• cajsa (2/5): - Nothing. Usually I can find at least one good thing, and I stay at a lot of cheap hotels but this wasn’t even worth the money Nothing was good. Filthy, unpleasant staff when I arrived, cold, could hear everything from inside and outside the hotel, toilet flush really bad, and door locked not even working! It broke when I just tried to open the door to test it

• Faisal (8/5): Overall, my stay at Sea Shell Hotel was comfortable, enjoyable, and worth recommending. - I had a pleasant stay at Sea Shell Hotel in Bahrain. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Highly recommended for both short and long stays. The hotel offers comfort and convenience with friendly staff and neat rooms. The only thing I felt could be better was the speed of room service.

Zero hospitality and zero customer service. - I liked that the hotel had smart tv for us to use youtube, netflix etc. The bed was dirty. The blanket had hairs. The comforter blanket had dirty brown stains and was not cleaned. I was staying with my family and it was disgusting. I was so embarrassed. There was no toothpaste or toothbrush in washroom which are basic toiletries. There was no complimentary coffee tea in the room. I had to call and ask for water bottle myself. Dressing table had burnt marks and was in poor condition. The room door made so much noise while opening and closing that my little daughter used to wake up from sleep. The hotel itself is very old and they don’t do any renovation. Even the coffee shop and restaurant inside the hotel are not available anymore. Not worth the money. Just get another hotel. I complained this to the Filipino lady at the reception but she didn’t respond or took it seriously. She told me to “just get another blanket”.

• Jasman (2/5): No recommended at all - Nothing The hotel is very old and doesn't look clean. The room was very small and furniture didn't seem to be cleaned for a while. The bathroom had no hot water, just warm.
