• ALEXANDRE (8/5): Très bien. - Face au métro dont la ligne dessert parfaitement Londres-centre. Côté cour, donc aucun bruit, et même un peu de verdure en vue. Immeuble sans problème, sauf l'éclairage dans le couloir (jamais trouvé la lumière...). Pas de nuisance particulière au cours de nos 8 jours sur place. Cuisine bien équipée. Très bon quartier. Moi j'ai adoré, parfait pour moi : pas cher, pratique, bien situé. La salle de bain tire un peu la tronche, mais fonctionnelle (attention, la douche est petite, si vous êtes un grand gabarit genre 1m90 ou plus à 100 kg ou plus, ce sera un calvaire sinon impossible). L'hôte devrait laisser un papier pour expliquer comment les WC fonctionnent, tout comme la TV... qui n'est branchée sur rien... L'hôte nous a prêté sa clé Amazon, dommage j'aime regarder la TV locale. Ce n'est pas l'appartement de votre lune de miel. Attention au métro, ça coûte quand même 3,3 livres le trajet vers Londres-centre... (zone 3). A notre arrivée l'hôte ne m'attendait pas en bas à l'heure convenue, je n'avais plus de téléphone et j'ai donc beaucoup angoissé. Il attendait manifestement que je lui dise par messagerie que je l'attends, j'ai dû prendre le réseau d'un commerce voisin pour lui dire que je l'attendais... je n'ai pas trouvé ça très professionnel, les étrangers qui débarquent n'ont pas toujours un moyen de communication immédiat.

Wifi works fine. Overall, great value for money. One window didn't fully close but it wasn't a big issue because there was a perfectly working stove. The mini fridge didn't work either.

• Hope (10/5): Very comfortable, easy host, great location, and generally amazing value for the price. - It was a very comfortable and clean space, perfect for my trip. Spacious for one person, a very comfortable bed, and a great location just across the street from a metro station. Really great value for the price. Google Maps didn't take me to the right door despite inputing the correct address, so it was a little hard to find. Otherwise there was a little bit of noise bleed from outside, but nothing horrible.

• Laëticia (9/5): Vraiment super ! - L'emplacement était parfait pour visiter Londres quelques jours. L'appartement est à 2min à pied du métro qui mène très rapidement à tous les coins touristiques du centre ville ! L'appartement est très pratique avec une cuisine et une salle de bain. De plus, la télé avec toutes les plateformes de streaming disponibles est vraiment un atout. La rue est assez bruyante la nuit. Et il n'y a pas de volets, on est vite réveillé par la lumière du jour le matin.

• Emma (3/5): Dirty, Unprofessional host, not worth the money - The only thing that was good about this stay was the location, right next to underground atations i booked the stay for an extra day before we actually arrived, since we were arriving early and check in was at 3pm, I wanted the apartment to be ready upon arrival so that we can freshen up. The day before we artrived the host messaged to check at what time we were arriving to which i indicated multiple times that we were arriving the morning of the day after. On the day of arrival the host informed me that the apartment (that we payed for the extra night before arrival) was not ready and clean and that I had to check in at 3pm. We then reached an agreement for the host to clean the apartment and we wait for an hour to check in and she would give me a partial refund. As we got in the apartment, from pictures taken it was not clean clearly, even clothes were left behind. The apartment was totally filthy and apart from that the partial refund never arrived. For the price I expect to have a professional host and at least a clean apartment. For the same price you can get better stays in more central london that are actually clean.

• Gonzalo (10/5): Excellent place! 10/10 - I think this apartment is definitely the best place I’ve ever stayed in London. My girlfriend and I spent a week there and we had a really comfortable stay. The apartment is lovely, has the perfect size for a couple and has an excellent location (You have a Tube station just across the street). You got everything you’re gonna need there: All the kitchenware, towels, sheets, soap… Besides, Alexia is a super nice host. She was really kind and helpful with us. I’m gonna repeat for sure when I’ll be back to London.
• Michela (9/5): Sweet little apartment - Tiny studio, good for a couple! It is exactly as you expect it, and it has everything you might need for a short vacation. The heating was great, the room got warm almost immediately, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The host is very kind and responsive! I asked if there would be a hair dryer and they provided one for me :) The location is fantastic, the tube is right across the street and in 30 minutes or less you can get to the main London attractions. Optimal if you need to be in Kentish or Camden town. Also in the same street you can find really nice little shops and really great restaurants! We had a lovely time :) It definitely would benefit from some renovation, especially some brighter lights 😅

• Juliet SUGG (8/5): Comfy little Room in a great location and good value for money. - I was very grateful for the early check in that Alexia facilitated for me. It made a huge difference to my stay. The room was as described, comfy, warm and with all the necessary comodities you expect. Location was great and the room perfectly adequate for the price. I'd happily stay there again.

Alexia met us there at perfect timing to show us up to the apartment. Good amount of space. Was quite noisy on the road overnight but as we had a late night we still slept well into Sunday.

