• Andreas (7/5): Nice, roomy condo, but a little run-down - Nice, roomy condo on the first floor, with elevator. Two separate bathrooms (the second, separate toilet was appreciated). Beautiful balcony with a nice view. Big couch, TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime available. The bookshelf as a separation between the couch an the dining table is nice and practical for easy storage. Very clean and soft beds, two head cushions per person, freshly laundered bedclothes, soft towels. Appropriate fitting (high chair for baby/toddler, vacuum cleaner, iron, extra cushions and blankets etc.). Plenty of storing space in the wardrobes, enough hangers. Very good kitchen equipment! Oven, microwave, very big fridge and freezer, toaster, 2 coffee machines, water kettle... A short walk to the excellent restaurants nearby. It would be nice to give the address (23 Γεωργίου Γρίβα Διγενή) in latin script: 23 Georgio Griva Digeni!! The coordinates given in the e-mail for check-in didn't work. The condo definitely needs better cleaning and some maintenance!!!! It's no longer as nice as in the pictures on booking.com! The floor in the kitchen in front of the sink was sticky, the tile joints grimy. All the handles of the kitchen cabinets were grimy. The kitchen cabinets themselves have seen better times. The flap of the wall cabinet where all the plates are stored doesn't stay open any more, you had to hold the glass flap or else it would crash on your head. The corduroy fabric of the couch already shows many stains which could be easily cleaned. Bathroom: the hangers for the towels on the door are no longer there, the towel holder on the shower screen was broken. The shower rod is coming off the wall. Bedroom with double bed: very narrow space between sideboard and the bed. Balcony giving a view out over the back yard and a permanently closed pool with some rainwater in it where plenty of mosquitoes hatch :-( Close to the road - sometimes very noisy. The windows do not keep out any noise. Bedroom with 2 separate beds: the smaller one of the two beds is creaking awfully - something must be broken. The neighborhood seems safe enough, but it's not fancy. Old rotten car next to our parking space, rather run-down outdoor area of the building (e.g. pool). The worst thing was the dog living in the condo on the ground floor - it was howling and yelping every day early in the morning. Generally the equipment of the condo was fine, but it's a bad joke and ridiculous to give only ONE spare bin liner/garbage bag for a whole week (especially when you have to put the used toilet paper in the bin too)! I could not find a single cleaning detergent. There were cleaning supplies like a broom and a mop, but no agent to clean with. Are the landlords afraid that I would take a bottle of cleaner home in my suitcase?!? There are plenty of rules everywhere for everything in little picture frames - up to an extent where it becomes ridiculous.
