• LSAM (7/5): Prima verblijf wanneer je niet teveel luxe nodig hebt. - Locatie is goed. Prima bedden. Ruim en heeft wat je in basis nodig hebt. Niet alles was even schoon. Dweil stond in de douche vies. Daarbij deed de oven het niet en het is wat karig ingericht allemaal.

• Stephanie (7/5): Very close to all amenities and Euston station. Lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. I would stay ag - Very spacious and clean. Close to all amenities. We stayed on a weekend and it was quite noisey through the early hours as there is lots of pubs and places to eat nearby. Didn’t put us off but just a consideration if booking here to prevent negative feedback.

• Adriena (8/5): - V blízkosti obchody s potravinami a metro - centrum bolo len pár zastávok. Výhodou je, že je to celý dom, a teda kuchyňa je tiež k dispozícii. Pre mňa bolo výhodou aj možnosť ubytovania sa samostatne. Majitelia pravdepodobne čítajú aj nejaké recenzie, pretože stoličky boli 4, okná sa dali otvoriť aj zavrieť v poriadku, takže snáď si prečítajú aj toto a budú sa snažiť pobyt v tomto dome spríjemniť ešte viac aj ďalším návštevníkom. Komunikácia je asi nastavená iba na automatické maily, pretože keď som požiadala cez booking o skorší čas ubytovania, tak mi neprišla žiadna odpoveď. Nábytok by asi trebalo vymeniť, pôsobilo to už trochu staro a nie moc príjemne, napríklad gauč bol taký vysedený, matrace boli na náš vkus až príliš mäkké, podlaha vŕzgala a niektoré žalúzie sa nedali stiahnuť (nepríjemné to bolo hlavne v kúpeľni).

• Xavier (6/5): Emplacement parfait , déception sur les équipements qui obligent à manger toujours à l’extérieur! - Emplacement excellent ! Proche de la gare saint Pancras et du métro Angel Facilite pour accéder ! Quartier sympathique Beaucoup de supermarchés et commerces mais calme quand même ! Cuisine pas assez équipée pour cuisiner même simplement ! Par exemple : 3cuillères à café c’est vraiment très peu ! Surtout qu il y a un super lave vaisselle …et beaucoup de capacités pour ranger la vaisselle ! Le four fonctionne mais il faut monter le disjoncteur dans le placard sur le tableau électrique…pas simple ! Un micro onde permettrait de réchauffer facilement des plats à emporter puisque pas de possibilité de cuisson ! Il est très dommage que les fenêtres du séjour ne ferment pas ! Dommage pour la perte énergétique , alors que le chauffage fonctionne très bien. D’autres fenêtres ont des serrures et ne s’ouvrent pas du tout ! Le logement était propre La literie (un peu molle ) mais propre Serviettes TB
• Cemile (5/5): Tolle Lage und viel Potential, aber die Sauberheit und der Zustand der Ausstattung müssen dringend verbessert werden. - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich top. Direkt am Chapel Market gibt es viele Essensmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Geschäfte. Die Gegend ist generell sehr angenehm, lebendig und sehenswert. Außerdem ist man super zentral – King’s Cross erreicht man in etwa 12–15 Minuten zu Fuß, und die U-Bahn- sowie Busverbindungen sind hervorragend. Für einen Aufenthalt zu dritt bietet die Unterkunft grundsätzlich viel Platz und eine gute Aufteilung. Leider war das Inventar insgesamt etwas abgenutzt und die Sauberkeit ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Die Betten waren durchgelegen, was den Schlafkomfort beeinträchtigt hat. Zusätzlich ließen sich die Fenster nicht öffnen, wodurch Lüften unmöglich war. Das war besonders schade, da die Unterkunft ansonsten Potential für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt bietet.
• Elena (2/5): SUCIO E INCOMODO, NO VUELVO NUNCA MAS - Nada, tuvimos que limpiar TODO de lo sucio que estaba, sobre todo la ducha que estaba muy però que muy sucia, olía raro en el apartamento como a cerveza derramada, las camas muy incómodas, bastante fatal El horno no iba, el suelo había trozos en los que faltava madera y estaba sucio, la ducha MUY SUCIA, la encimera de la cocina comida de mierda, las camas MUY INCOMODAS, el sofá horrible. para lo que deben ganar podrian mejorar el sitio, horrible.

