Highly recommend Honestly nothing to complain about the host was very responsive to call and my questions.

• Megan (8/5): Amazing view - The apparent was gorgeous and the view was amazing. The building was hard to find. There needs to be more signs for those visiting. The lady behind the desk was very unhelpful and rude. Our bed was very unstable

• Xpathstravels (8/5): Beautiful city views - The location was wonderful and really in the cetner of everything. You're walking distance to many places which were about a 15 min walk at most. Lots of good food options and bars. The view was spectacular, I wished we stayed longer. When we wanted to use the amenities the front desk said we were supposed to make a reservation or application beforehand. But since it was the weekend, we weren't allowed to do so and had to wait until monday, but we were already checking out by then so it was pointless. We ended up not being able to use any of the amenities because of this and felt like we missed out. I would inquire about this with the host ahead of time if you guys plan to use amenities.

In free tram zone.nice place very comfortable,clean,the staff so helpful. Have supermarket opposite the place. I arrive melbourne so early.No place to keep luggage.but we understand

• Marianne (9/5): Amazing views, superb location 👏 - Beautiful views, location is super convenient, close to shopping centre, tram and train station. Enjoyed using the pool and sauna facilities. Pool is heated which is such a bonus. Free WiFi. 2in1 washing machine and dryer was super convenient, washing detergent pods were included. Had an amazing view of Flagstaff Gardens and got to view the New Years fireworks from the comfort of the apartment. We loved our stay and would definitely come back if ever in Melbourne again! - no parking included in the apartment, it made our stay a little stressful as we had to drive around for a while until we could find parking. There's some street parking which is 2hr paid and free after 10pm which we took advantage of. Organise parking before your stay - there was no full length mirror which made getting ready a little challenging - there was no microwave so couldn't heat my sons milk up, did it the old way with the stove and a saucepan - I think the window latch is broken so the windows wouldn't stay open for some fresh air - the carpet had stains and dirty shoe marks on it, I think the apartment is in need of replacing it and finding one which is easier to clean and maintain - the queen bed not as comfy as the king bed - walls need a good clean as there are so many scuff marks on the walls, perhaps fresh coat of paint - door needs to be pushed closed with force otherwise it won't lock and will make a whistling noise

• Julia (8/5): Good apartment that would easily be exceptional if the issues identified were addressed. - Good location, right around the corner from the free trams and across from the train station. Nice unit, complete with everything you need for a long stay. Has excellent shower, beds. laundry and kitchen facilities and nice bedrooms. Had a great view on 54th floor and was sunny. This is a really good apartment and if the property managers address the issues below it would be exceptional. The pool and gym access are not included, as the fob and pass provided are denied entry. This is a false advertising yet is significantly prominent in the promoting and booking name of the apartment. The property management will only provide one set of the 3 individual keys required to access the building, the lift and the apartment. This access barrier is hopeless for 2 or more people and is hardly fit for purpose for a unit that provides sleeping for 4-5 people. The management company strategically only inform you of this condition after the booking is confirmed and paid for. Had this been a stated condition prior to booking I would not have chosen this apartment, or at least booked knowing this was the case. There is a significant design flaw around airflow and draught in the building affecting this apartment resulting in a loud and incessant whistling in the apartment when the entrance door is closed - to the extent of becoming torturous and no one could sleep with it. We discovered it is from a drop in floor level at the door frame. You have 2 options, either leave your door open 24/7 which is unsafe and risky, or take a towel and bulk it up under the door and forcing it to close against the bulk of the towel which creates a risk of damaging the door.

Sadly when door was shut there was a very loud hissing sound that only went away when door was left open. Something I think of I was owner of the property would be getting fixed with body corporate.
• Julieanne (10/5): Could have looked at the view forever. - Fantastic location 250m walk from Southern Cross Station. Grocery shop across the road. Amazing views! Well-appointed 2 bed apartment with mostly enough kitchen equipment. Would recommend for up to 4. Lounge not that comfortable to sleep on. Needs a microwave. Would have been helpful to know that you need to lock the door with a key and where to find the refuse area.

Looking forward to our next stay at Panoramic View.
• Denise (8/5): Overall Good and bad - Location, view, modern, spacious. The shower leaked hugely. And the door whistled with a loud , high-pitched squeal. We had to leave the door slightly open to be able to sleep! There was no tea towel to dry things.

The location was just brilliant and close to everything that we needed. There was a very strong cooking smell that hit you when you opened the door. There were quite a few marks on the walls so we took photos as we were concerned that we may not get our deposit back.
