Maywald (5/5): Passable - The place was new and freshly painted. The owners were very friendly, although they spoke very little English There was no fridge, TV or chairs. Only one very old mug and two very small cups. Really, I don't think they were providing tea and coffee making facilities. Half of the glass in the shower was dirty, as was the kitchen bench. There were dirty dishes on the sink. No hot water over the bathroom sink. The bathroom was just too small to be comfortable. The unit is a small metal unit built in the side yard of a suburban home. Parking is provided, but it's a bit squishy. On the upside, it's in a very quiet location