• Frederik (7/5): Zentral gelegen und gut für Stadterkundungen aber in die Jahre gekommen. - Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und in einem sehr schönen Stadtteil von London gelegen. Die Straße ist schön und durch die Dachterasse kann man schöne Sommerabende dort verbringen. Vermieterin Hannah ist sehr nett und es wurden alle Wünsche nach früherem check-in und späterem check-out erfüllt. Generell bietet die Unterkunft viel Platz und eine gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben, ist die Unterkunft in die Jahre gekommen. Es funktionieren Dinge nicht mehr (Backofen) oder sind teilweise kaputt (Fenster mit Spaltmaßen). Betten sind durchgelegen. Insbesondere die Fenster sind ärgerlich da besonders am Wochenende die Lautstärke enorm ist in der Wohnung. Generell könnte man mit ein wenig Arbeit die Wohnung wieder auf ein hohes Level bringen. Für den Preis immer noch akzeptabel durch die gute Lage
• Campbell (9/5): Great weekend in London for Coldplay - Great value for money, this is a large living space in central London at an affordable price. The location was great (quieter part of the city), whilst a little more lively during market days (loved the hustle and bustle). The roof top terrace was an added bonus. Not so much a dislike, just a recommendation. The roof top terrace is an excellent addition to the property. Perhaps a little more decoration, some lighting etc. would add a great deal to the property.
• Kelly (8/5): - Large apartment split over 3 floors. Could be challenging with large luggage or with children. Worked for us. Beds were clean but apartment could do with a good clean. Uneven number of plates, cups, cutlery, etc, would be difficult with more than 3 or 4 people. Great location. Staff were very accommodating letting us drop our bags off early as unable to find bag storage. Apartment needs a good clean. Floors very noisy when you walk around. Bathroom on lowest level. More seating in living area would be useful.

Le manque d'ustensiles de cuisine (ex: gazinière sans allumette, manque cuillères, pas de passoire, pas de grande casserole pour une famille), les poignets de fenêtre limite qui ne tiennent qu'à un fil, une terrasse inaccessible, logement sur 4 étages avec escaliers++

• Janet (6/5): - Die Lage war toll...aber ziemlich laut. Heizung bei 30°C nicht abstellbar. Keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilator. Insgesamt zu wenig Ausstattung in der Küche für 4 Personen. Betten extrem weich/ durchgelegen. Es wirkt vieles schon abgewohnt. Fotos sind gut gemacht, aber sind scheinbar schon ein paar Jahre alt.

• Abhishek (7/5): Overall, this is a nice accommodation and Value for money - The location was great. It was close to central London and kings cross and the regents canal, British museum. Lots of restaurants ans shops close by. Bedrooms are somewhat small. Flat could have been cleaned better.

