Luiz (5/5): I would not stay here again because management is not available 24 hours in case of an emergency. Better pay a bit more - Clean, good location. The location was good and the place was very clean. I had no issues with the location itself. The main problem is that the building is a mixed-use property: it’s residential, but some units are rented through Booking.com, which makes the guest policy confusing. I booked and paid for two people from the beginning, but my second guest was arriving later and I didn’t know the exact time. When he arrived late at night on the last day (we were leaving for the airport a few hours later), he was not allowed to enter because permission had to be requested in advance during business hours. As a result, my guest had to find another hotel just to stay for a few hours. I understand the need for security, but this rule was not clearly explained beforehand. After speaking with reception, it became clear that the apartment is managed by an external company and the building reception is not connected to Booking.com, which made the situation confusing. Unfortunately, this caused unnecessary stress. Because of this experience, I would not stay here again and would recommend choosing a hotel instead if you need a more flexible check-in process.

Tive problemas ao fazer check in, nosso nome não estava previamente cadastrado, apesar de ter recebido suporte foi uma dificuldade pra conseguir entrar. O sistema de entrada e saída do prédio é super complicado, não dá pra receber visita. A fechadura eletrônica também não estava funcionando, o ralo da pia estava entupido. A limpeza era bem meia boca 🥲

A desta unidade é branca, dá um aspecto meio "hospital". Tudo correu bem na estadia, mas o contato pelo whatsapp foi bem insatisfatório, me foram apresentadas algumas regras que não consegui achar no booking e quando solicitei que me enviassem o link de onde eu poderia lê-las eles pararam de responder. Não ficaria novamente em unidades geridas por esse administrador especificamente.
