La disponibilità al check in anticipato. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La porta della camera non aveva serratura. Struttura senza ascensore e senza condizionatore ma con ventilatore da soffitto (siamo stati comunque freschi). Lontananza da Valencia 20 minuti di auto
• Guest (5/5): - Adriana is very kind and welcoming. The bathroom is shared, but cleaned several times a day. Kitchen is shared too, but you can use it. There is wifi and access to the building's swimming pool. During our stay, Adriana's family was also visiting at her home. Unfortunately, they were using the shared bathroom of the guests, so there was often a queue to use the bathroom. There is no key to the room door, so anyone can enter while you are gone. The fridges were messy and full of food (from guests, previous people, family,..) and there is no order to place your things easily. Overall, I appreciated Adriana as a person, but I think that if you decide to have your family over, then you pause your room renting business, so everyone is comfortable, because I felt uncomfortable in the end.

• Erwin (8/5): good value for money - This place gives you a room in Adriana's house. Believe there are three such rooms available. we got one of them. Adriana is very friendly - my house is your house. We had breakfast at the table in the living room and we could use the fridge for our groceries. This place is abt 5 minute walk from several restaurants. Also some walks/hikes you can start from Naquera into the mountains. it served our purpose.

The host was helpful with keeping my ebike inside the building, despite having to use Google Translate for everything. I was shown my room and the bathroom and that's it. I don't think there's much more to shared areas or the kitchen. Check-in could also be improved.

• Ankoma (10/5): Very cute homey like rooms with good amenities and friendly host - It was really good stay. The woman who admitted us was very friendly and the shared areas were so nicely decorated, very homey feel. Rooms as described. Parking possible and dogs welcomed. There were toiletries prepared in the private bathroom and water bottles for us. The general area is also very nice, there were several restaurants in walkable distance and the Italian restaurant was delightful. There was strange noise coming from water heater when the tap was on, which was a little annoying but it didn't disturb me during night at all.

• Robert (8/5): Great value, clean, friendly condominium rooms, with shared facilities. - The rooms are part of a large upstairs condominium and if you can accept sharing a living room and kitchen (all very clean and well equipped) with a few other guests and the owner, then this represents an extremely low cost chance to see a small Spanish town outside of Valencia. The lady owner, spoke almost no English, but was welcoming whilst keeping a low profile. We had the only bedroom with en suite bathroom, which is very important for my rather shy wife, but other rooms shared a bathroom. It was a clean, and friendly environment with parking, and well worth the very modest cost. Wifi was good. Sharing facilities was something we did rather more easily when we were younger, but at the time of our visit there were only one or two other persons around so it really was no problem. I am not sure if it might get a little busier. TV had no English channels, but that was the case in almost all hotels in Valencia region, large and small.

• Wojciech (8/5): Quiet room for quick stay - Nice room, rather small, but fine for one night. Comfy bed, clean, no issues there. quiet area, but there are some bars in the area. You can use the kitchen and there was water prepared for us. For this price I cannot complain much Bathroom is a bit dated, there is no lift, parking is possible but may not be easy.

We booked 2 rooms, one of them was ok, but another has no privacy because there are no curtains in the room, and window look at the living room. Nobody speak English

• Mitchell (9/5): Friendly, clean, helpful and economic. - Comfortable stay in a double room with its own bathroom/shower, and a secure place to keep my belongings (was travelling heavy). Lovely family, not intrusive at all, helpful, friendly and totally open to help out, they even displaced themselves to the sofa when another customer arrived a day early! Many would have turned him away, but not Adriana. Estupendo, volveré! Parking is not guaranteed, but I always managed to park close-by, in view of the apartment.
