• Primoz (9/5): Nice appartment, ideal location. - Location was perfect for our exploration of the city. No major complaints, only two minor : We had to wait for the guy with the keys eventhough we notified him about our exact arrival time well in advance, like it was requested from us. It wouldn't be the issue worth mentioning, but we had a fixed reservation time at the Cathedral so the time was important to us. The sofa bed was not prepared when we came, we had to do it ourselves (but we booked for three people which makes it logical that this bed is needed also).

• PHILIPPE (8/5): Très agréable - L’emplacement, idéal pour la visite de la ville. Proche des commerces et des monuments. le calme de la rue. Pas de crochet pour les serviettes dans la salle de bain malgré que de nombreuses personnes le mentionnent dans leur avis. Impossible d’allumer la télévision
• Marie (8/5): Très sympa! - L’emplacement était idéal! L’appartement très confortable. Nous étions en rez-de-chaussée et il n’y a aucune disposition pour laisser les bagages en cas de départ tardif.
• Glastra (9/5): Geweldig appartement, fantastisch centrale locatie - De ligging van het appartement. Super centraal, meeste bezienswaardigheden binnen ca 700 meter loopafstand. Het ligt letterlijk om de hoek van Las Setas.Tegelijkertijd rustig gelegen. Netjes onderhouden en heel vriendelijk contact per whatsapp met verhuurder. Het viel niet echt tegen want het was bekend. Maar het is jammer dat het zwembad/dakterras pas vanaf juni opengaan en nu ook niet toegankelijk zijn op een warme dag. Daar kan de verhuurder niets aan doen, maar als dit ooit anders kan zou dat nog een extra pluspunt op een hete dag zijn.

• Natalie (8/5): Victor was amazing and helpful! Would have like access to the roof (even to sunbathe) - Very clean, amazing location! Our rep, Victor was amazing and helpful at any time! We went in March and had no access to the roof or the roof top pool. This was not disclosed prior to booking, only once we arrived and the gate was shut.
• Valdemar (10/5): Overall, we had a wonderful stay, mainly thanks to the apartment’s excellent location. - The central location of the hotel was wonderful and made our stay extremely convenient. We were able to walk easily to every part of the old town, with many restaurants, tapas bars, cafés, shops, and local attractions just a short distance away. This allowed us to fully enjoy the atmosphere of the area without needing any transportation. If transportation is needed, there is a bus station about 10 minutes away where you can catch different lines that run throughout the day. Tickets can be purchased easily through a mobile app, with daily travel costing around €5. I didn’t experience any issues or dislikes during my stay in Seville.

En todo momento se han adaptado a nosotros, como por ejemplo: el horario del check-in o bien si hay algún imprevisto enseguida te dan una solución efectiva y eficaz. Recomendado al 100%

• Amy (7/5): Extremely well located, small but lovely apartment - Very central location, clean apartment, modern and aesthetically nice place to stay. The host was very helpful and booked taxi transfers for us on arrival and departure which was very handy. It’s modern but not necessarily been finished to the best standard. The towel hook by the sink has been glued on and kept falling off under the weight of a hand towel. The shower ceiling tiles seem to move when you open the door as well. Could do with better cooking utensils such as wooden spoon or spatulas.

Un hôte super agréable et souriant, intéressé par la qualité de votre séjour! Quelques petits bémol comme un accroche serviette, un pommeau de douche autre qu’une douchette … mais rien de grave.

Good shower pressure. Excellent location, very central but on a quiet street. Generally clean. The guy who checked us in was friendly and gave us good tips for visiting the city. The pool wasn't open as stated in the booking info. We were expecting a king-size bed as it stated 'large double', this was our mistake, but we were a bit disappointed it wasn't king-size. The floor wasn't clean.

The property has every amenity you need for simple cooking and is well appointed. We like the property very much and would consider returning. But the property could benefit from a few hooks for towels and a shelf to put things on in the bathroom.

• Veronika (10/5): Great experience - highly recommended - Absolutely amazing SERVICE from employees/owners - from the initial booking process to my departure, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction; they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always available to assist quickly with any questions or requests. The LOCATION is perfect. You are in a calm street in the city center so the best possible spot you can imagine. The APARTMENT is very clean & modern. You have everything you need (including products in the bathroom and kitchen; also washing machine and ironing stuff). The bed is very comfortable (just maybe a bit smaller for 2 people if you are a bit demanding and used to bigger space, but this is only a question of personal preference ;) ). You can also use the sofa in the living room. You also can enjoy a swimming pool on the rooftop - just be aware there are no loungers and the swimming pool is closed between 3 - 5 PM. Overall, one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in. The apartment itself was absolutely stunning and I highly recommend this accommodation if you plan to go to Sevilla.
