• Tianying (6/5): - The whole house is so dirty
• Lizanne (6/5): Overall, we enjoyed our stay, especially the rooftop deck. - We liked that the condo was away from the busy area of Niagara Falls. It was not the cleanest. The cleaner either gets paid too much for the little they are doing or not enough so not doing a great job. Towel left hanging behind the door in bathroom (is it clean or forgotten?), hair in bathroom, mirror hadn’t been cleaned and we couldn’t find dish cloths to do some dishes. The beds (all three of them) were not comfortable, the pillows were flat, and there was no hairdryer (I understand that someone probably left with it at some point). Host was really good at communicating and responding quickly to all our questions and concerns.

• Janet (6/5): - Big and spacious, it has parking lot, good pressure of water It was too dirty I drop something under the bed and omg looks like it wasn’t cleaned since the first time they got the apartment, in general needs a good cleaning
• Guest (4/5): While okay, would not rebook. - The place had everything necessary and rooms good size. Dirty (oven, benches, bathroom drains blocked with hair, etc). No bin bags, no spare toilet paper, tv difficult to operate with no free to air. Other belongs in various rooms and food in fridge.
• Katharina (8/5): - Gut, die Wohnung ist grosszügig, aber minimalistisch eingerichtet. Für 1-2 Tage okay. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist knapp. Um eine Mahlzeit zu kochen, fehlt einiges. Man kann Take away food aufwärmen.
• Jeremy (7/5): Plenty of space, and conveniently located for short drives to the falls areas and beyond - The accommodation is quite convenient for getting to the falls and surrounding areas, although parking costs are high (we found a free location about 10 minutes walk from the Clifton Road area). There's plenty of living space in the apartment, with a sizeable lounge/dining area and small kitchen in a studio arrangement. There were sufficient cutlery & crockery and there was a decent stock of cleaning materials, toilet rolls, and towels. The beds were clean although mine (second bedroom, by the bathroom) was quite creaky. The third bedroom is on a small mezzanine which was fine but my son could not sleep there because of the noise from the air-conditioning and/or water heating unit in the cupboard room accessed from that bedroom; the noise was intermittent but persisted throughout the night and he ended up sleeping on the downstairs couch. This worked but was not what we expected. There was some food of indeterminate age left in the fridge/freezer and a few bits and pieces (oil, condiments) by the kettle area. It would have been great to have had a small welcome package of essentials for travellers – like us – who arrive late to the accommodation (e.g. teabags, coffee). Two of the mugs and a couple of wine glasses had been returned to the cupboard uncleaned by previous occupants; the cleaners should have dealt with them before our arrival. In general, the apartment does not feel as new as it is and could do with a little TLC, for example cleaning the marks on the white walls; a shorter shower curtain would be preferable (the current one drags on the floor outside the bath or, if inside the bath, gets soaked and cannot dry out properly (= smells damp). One final thing, the apartments' numbering system is very weird so a more detailed map of the location would be really helpful, although the provided instructions made sense once we found the place; maybe we were tired.

• Jo (6/5): Reasonably convenient and had what we needed. - It was self-contained and had the essentials we needed. It was a good location about 10-15 min to Niagara Falls. There were separate rooms and a bed each for the kids, and the price was reasonable for all of that. There is a big grocery store a few minutes drive away, and a great Vietnamese restaurant about 8 min drive. It didn't feel super clean. I found hairs on the floor and the bathroom had a grimy feel especially to the walls where it looked like it needed a good scrub. Tricky I'm sure with no window in the bathroom and it would be easy for mold to grow. But it didn't feel very clean. The stairs are very steep and there are lots of them so it wouldn't suit someone with any mobility issues. The sheets had a very polyester "make you sweat" feel.

• Denise (5/5): Adequate for the tourist or traveler who will be on the go - The location of this property met our expectations, it was outside of the tourist area so it was quiet, value priced and parking was provided. The unit did have 3 bedrooms as advertised. The host responded quickly when asked a question. The property advertises 2 bathrooms but there was only 1 plus a half bath. The floors and surfaces were very dirty and the towels had not been washed. The dishwasher had not been emptied and the insides of the kitchen drawers were so dirty we could not put the silverware away. Because our stay was short and very busy we did not dedicate time for the host to rectify the cleanliness issues.
