Guest Reviews
- Nathanial (8/5): Independent, private and peaceful that was close to all amenities. - Very clean. Private, close to all amenities. No TV.

- Gypsie (3/5): Disappointed and treated unfairly - The location was excellent close to everything you can think of takeaway wise and Coles is a 5 min walk approx . With a park across the road and a nice quiet street That I paid $1420 for 1 week plus $300 security deposit and they had a handyman drilling and banging and being ever so loud on the house it was quite disturbing and unsettling especially as I have a 4 month old an an ASD child whom was both quite traumatic ordeal.
Also That I was charged at $30 per half hour after 10am and until all my belongings were off the property. The cleaner whom lives underneath just stood inside staring at myself my daughter and my baby whilst I was organising everything out. I had stayed for a week and I was extending however I was having difficulties changing the dates . The manager lady told me to just rebook it however I know this actually cost more than changing dates and quite unfair as I have been self funding homelessness as a single parent and 4 children without a car and quite a lot of belongings (full maxi taxi and a uber max and it's a tight fit) both ladies were quite hostile . Yes I could have been organised however I was under the impression that I was able to stay longer and I would receive help extending the day I was due to checkout however I was advised at 9am that it was already booked to someone else. 1 roll of toilet paper for a weeks stay (I purchased my own obviously) there is washing machine however they have nothing to hang the washed clothes on (lucky for my homelessness I actually had a couple of air dryers)
- Benjamin (4/5): Sore back - Place is nice location and matress was terrible

- ILAITIA (8/5): - Rooms were good size. Modern appliances and good solid beds. I thought that if you hire a villa/apartment, that it didn't matter how many people stay there (eg, if you have an extra person last minute, that the can stay with you for no extra charge. I had to pay an extra $300 for an extra person, who crashed on the floor in the living room..I wasn't even given a roll away bed/extra bedding for the extra person, but was expected to pay.

- Chris (5/5): Secure location with plenty of room to relax, but hard beds. - Lock box access for keys process worked well.
The kitchen facilities were good but could do with a microwave bowl. (very minor) The bed was very solid, and given our reason for travelling, we needed a really good night's sleep. That didn't happen.
We had been advised that the beds were hard, so bought our own mattress topper, which helped a lot.
With 4 people staying, the 3-seater couch was inadequate, given the layout caters for 6 people.
Disappointingly, no off-street parking.

- Anita (4/5): - I once arrived at the property it was raining and I could not get the key out of the lockbox. There's no light near the lockbox the beds were so hard that I did not sleep. I slept the night on the lounge chair after trying to sleep in the bed.
- Janelle (8/5): - Nice clean and well kept. Had everything we needed for our stay. The mattresses on the two queen beds were very hard and uncomfortable. A decent mattress topper would have made for a better night's sleep.
- Amanda (7/5): Good -
- Lewis (5/5): Apart from the bed situation and parking I thought the property was very good. - It was a very convenient location and the house was very clean and tidy. I'm afraid the bed's were just too hard for us, there were two single beds that were softer but with three people one of us had to use one of the hard bed's and it was very uncomfortable. The only other thing was that there was no off road parking.
- Stephania (9/5): Superb -
- Kylie (7/5): Quiet location, clean and tidy accommodation - Nice size accommodation, clean and tidy. Kitchen had everything you would need to self cater, but was close to food options as well. House was very close to where we wanted to be and easy to get to other areas in Brisbane. Mostly quiet neighbourhood. First impressions outside weren’t the best (visually). Had trouble opening key safe, but luckily host was there at the time and could let us in. Worked when we left. Gate was very noisy. Double beds were so hard and uncomfortable.
