• Jennifer (8/5): Good spot for a friends catch up. - Located close to the beach but not a patrolled beach. Patrolled beach at Noosa or Coolum. Dog friendly beach so good for those bringing their dog. Could do with some maintenance. Several windows could not be opened and the sliding door to main deck was damaged, the glass pane separated from the frame.
• James (8/5): It was exactly what we wanted - It actually was in the beach ! Extremely well stocked in the kitchen for a family of 7 Sadly the 4 th bedroom needed a much better clean ..

• Bronnie (10/5): I would hire again - Clean, tidy, and spacious for our group of 4 people. Access to the beach is only a short walk. Property Managers were very responsive, and communications clear. Great sea views from the master bedroom. 3 levels, so take the stairs into consideration. Although this could be a good exercise

• Alexandra (9/5): Fantastic apartment, excellent for a larger group and great location - Fantastic apartment, so well appointed. Incredible amount of room for a group. Two big living areas, deck off the main bedroom was perfect you could see the ocean and huge deck off the main living area. Kitchen well stocked, lovely glassware and crockery. Walkway to the beach so handy and perfect for walking our dogs.

• Savannah (8/5): was a lovely little resort to stay at. central to everything we planned to do which was perfect - the location was beautiful. loved all the open space and balconies the jet streams in the master bedroom hot tub didn’t work so that was a little disappointing but nothing we couldn’t handle
• Lydia (10/5): Exceptional - The bed is comfy the living room is nice with big balcony. It doesn’t has enough dish washing liquid . No salt and pepper , no oil, the coffee machine with unfit coffee capsules
• Mercedes (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful stay at this house! The house is very comfortable and spacious, making it perfect for large groups. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach with beautiful walking trails and stunning views. While a car is needed to get to the center of Noosa (about a 10-minute drive), the tranquility and scenery of the area make it well worth it. I highly recommend this house to large groups, it's very comfortable and has everything you need. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!
• Keeya (5/5): It’s ok for me, but the stairs is not friendly to older people or toddlers. - Close to the beach, can clean the sand outside the house. Downstairs was too moist. There was would under some decorations. A huge spider inside the shower area. A bit old house with things rusted
• Lisa (8/5): Very good - The location was superb...right on Marcus Beach and so central to everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer! The older family members found the number of internal stairs a little difficult.
• Viv (5/5): Relatively comfortable accommodation. Good value. Great for beach lovers and good location . - Beach access . Separate living areas . Good location. House was clean, bright and spacious. Good for a family holiday. We went in winter and the heating was good. Some of the beds were quite hard . No plug for the spa bath or any of the bathroom or laundry sinks . The downstairs bedrooms smelt musty upon arrival. Place is tired and needs some tlc . Could be a great place to stay with some small improvements.

• Jennie (10/5): Loved the house & loved the location. - Location was fantastic, beach access the kids & dogs played on the beach everyday and loved it, there was no swimming flags near us though. The drive to Noosa Heads was only 15 minutes, also visited Eumundi markets and The ginger Factory both about 30 minutes away. The house was beautiful, 3 levels, the top level balcony had sea views, middle balcony was large enough for the whole family to eat on and the lower balcony felt like you were set in the middle of the rain forest. We did have very small children there so the stairs were quite dangerous for them but we took a baby gate which worked quite well. A stick vacuum would of been handy to clean up the sand and a BBQ on the balcony.

• Tony (8/5): Very good - The space in the house with two living areas, easy access to the beach and walkway, 2 car garage. Good view of beach/sea from top bedroom/balcony. Middle balcony was sunny in the morning. Lovely quiet enclave. Two main bedrooms were not extra large doubles as advertised. Neither large nor long enough. The advertised BBQ was actually at the facility pool, not at the house, and was only the standard stainless steel gas hotplate type. Need a coffee plunger in the kitchen, or advise that the coffee machine provided is a Lavazza capsule machine.
