- David (7/5): Good - The resort is located in a very nice forest, with great views and walking/hiking options. The food is good. Overall good value for money. The room we got (deluxe) was outdated, old furniture, the bathroom also needs renovation. The sofa is not at all good for sleeping. The bed matrass is good, but the bed linen could be better, made of cotton (was artificial, eclecticizing and sparking while you move asleep, very unpleasant).

Snow was wonderful! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn’t like food. There was a smorgasbord with very few food options.Most of time children could not find anything to eat.

The next morning we found that we had a flat tyre, 3 people immediately came to help us change the tyre and refused to take any tip. The room is clean, warm and comfortable. The location was amazing, on a hilltop in the middle of a forest, with 360 views of snow capped mountains. The breakfast was also excellent. Nothing

- Mariam (8/5): Surely a good place to return again. - The staff was mostly good, the room was clean and comfortable. There was variety of food, and I enjoyed it very much. There are lots of cats outdoors, and my husband, who is fond of cats, was really happy. Also the hotel is in the forest, you can take a walk, enjoy some fresh air! Before our last night we decided to go to the bar. And after supper I even asked the woman there till what o'clock the bar was working. She told me that they were working till11 p.m. So we went there at 9 p.m but the barmen wasn't there, and we couldn't have spirits. Then we decided to drink hot chocolate, but the machine wasn't working too. So we ended up with some tea.
