- Adrian (10/5): Exceptional - This is a small apartment in an excellent location, perfect for solo traveller or a couple. Juanma was a great host, helpful and friendly. I stayed around a week and would happily have stayed longer. There is a double-bed, microwave and cooker / hob, kettle, coffee machine, fridge and washing machine. It's just off the main street near Chueca, very close to lots of amenities and sights. I loved it.

- Sabine (7/5): Quiet apartment in a lively neighborhood - The apartment ist close to metro station Tribunal, and you can even walk (10-15 minutes) to the city centre. Still it is very quiet, as it is located in an additional building in the backyard of the house. The neighborhood is great, with lots of bars and restaurants as well as shops. We spend our evenings there and thus avoided the touristy stuff in the centre. Juan provided a lot of information and could be reached anytime. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a supermarket nearby. But there is also a nice café just opposite the house, where you can have breakfast. The only really annoying thing was the fact that the bathroom door could only be closed by slamming it really, really hard.

- Ganyailo (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent apartments in the center of Madrid! But at the same time they are located in such a way that there is absolutely no noise. It is very quiet and comfortable to sleep, this was important for me. The streets nearby are full of life and there you will find everything for every taste and need. Everything in the apartment is super, from the bed to the kitchen and shower. Everything is pure and made with soul. Separately, I would like to note that Juanma does everything for your comfortable stay. He helped me with all my questions and was always in touch. Juanma thank you very much for your help! Next time I will definitely contact Juanma and recommend it to everyone!
- Navneet (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very conveniently located and was comfortable. Everything was in walking distance due to how close we were to the centre. The apartment is small but perfect for what we were after which was a clean place to sleep and relax. There were also facilities to microwave, wash up and even do laundry within the apartment. Juanma as a host was also very hospitable and offered many good recommendations and was in regular contact. Nothing we were genuinely quite happy with the apartment overall.
