• MOHAMED (1/5): - Location I didn't book a sea facing unit as usual which I have many a times in the past. Only after stepping in I realised that the unit was facing a 6 lane main road. The noise from the road was pretty much unbearable. Even if you are a heavy sleeper, you will be woken up by the noise. Never booking a road facing unit at denga bay again.

• MOHD RAFIQ FITRI (1/5): Overall, the parking and lift system is poorly planned and very inconvenient, especially for familie - nothing too like. the worstt hotel that i was booking so far…. really not worst my money. 100% im truly regret booking this hotel. there are too many issues need to be improve especially in the way the staff(dealling by whatsapp call & message) deal with their customers. let me clear all this thing in the next box 1) CAR PARKING Parking was another big problem. Only ONE parking space is provided for each apartment unit. I came with my family in two cars. The second car had to be parked at the visitor parking, which costs RM20 for 24 hours.Visitor parking is only allowed at specific ‘visitor-only’ areas, which are VERY far from the lift to the unit. Even the parking space provided for the unit is far from the lift. the lift is extremely confusing and not easy to find. You literally have to follow your unit apartment. 2) ROOM CLEANING 100% regret booking this place. Finding the lift that connects to the apartment was already a nightmare. When we finally reached the unit and opened the door, the room was a complete mess. it literally looked like someone had already stayed there. We rechecked and yes, it was the correct unit. Buttttt …. When we contacted the staff, the response was unbelievably careless: ‘we overlooked it and the room hasn’t been cleaned yet.’ Like… seriously? before we arrived and checkin you already whatsapp us and ask at what time arrive but this happens like????.? erghhh. They then offered two options: move to another apartment which is not in this same place or wait for the cleaner. Moving was NOT an option. We already paid for 3 days of visitor parking, the lift access was difficult, and my parents are elderly. Asking us to move again to another building was totally unreasonable. We waited around 45 minutes for the cleaner to arrive, with my whole family just standing there exhausted. Then the staff had the audacity to ask us to go down to the lobby to pick up the cleaner despite already having our unit and apartment details. likeee ????.?.? My husband and I had to go down ourselves, bring the cleaner up, and the cleaning only took about 30 minutes. too short time they take to clean 3 room,3bathroom,living room and so soon. 😭This whole experience shows extremely poor management, lack of responsibility, and terrible customer handling. Never again come.

The carpari is like a maze. We had to turn many rounds to get to the designated parking lot. Please provide thicker blankets and cleaner new bath towels. Also please repair the door lock in the master bedroom. My family member got stuck in the toilet for 20 minutes before finally being free.
• Ajit Malcolm (5/5): - Lots of happening open air restaurants downstairs Starbucks nearby for breakfast Netflix with account provided Living room was good size Nice view from most windows Aircon was good LOTS of ants in some places around the house and I spotted a lizard in the kitchen Generally not very clean house Couch had many stains Shower door was broken and did not close all tbe way Toilet bowl lid was not properly attached when we arrived No hand towels Stains on bath towels Found someone else's hair under the pillow The windows had decent soundproofing but it was still some road noise at night from the highway The only way to enter the condo is by passing by the mall toilet which was rather smelly After the mall closes at 10pm you have to make a long detour through a dark area where construction material has been dumped to use the alternative entrance The restaurant street leading up to the mall entrance was dirty on some days, but it didn't feel unsafe as there were always many people around.

The SMELL! No nice odour during our stay. First time came in there is unpleasant odour surrounding the house. Like alchohol smell over the place. Had to open the window to let it go but the smell still stink. Luckily we just stayed for sleeping,

The pipes in the toilet is broken and the water come out from it when in use.Second the water drain pipe in washing machine area is clog and the water will stuck on the floor area when the washing machine is in use.

On the right is the highway, cars and motorcycles are on 24/7, especially the noise from motorcycles is bearable from 1am to 4am, but after 4am the noise from hundreds of motorcycles is more than just noise.
