• Micaela (9/5): Soggiorno perfetto ! - Soggiorno perfetto! Appartamento moderno, super pulito e in ottima posizione. Silenzioso di notte, quindi si dorme benissimo. Apprezzatissimi i due bagni e le due camere, comodi per viaggiare in gruppo. Bellissimo anche il pensiero di benvenuto con birra e patatine. Consigliatissimo!
• Samantha (10/5): - Susanna ci ha accolte come se fossimo delle sue care amiche. Vivace, piena di energia e solare, ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli. L'appartamento, situato nel centro storico gode di una posizione strategica per una prima visita di Alicante. Ci si può spostare a piedi e raggiungere i punti di interesse facilmente. Inoltre l'appartamento pulitissimo e spazioso è dotato di tutti i confort. Consigliatissimo! Essendo al piano terra rialzato, da considerare un po' di rumore di passaggio nel fine settimana.
• Māra (10/5): Ideāls dzīvoklis, lieliska atrašanās vieta - Ļoti labs dzīvoklis, atsaucīga, jauka saimniece. Viss pārdomāts, lai uzturēšanās būtu patīkama. Bija grūti Alikantē atrast naktsmītni 3 personām ar atsevišķām gultām, šeit tas bija iespējams. Veļas mašīna, žāvētājs, virtuve ar visu nepieciešamo, 2 dušas. Viss ļoti pārdomāts- pat gludināmais dēlis, utml patīkami sīkumi- vēss alus, ūdens ledusskapī un čipsi. Laba atrašanās vieta- vecpilsēta, blakus pludmale, krodziņi, turpat autobuss uz lidostu, kuģītis, ekskursiju autobuss. Praktiski visur var aiziet kājām. Patīkama pieredze. Nedaudz trokšņainas naktis, ja kādam nepieciešams klusums (ar maziem bērniem, utt) . :)

• Michael (10/5): A clean, comfortable, and perfectly located place for a relaxing stay, we’d happily come back! - We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it! The place was really clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for our 3-night stay. The layout worked really well for us, with one double bed in one room and two single beds in the other, all of which were super comfy. We all slept really well. The location was perfect with just a short 5–10 minute walk to the beach, and loads of restaurants and food options nearby, which made things really easy and convenient. Overall, a lovely place in a great spot. We’d happily stay here again! Nothing.

• Philipp (9/5): - Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Apartment von Susanne in Alicante! Susanne ist eine sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberin – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist einfach top: mitten in der Altstadt von Alicante, umgeben von vielen tollen Restaurants, Bars und Cafés. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Der Strand ist ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten entfernt, was den Aufenthalt perfekt macht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Alicante authentisch erleben möchten!

• Scott (8/5): A very pleasant stay in good proximity for walking to the centre, the castle & the beach. - Susanna was very welcoming & helpful, she took time to show us everything we needed to see in the Apartment and told us a little about the area. There were some treats left for us in the kitchen which was very kind. She said to make sure we called her if we needed anything at all - a great hostess. Ubers weren't happy to come through the narrow alleyways to the apartment so you are better walking to a main road to order them, also there was some noise from the nearby bars until late but it's maybe what you should expect in a city centre!

The apartment had everything you might want for a pleasant stay It is a little noisy at night because it's close to restaurants and clubs.

• Cata (10/5): Exceptional si gazda extraordinara. - Gazda ne-a asteptat, ne-a inmanat cheile si ne-a pus in tema cu totul. Ne-a raspuns la toate intrebarile, a fost foarte amabila si s-a aratat dispusa sa ne ajute cu orice pe parcursul sejurului. Doar un mic amanunt, cea de-a doua baie dispune doar de chiuveta si cabina de dus. Nu este dotata cu vas de WC.

• Gail (10/5): Comfortable apartment within walking distance to harbour and sightseeing attractions. - Susanna met us on arrival for a late check-in. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect as we needed to be within walking distance to the harbour.

Molto pulito e comodo negli spazi. Ottima accoglienza da parte di Susanna. I materassi sarebbero da rivedere per avere un riposo migliore.
• Dennis (9/5): We were very happy with our selection and would not hesitate to return. - Susanna was an amazing host. Easy to reach. She provided some water, wine and a few snacks. After our long travel day these items were much appreciated as we could relax a bit before having to shop or dine out. Conveniently located near markets and many outside cafes and restaurants. And within a few minutes walk to the famous Alicante Esplanade and the beach. Beach towels were also provided. We read many reviews on properties in Alicante that complained about being noisy, this was not our experience. No complaints.
