- Gabriel (9/5): Excelente atención y desayuno increíble - Nuestra experiencia en el OnlyYOU fue muy buena en general. Lo mejor, sin duda, fue el staff, siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Queremos destacar especialmente a Daniela, que fue extremadamente gentil durante toda nuestra estancia. ¡Hizo toda la diferencia! Otro punto fuerte fue el desayuno, realmente excelente, con mucha variedad y productos de gran calidad. Como extras muy positivos, la habitación cuenta con una máquina Nespresso y las cápsulas se reponen todos los días, al igual que las dos botellas de agua. Además, recibimos un pequeño detalle del hotel: un set con dos tazas y dos pares de calcetines de la marca OnlyYOU. ¡Un mimo muy simpático para los huéspedes! Como puntos negativos, el agua de la ducha oscilaba constantemente entre caliente, muy caliente y fría, lo que hacía imposible mantener una temperatura agradable. Además, la ventilación de la habitacion no parecía funcionar muy bien y el cuarto se sentía poco ventilado.

Нам достался номер, где санузел оборудован для гостей с ограниченными возможностями. В санузле нет перегородок для дешевой зоны, вода попадает на унитаз и весь пол. Также не хватила полки в санузле.

- Guido (9/5): Beautiful unique boutique hotel in Chueca - Beautiful boutique hotel in Chueca with unique touches, great contemporary decorations, SUPER clean, friendly helpful staff, bar and cafe wonderful way to start and end your day roaming through Madrid, everything in walking distance in a hip neighborhood. Pretty complex ground floor paths (map would help) and with many side areas to sit, unfortunately every day one or the other area was blocked off and the path to get in/out of the hotel has been switched around to accommodate private events. These events ended at around 10pm but pretty loud in your room until then. The wonderful atriums are filling interior rooms/spaces with light but also echo the sounds from below.

- Fabiana (3/5): Total overpriced! - Sehr gute Lage und Ausstattung! Personal völlig unflexibel. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und ging zum Innenhof. Sehr dunkel und stickig .Fenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden . Ein Wechsel sei nur gegen Aufpreis möglich. Nach langer Diskussion hat man uns das Fenster geöffnet, mit der Vorwarnung es könnte laut werden. Das war dann tatsächlich so. Die ganze Nacht bis 4:00 Uhr morgens wurden Flaschen hin und her geräumt, wahrscheinlich von der Bar unten. Und am nächsten Morgen fing das gleiche Geräusch um 7:00 Uhr morgens von vorn an. Bei der Frage, ob wir zufrieden waren, haben wir noch mal die Probleme geschildert und da wurde uns gesagt, dass das Hotel ausgebucht war und ein Wechsel nicht möglich war; komischerweise hatten die uns ja einen Wechsel gegen Aufpreis angeboten. zurück zu Hause, haben mein Mann und ich jetzt überall Stiche. Das spricht wahrscheinlich dann für Bettwanzen.

Every night at 3am the workers at the hotel were very loud waking me up. Gym is very very small

We were offered an upgrade where the windows opened to the outside for €60 per night extra. After paying just over €350 per night, I thought that was a bit steep. As such, I declined the offer.
