Charity (7/5): Clean, big rooms, so-so service - Big and clean rooms, good breakfast spread. Staff spoke very little English and not particularly friendly. Smoking even on so-called non-smoking rooms. Cleaning threw away my skincare products (travel sizes/samples but still..).
