• Dimitrina (1/5): - Не препоръчвам.Подлъгахме се заради отзивите,няма нищо вярно.Нито плажът е на 250 м.Паркираш на друга улица и вървиш до къщата по каменист и с дупки път.Голямото разочарование беше стаята.Не ходете там.
• Теодор (2/5): - The location and price is perfect There were numerous issues that came up during our stay: 1. The Owner felt very pushy as he often times would corner us in the hallway while leaving or entering the house, asking about our stay, even at the first day when we arrived he insisted many times even after we politely declined to take our baggage. In general he felt off and made the stay much more uncomfortable than it needed to be. 2. There was an insistance on not eating food in the rental room. This wasn't mentioned anywhere and felt unnecessary and a big discomfort. At the same time during our last day they left food in our room as a present which directly conflicted what they said earlier. 3. There was a general low level of hygiene such as the balcony having animal waste on it. 4. We requested a double bed and instead received a room with 2 single beds simply put next to each other. I would say the biggest problem was the Owner and how much it felt like he was pressuring us in general during our stay, which could have easily been avoided from their end.

• Savera (10/5): Отзив за 5 дневен престой - Поддръжка,чистота,тераса с гледка, дворно пространство и гостоприемство дори с кучета. Имахме голяма плазма,огромна баня,климатик и тн.Има лятна кухня с удобства за ползване и прекрасна градина с екзотични дървета. Трябва да се ходи малко до плажа,но все пак е във вилната зона на Черноморец и е видно, че не е в самия център. За хора с кола или обичащи разходките е супер.

В близост има малък плаж с пясък и гледка към залива. Местонахождението не е подходящо за хора без кола или за такива, на които не им се ходи пеша, тъй като в близост няма хранителен магазин или заведение
• Sylke (7/5): Loved the street, outdoor kitchen, and yard. Great value if you don’t mind walking or have a car. - Lovely outdoor kitchen and yard with fig and persimmon trees. Very safe for pets. Picturesque street that looks down to the sea. Fabulous walk to a small wild beach and 20 minute walk to a bigger fantastic beach. Owner insisted on talking to my Bulgarian friend for some unknown reason before I was able to book. Then told me we needed to upgrade and pay more money for air conditioning and because of the dog. I upgraded and paid more money, but the room we got looked the same as the one I originally booked. I asked the owner if I could see the original room and he said it was occupied. Then I asked him if he could send a photo of the original room and he didn’t respond. Otherwise he was responsive and helpful. Bedsheets are made of harsh polyester like for outdoor cushions that is quite uncomfortable. Cotton sheets and a bedside lamp would go a long way. Also there is smoking in the house.

• Felician (10/5): Great stay - Very nice accommodation. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were great - no squeaking and the mattresses were excellent for having a good night rest. There was an lcd tv, a small fridge and a generous closet in the room as well. The bathroom was huge - I believe it was as big as the room itself. Also there is a nice balcony from which you can see the sea and Sozopol city. There is also a nice patio/ outdoor kitchen with a big freezer, barbeque place and a big table and chairs. The property also has the possibility of parking up to two vehicles inside the courtyard but getting in and out is quite challenging (especially getting in) due to the street being very narrow and significantly sloped. But you can park 50 meters up to the main road. Overall, a great stay and definitely recommended. The aircon is shared between two rooms but the external unit was on our side of the balcony. So despite the fact we didn't use the aircon we still had to hear it everytime the guests in the neighbouring room would use it.

• Egle (8/5): Always call before going there, to be sure you won't get any surprises - NIce quiet place with the yard, perfect for those with pets. I wasn't asked to pay any additional fee for my dog. Room OK, big balcony, kitchen on the ground floor, quite well equipped. There were several unpleasant surprises: 1. When we arrived at 15:00, the administrator did not know that we had to come, he seemed surprised and told us that we had to wait somewhere for 2 hours until it would be cleaned. He spoke only Bulgarian, so it was difficult for us to make ourselves understood, I used the Russian language (which he partially understood) and Google Translate. I had an urgent need of WIFI because of my work and insisted on having access to the WIFI, so after 10 min of arguing (first he offered to cancel the reservation and go away), he let us enter the reception space of his villa and I had my online lesson. After this, he brought us to another house, to a room which was completely different from the one I booked. It had NO private bathroom (although it stated in the booking, that we would have a private bathroom), and the bathroom was stinking badly. 2. Next morning we met other guests from Czech Republic, who were shocked as well, because they booked the entire villa for 6 people, and only 3 of them were admitted to stay, because one room was occupied by us. We had to feel bad, although we had no fault in this tricky situation. Those people did not manage to get any compensation, the other three had to pay for another booking in some other house, for the period we stayed there.

• Yuliyana (8/5): The bathroom was inconvenient, no choice for 2 beds as advertised - Overall it was an okay stay for the amount of money that we paid. The bathroom was really small (even though we booked the least expensive room) and it got really hot fast if we didn't keep the door open. Which is okay if you don't use it but when you do, you literally start to melt inside. Also, the ad said that we could have 2 separate beds if we wished. But when we got there, there wasn't neither room, nor separate mattresses. I asked the hosts beforehand if my request is possible - they said we would settle the matter when we arrive. Well, guess what.
