• Debora Camilla (10/5): - Appartamento super attrezzato con ogni comodità. . Posizione otima e il self check-in e check-out molto pratico.
• Paloma (7/5): - Apartamento muito bem decorado e cozinha bem equipada. Posição muito boa, perto de pontos de onibus e supermercado. O apartamento não fica em um edifício e sua porta é diretamente na rua, por isso faz bastante barulho para quem dorme no sofá cama, além da claridade. Outro ponto contra é que a janela do quarto faz fundo com um restaurante ou bar e tem bastante barulho a noite. Por ser um apartamento pequeno e no terreo, não tem janela no banheiro e não há circulação de ar. Na primeira noite o ralo estava entupido e alagou todo o banheiro, meu marido teve que limpar o ralo. O que é muito desagradável. Contactei o proprietário que disse que ia mandar alguém ver no dia seguinte e nada. Enfim, não é um apartamento ruim, mas não retornaria.

Posizione ottima, vicino a metro, fermate autobus, supermercato e locali vari. La doccia andrebbe rivestita e chiusa perché l acqua tende ad uscire. Il divano letto è parecchio scomodo. Andrebbero ridipinte le pareti, ma questo è un dettaglio di poco conto

• Patryk (9/5): - Bardzo duży i przestronny obiekt. Widać że właściciel zadbał o to, abyśmy mogli poczuć się jak we własnym domu Mam dwa zastrzeżenia. Pierwszy to jest prysznic, przy tak ładnie zrobionym mieszkaniu nie rozumiem czemu prysznic nie jest chociaż minimalnie wyremontowany. Druga sprawa to lokalizacja :) wchodzimy do apartamentu z głównej ulicy od razu. Wydaje mi się że kosztem lekkiego pomniejszenia w środku można zrobić korytarz. Na pewno wtedy psychicznie byśmy czuli się bezpieczniej :)
• Michal (9/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do komunikacji miejskiej, apartament dobrze urządzony, dobry kontakt z wynajmującym. Wejście do apartamentu bezpośrednio przy chodniku i ulicy. Taka teraz moda na wykorzystanie lokalu.

• Merce (10/5): Noche en Valencia - El apartamento está totalmente equipado y es muy cómodo para una familia de 4. No sabía que el apartamento estaba a pie de calle, y eso al principio nos sorprendió. Estuvimos solo 1 noche y vimos que la calle era tranquila.

• María (8/5): Agradable y buena zona - La decoración, estaba muy limpio, tenía los requisitos básicos (cafetera, tostadora, aceite, sal, trapos, bayetas). Zona con servicios y tiendas alrededor, bastante tranquila. Fácil aparcamiento. Es un bajo, lo que nos resultó un poco extraño. El piso está preparado para 4 personas, pero si es una estancia larga, es pequeño. Tiene el menaje justo y poco espacio para guardar ropa. El sofá cama no era muy cómodo.

• Martínez (8/5): - Apartamento limpio y tal y como se ven las fotografías. Bien ubicado, cerca de boca de metro. Desconocíamos que era un local habilitado para vivienda. Sin persianas, por lo que entraba muchas luz y se oían mucho los ruidos de la calle y del local de al lado por la noche.
• Angeles (6/5): Relación calidad precio esta bien. - Estaba bien, con lo necesario y limpio Éramos 4 y el sofá cama quedaba corto, justo junto a la cristalera que da a la calle y se oía hablar a la gente que pasaba por la calle. El dormitorio muy bien.

Fornito di tutto il necessario per l'appartamento ( dai prodotti da bagno al detersivo per la lavatrice), con uno staff molto presente e disponibile; nonostante un paio di problemi iniziali ( non dipesi direttamente da loro) sono stati attenti e sono intervenuti subito risolvendo prontamente. Consiglio! Divano letto un po' scomodo, ma per un paio di notti va bene!

• Aleksandra (10/5): - Lokacija je savršena, može se pešice do centra, do muzeja nauke i umetnosti, do zeleznicke stanice...sve je na 2,5-3km od apartmana. Apartman je opremljen sa ukusom, odlican dizajn, funkcionalnost i imate apsolutno sve sto vam je potrebno kao kod kuce. Sigurno cemo opet izabrati ovaj apartman kad dodjemo u Valensiju!

La única pega fue el olor a pintura, pues lo habían pintado muy recientemente y tuvimos que tener cuidado con la pared de la ducha al día siguiente.

Posizione abbastanza comoda per i mezzi pubblici. Molti Supermercati e negozi nelle vicinanze. Purtroppo la lavatrice non era funzionante - in riparazione.

• Jones (8/5): Good location and host - The location was great for exploring central Valencia, and the host was exceptionally responsive and helpful. Being able to store our luggage before check in was a big plus. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay, and the towels and blankets smelled fresh. The sofabed wasn’t very comfortable, and street noise at night was quite noticeable. It was also very humid inside – beach towels and swimwear didn’t dry overnight. The bathroom could be better maintained, and we saw cockroaches just outside the main door, so you need to be cautious.

The location is great everywhere is a walking distance or a short taxi ride. This is definitely the best booking.com I’ve had up to date - the host would regularly check in to make sure that everything was okay and that we had everything we needed. Highly recommend, truly a hidden gem !!

• Pinar (9/5): Superb - From the start of the our stay, the host was very response and helpful. He even let us leave our luggage at the property before the actual check in time. Everything in the accomodation was really clean and orderly. The sofa bed was very comfotable as well. The location was in between the centre and the beach side. We didn't have any issue to reach any of the places. It was also close to a local centre with many bars so it felt like we were experiencing the city like a local. The only thing that I can say is that It was a bit closed inside. The accomodation is on the ground floor and the door directly opens inside. It is not possible to keep it open because people go by. On the other side, there were two small windows.
• Svetlana (6/5): Not recommended for light sleepers - - Very good location (neighborhood is nice and not too far from the attractions). - There are a lot of free parking places near apartment, we always were able to find free parking 500-700 meters from apartment. - Owner/Manager is very helpful and quickly responds to any require. - Easy contactless check-in and check-out. - The design of the apartments is cozy and stylish. - If you are a light sleeper, you have no chance of getting enough sleep in this apartment. Even with earplugs, you will wake up many times a night. The apartment does not have a classic entrance (corridor), it is a converted store, kiosk or garage, that is, between your living room and the big active street of Valencia there is only a thin wall with a door. If you sleep in the living room, literally a meter away from you a noisy crowd passes half the night - talking loudly and laughing - you hear them as if you were sleeping on a bench outside. And in the bedroom - a little bit better, but almost the same. You didn't get enough sleep = Your day in Valencia is ruined, you don't have enough energy to see everything you planned. - You have no windows through which daylight would come in. You cannot know what the weather is like outside until you leave the apartment. - There are serious problems with electricity. During our two days of stay, the fuses blew four times. That is, you only need to turn on the kettle when the air conditioner is on and the electricity goes out. Yes, the owner, of course, immediately explains where to find the electrical panel and how to restore electricity. But you know, it is very inconvenient - for example, you are washing in the shower and suddenly you find yourself in complete pitch darkness - you need to somehow get out of the bathroom - look for your phone, call/write and solve this problem. - The shower is very poorly made. After one minute, the entire bathroom floor is completely filled with water - your slippers are floating around the toilet.
