confusing, you need to enter via a covered alleyway about 50 metres to the east of where Google takes you.
