• Haily (7/5): Great location, facilities could be ran better. - Location was amazing & close to everything. Price wasn’t bad. Floors were DIRTY when we arrived, we couldn’t walk around without our shoes on or our feet/socks would turn black and have dirt all over them & there was no broom or dust pan in sight. We weren’t notified ahead of time that it was on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator (complicated our stay due to disabilities). We were also told there was a pool then upon arrival, another tenant notified us that the pool was down (fine, whatever) but when I mentioned this to the representative, I got back a “sorry”. The pool was closed for our entire stay.

• Smith (8/5): Very good - I love the space and the description as far as beds and bedrooms were correct. I also love that the price was great to be so close to amenities and entertainment. It was SOOOO clean. We tried to go swimming but the key card in the room wouldn't unlock the gate. I also could never get an actual person on the phone to talk to them nor did I ever get a call back from one of them. I also wish the 2 living rooms, both had pull out beds.
• Roberto (4/5): Spacious but poorly equipped. Service team rude - Spacious, good location for Disney parks No extra bed linen despite cold temperature at night. Only 1 cover per bed. Poor in kitchen utensils. Poor lighting in apartment. Poor furniture in bedrooms. The 2 beds room didn't have any closet or drawer. Awful service team attention. Rude and unaccommodating people responding messages at a certaing point they just stopped responding when I asked where was the pool's key
