• Zaragoza (1/5): Bad - We had an extremely frustrating and bad experience. We booked this property for April 28th, the day a major power outage occurred in Spain. Due to the blackout, we were unable to enter the property because the door relied on an electric system. We tried contacting the hosts multiple times but received no response or support. We were forced to find alternative accommodation at the last minute and never received a refund. The lack of empathy and assistance was unacceptable. We do not recommend this place.
• Seng (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, comfortable, great location.
• Visar (3/5): Not price worthy at all. The photos look decent but the reality is very much different. Do not recommend to pay that muc - The host was friedly and comunicated things per mail but the facilities very poor. -Mold smell everywhere - Air condition doesnt work. - we waited until 15:00 in order to get inside but we still had to wait 20-30min for the cleaning to finish and it was still not clean. - The facilities were old and we expected more for the price. -The dishes were were not clean -Not much privacy from the street, homeless people pissing on the window. - Exept the mold smell there was a strog chemical smell on the floors so we had to put perfumes in order to get over it.
• Penny (3/5): Very unpleasant stay. - The apartment has two bedrooms. The apartment was dirty, counters and floor covered by dust, hairs everywhere, on the floor, in the laundry machine, mold in the washroom, also little fliers showed up once in a while…The owner/management didn’t clean the apartment before our arrival. After my complaints, a cleaner came the second day to clean the washroom. The apartment is on the ground floor and you have to keep windows closed all time, no privacy. There were young people outside in the little open space in the night until midnight, making lot of noise. Very unpleasant stay. Vacation ruined.

• Ollie (8/5): Good value place in a residential area Seville - Slightly off the beaten tourist track, felt very residential and calm. Right next to the river where you can enjoy amazing sunsets. A small supermarket (Mas) is a min away with a great selection of groceries including a fish counter selling fantastic tuna which was in season! A 2 min walk away is a pedestrian street with local bars, restaurants, butcher, etc where all the locals go. It felt we were the only tourists! Not much light - the best you get is the leaving room. Toilet seat was broken Check in using virtual keys was an adventure
• Zaim (1/5): Terrible - Nothing Could not even get into the apartment, their stupid check in system did not work. It’s an app that you check in with. You put in all the occupants details and you get an email giving you access to the apartment door, we did not get this email we checked spam and everything. We arrived at the apartment at 11:30pm and since they had written 24 hour desk service on their property description we thought we would be fine but turned out they lied and we were left stranded on the street with no support. Booking.com could not find us a new property after 3 hours on call with their customer service and we had to wait until the morning so we could sleep in a Starbucks and charge our phone, our Sevilla trip ruined due to incompetence.
• Fouzi (9/5): Enjoyable stay , close to city centre and main attractions; safe area. We even found a free parking - Closeness to city centre and main attractions; comfort, cleanliness.