• Thorsten (10/5): - Die Lage ist hervorragend. Bus und Underground liegen direkt vor der Tür und man kommt perfekt zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten ohne umsteigen zu müssen. Das Apartment fühlt sich groß an, war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Mehrere Cafés und ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen sind gleich nebenan. Würde das Apartment auf jedenfall wieder buchen. Eine Teekanne hätte die Ausstattung noch abgerundet ;-)

• Cristina (9/5): Great apartment, clean and well organised, amazing host. - The host was very kind and met me at the property to hand over the keys, I was a bit late but they were very understanding. The room was large, bright as advertised, the kitchen was essential but functional, same for the en-suite shower room. The whole studio was clean and very well organised, there were even extra towels and blankets in the wardrobe, and also a fan and a heater - I didn't need either, the room was warm and well ventilated enough, but it was really nice that they were provided at no extra charge. The bed linens and towels smelled like fresh laundry, and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely save this place, I understand why it's rarely available! If i had to nitpick, the water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but it was a very very minor thing and didn't take away from the experience.

La cisterna del baño apenas funciona, no admite ni un pequeño papel, es un aspecto claramente a mejorar. El apartamento es bastante pequeño, pero funcional.

• Elsa (9/5): Très bien ! Merci - Le logement est très bien situé, l’appartement est propre et suffit largement lorsqu’on vient visiter Londres. Ce n’est pas très isolé, on entend beaucoup la route, mais on s’habitue vite à ce bruit de fond finalement.

The owner has great communication - Excellent location - just across the road from Highgate Tube Station. Bed linen totally clean and fresh. Clean bathroom, good water pressure. No lampshade on light. A dish towel would be handy so I could dry my coffee cup and spoon.

A lovely mix of bars/cafes/shops too - The host (Pan? excuse spelling!) met us on arrival and was so friendly and welcoming. The apartment was a lovely surprise and bigger than expected. The bed was SO comfy with crisp and super clean bedding. The towels smelt of lovely fabric softener! There were some toiletries that we were able to use as well which was handy. The kitchenette was well stocked with plates etc and the micro/combi oven was useful too. We would definitely stay here again! The only negative was the shower as it wasn't very lively and took ages for warm water to come through

• Bard27 (8/5): The apartment is well located for travel and provided me with a comfortable stay. - Dasos was a good host who communicates well. The location is good and it's quiet in the room. The room was stocked with all the items in the inventory, so everything I needed. Not a complaint, but, the blinds were a little tricky, well fitted simple roll-up blackout blinds might be easier to operate and provide a good fit. Just a thought.

• Wyman (5/5): Don’t book unless you don’t intend to rest/sleep at all. I was so grateful when it was time for me to go back home - It has what you need and nothing more. Comfortable bed, plain sofa, sink, shower, toilet. Great location - For some reason the hosts have decided to put some random person’s phone number as their contact number. So you have to call this poor person, they will tell you they have nothing to do with this apartment and have asked their number be removed and give you the real number of the host. Why?? - SO loud. Windows closed makes no difference. Sirens and trucks shake the apartment day and night. If you’re hoping for a peaceful place to rest— good luck. - Smelled SO strongly of chemicals. I couldn’t figure out what type of chemical but it was so intense that it woke me up my first night there. It stuck to my clothes and hair so I would smell it when I walked around the city too. It took me three showers to get it out of my hair back at home - The water pressure in the shower is a trickle

The owner was accommodating and helpful, and check in was simple. They accommodated an early check in. The kitchen.was equipped.for a simple meal and there was a fan to combat the heat. The area is busy, so windows open wasn't really ideal at night, however this is not a fault of the accommodation or owner.

Property is 2 floors up the stairs, it’s not very clean but passable for a short stay. Crack (hole) in bathroom sink and water pressure in shower was very low. Property is above shop lot and on a busy Main Street so sirens and cars honking is prominent throughout the day.

Property was comfortable and had everything we needed , it’s located near a very busy road and you can hear a lot of noise if you have the window open . Convenient for Kentish Town o2 which is why we were there .

• Chunzi (10/5): Exceptional - Just 5 minutes walk from Highgate station. Very clean! The apartment is equipped with more appliances than I expected. Powerful heater. Two pots and one pan. Extra blanket in the drawer. An iron in the wardrobe. Shampoo in the bathroom. There are more things than I can list here. Overall, a very convenient and satisfactory place to live! Recommend!
• Karen (7/5): Ideal place for travel - It was an ideal place to stay reasonable price for the place and near to the tube station in highgate ..only issues were the main window wouldnt close and the base of the bed creaked realy loud if you moved.. blinds need replacing too.. although the studio is spotlessly clean .

Plus prompt response when I requested for ironing facilities and a larger cooking utensil.. Basic requirements in the kitchen and toilet were provided though the range could be increased especially dining utensils. Good transportation links. Overall a good experience and within budget. The stairs. Strenuous with heavy luggage. Plus the escalator at the Tube wasn't functional, so a combination of both was fairly tasking. Nothing the Property can do about that though. Just a heads up.

Noise of traffic was horrendous, had very little sleep. Not sure if there is a problem with the windows. Old food left and half bottles of shower gel.
