• Hawar (8/5): Nice place - The only issue I experienced with this property was the noise at night. Since there are multiple rooms, it can sometimes be noisy when other guests are talking on the phone or moving around, and the sound carries into the rooms. I have stayed here multiple times, and usually it becomes quiet after 11 p.m., but it would be very helpful if there were a quiet-hours rule, perhaps after 9 p.m., to make the stay more comfortable for everyone. Other than that, I was happy with my stay. The property is in a very good location and is a nice place overall.

• Stewart (9/5): Mine was a 27-day stay. It’s the 2nd time I spent time at this basement. I still like it like before. - We could do cooking and laundry. Room was well maintained. Location is convenient with my kind of restaurants around. Because of sound insulation problem, they can’t put a TV or a radio in the room.

Would absolutely stay here again in the future. Wi-Fi outage on the 2nd night was mildly inconvenient. Also I accidentally left my boots on the main shoe rack (not the owner's fault I'll just need them to message me about getting them back. I can come back in a week or 2 to collect them).

• Michelle Ann (10/5): It is really cozy and private stay with good location and clean facilities - I like it bec the communication and instructions are concise and in timely manner. It is well-maintained in n out the property ( they clear the snow from the parking driveway, shovel the side going to the side entrance door. ) Clean facilities and the quiet time was observed on all times required. Very good location and lots of nearby to go to’s. Middle of York region and Toronto areas. Efficient host from Day 1. It is not like, but It is a good idea if there is a lamp shade on one of the bed side table at least just one. Front door side entrance was not secure sometimes.

The bed is big and I was given two different types of pillows: one soft and the other thicker and more supportive. A whole bunch of different sizes of towels provided too. The basement entrance outside was very dark at night. The sensor in the stair turned on only after I started going down the stairs. I would have rolled down the stairs if I wasn’t cautious.

• Jack (4/5): Overall our stay is good, I find the owner very accommodating despite our very late check in. - The location is good, 25 minutes away from Canada's Wonderland. The property is very accessible to grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants. The lighting is good, as are some available appliances. Unpleasant odor in some rooms, like cigarette smoke. The property is clean, but it looks and smells old. Appliances and furniture are just decent.

• jonathan (7/5): It was ok because I didn't have to stay long - It was in a good location relative to where I was working. The host was nice also The wood bar across the path to the back door. The light takes too long to turn on at the back door. I did not like having so many other people sharing the facilities, especially for that price. I could hear the other people .There was no oven. There were no amenities like TV.

• Di Lella (1/5): - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AND WILL NOT EVER RETURN.. First of all there were no windows in our room.  The shared bathroom was way too small.  It is not hygenic to share a washroom with other people.  Also other would not clean up after themselves after using the toilet facilities.   At night at 1:00 in the morning guests we're cooking in the kitchen leaving a strong odor which came through our room.  The kitchen and fridge were filthy.  The cleaners only came to clean after guests left the premises. In an Airbnb IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HOST TO OVERSEE THE CONDITIONS OF WHERE THE GUESTS ARE OCCUPYING SPACE. THERE SHOULD ALSO BE PEOPLE WHO SHOULD SPEAK ENGLISH to communicate I will Definitely not be returning to this place.
• Wendt (7/5): - The rooms are in the basement of a private house. It's a quiet area and you need to walk quite a bit from the bus stop. The breakfast is not included, but there are a lot of great options near by. We had a room without a window that made it very hot to sleep at night. The shared bathroom was a bit dirty. The kitchen killed it all. Somebody from the other guests burnt something on the stove. As the apartment had no windows, the smell didn't disappear. In the sink were dirty dishes and rotten food.

• Zepur (7/5): we used the room just to crush at night so we were out in the morning. - Breakfast was not included, the only thing we liked was the location. there was smell lingering in the basement, someone cooked in the kitchen and the smell was spread trough out the corridor to our room. Good thing the room was not contaminated by the smell.
• Gabor (9/5): Superb - The price was very reasonable and the area was nice. The temperature was cold and there was no temperature and humidity adjustment. I received an answer to my questions the morning we checked out. Upstairs we could hear children running and people talking until 11 pm. One of the lock boxes had a hard time opening. We did talk to someone upstairs who helped us open the lock box and he quieted everyone down upstairs so we could finally sleep. We ran out of toilet paper the last day.

The bedroom was large and clean as well as the bathroom, I really liked the large shower. I did not answer the staff question as I did not see any staff, however I left the room before 10 a.m. and did not return until 9 p.m.

• Alexander (2/5): Stay. Away. From. This. Place. - An insane place. Just absolutely the worst I've stayed in. And that's saying a lot since I've used booking.com for over a decade. 1) Random people will try to get into your door in the middle of the night, including cleaners. 2) There is a family running upstairs constantly with a little kid - - you hear everything, resulting in horrible acoustics. 3) Fridge is small and cluttered with other people's stuff, 4) Bathroom is tiny and cramped. 5) Back door hardly locks. 6) Smells bad.