Good size for 4, but issues need addressing simple things would make it a great property To enter bathroom, no handle nail to open the door. 1 bedside cabinet! In each room, it is not good for 2 persons occupancy 1 pillow each poor quality Bare rooms No mirror in either bedroom Sparse decor poor seating 1x fold down settee fine for 3 !! 1 left sitting on stool needs at least 1 chair. Kettle suitable for 2 persons to small for 4 spouted water every wear. 1 wine glass microwave would be good OVEN DID NOT WORK previously reported. No plug in bathroom sink There is no cover on the light switch for the lounge . The biggest fault was "stains on mattress" in back bedroom ! No mattress cover..
• Laura (8/5): It's a 50/50. - Positives. Overall good experience - the best aspect was surely the location. Although the market got loud in mornings, the home was close to shops, restaurants, bus and metro. Apartment had a huge TV. The kitchen had mostly everything needed except lids for pans. We had issues with the boiler but it was quickly solved by the owner! We had plenty of towels in diferrent sizes. Negatives. Weird for me was the layout - the apartment was 4 storeys - toilet, living room and kitchen, bedrooms, balcony. One small toilet/shower for 4 people was difficult. The sofa was also too small for 4 people to be comfortable and a bit broken. One of the stove gas rings did not want to turn on, neither did the oven. Window handles were coming off, almost falling down to the street when opened. The floor was super squeaky, especially in bedrooms. And if opened, the radiator was leaking in one of the bedrooms, so the room was cold. At least the bed linen were warm and nice. Also weird not to have tea and sugar in a London apartment. There was only one capsule for the washing machine and no capsules for dishwasher so we couldnt use it.
• Laisvydas (10/5): Exceptional - Exellent location, buisy street at day, quiet at night! Balcony for smokers :) Big tv for teens. Everything just around the corner-sainsburys, iceland, mcdonalds, many take aways and good bit of restaurants. Walking distance to the underground, bus stops. Had an issue with hurting foot, was allowed to check out few hrs later. Thank you for that!
• Rhonda (9/5): Affordable and Excellent Location! - We loved the location. A 5-minute walk to the Angel tube station and a 10 minute walk to Kings Cross Station. Very close to shopping area where you will find great shops. The apartment was very comfortable and suited us just fine. If you stay here, you must check out N1 Grill which is directly opposite. Excellent tasty and affordable food. We would definitely go back there and stay in this apartment again. There wasn't any tea-towels in the kitchen. A little thing I know but very necessary.

• Petra (7/5): Perfect location, but accomodation needs some attention, especially the quality of the beds - Good location to London downtown area and underground station Beds were terrible and extremely outdated Lack of well functioning reasonable furniture - although there was enough space. For example: thete was a couch, but not well fitting for 4 people, and another chair was missing. Not a comfortable couch either. In the sleeping room, anything to put your clothes on wad missing. Only space was to drop them on the ground. Last, temperature/heating was not well arranged. Living room got automatically far too hot

• Clare (5/5): Enjoyed are stay but didn’t spend any time in the apartment other than to sleep and felt the external doors need better - The location for our visit was excellent The apartment was very dark and had poor lighting. Also we didn’t feel very secure once inside as the front door only had a basic catch and you could see where it had been broken into previously. There was a small door to the roof which was barely shut and the window on the landing was broken so remained open for anyone to climb through .

Good communication regarding check in and out and instructions for finding the apartment. A cpuple of minor things that could be improved, like there being no microwave and no handle on the outside of the bathroom door.

• Allison (6/5): Pleasant - I think the house could be great but for the money it feels very bare, we needed more seating as there was 4 of us and for the price for one night l feel there should be tea and coffe and milk left for the morning , the mattresses need updating as they feel lumpy , the shower and kitchen are good practical spaces and work well , the hall is very dark even in daylight maybe a stronger bulb is needed See above
• Rebecca (7/5): Good - The apartment was very easy to find and in an excellent location, minutes walk from Angel tube station. The apartment is very spacious and beds were comfortable. Being so close to the market on a Sunday was lovely. There were a number of windows that didn't close properly, which lead to some early mornings as the set up for the market can be quite loud.

• Rebecca (8/5): Perfect for what we needed. Clean, easy access and close to the Design Centre - Great location just around the corner from where we were. Super clean property, plenty of storage & space. Comfy bed, nice shower. The duvet was a little thin for the time of year. I think the windows had been left on the latch which i only found out in the morning after a slightly chilly night with more noise coming in from the street.
• Takahiro (8/5): A lovely large flat very well located in an interesting part of London - The location was great, based as it is on Chapel Market Road. It was a little hard to find the front door at first as it set among the shops but once there, it was lovely. There is a Sainsburys closeby and a lovely-looking shopping centre although I did not go there. The tube is also a short walk away. It is normal in Australia to provide some milk and sugar as well as tea and coffee so that it is easy to have a cup of tea/coffee when you arrive.
• Ali (10/5): Clean, Warm and Great location - The property is right around the corner from Angel station with many restaurants, bars, cinema etc on the same street. The place is modern and very clean. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we come back to London. Olly is great at keeping in touch too. Thanks again. No negatives for the stay
