• Dominik (10/5): Really enjoyed my stay - Clean, quiet neighborhood and just a short walk away from public transport. Will definitively choose it again when traveling to Tokyo AC was hard to configure, even with the translated manual provided. Mattress a little bit too soft and sheets to warm for the current weather. I don't like submitting the passport through a Google Forms. I would prefer a simpler solution within the hotel itself

• Ailan (10/5): Trendy Neighborhood Gem & Pop-Culture Haven - This trendy, comfortable, and modern, guesthouse was a reassuring introduction to Japan as a first-time traveler. The instructions to locate it and check in were very clear, easy to follow, and helpful, making what could have been stressful into a non-issue. The neighborhood is very quiet and immerses you in a less hectic part of Tokyo while keeping you well-connected via train lines to all the star destinations, and there are restaurants and a convenience store around the corner. The room was comfortable with an ensuite shower and toilet - perfect for international travelers before we acclimated to public bathing - and the building is covered with anime sketches, iconic posters, houseplants, figurines, and hidden gems of gaming and movie culture that is sure to make anyone smile. There is also a rooftop balcony to enjoy the view of the cityscape from: a perfect place to relax with friends. Overall a great place to stay, and I would definitely choose to stay there again when arriving from Tokyo Narita. Everything was great! Thanks to the team for a job well done.

• 大崎 (9/5): 出費を趣味に全振りできた旅でした。 - 東京駅へのアクセスの良さの割に下町の雰囲気を満喫できる平井駅周辺に泊まれるのがよかった。 エレベーターが無いので、荷物が大きな場合は部屋まで運ぶのが大変。

• claudia (6/5): Ok for a short stay if your expectations are not high. - Easy check in. Has a train station close. It’s not like in the pictures: room is very dark and much smaller than what is shown in the pictures. The portable cooktop in the kitchen feels like is going to break at anytime (so we used the common kitchen downstairs). The sink in the bathroom has the size of a bowl of ramen, very hard to use it without making a mess. The toilet… if you’re tall I don’t think the door will close as the space is very small. It’s ok for families as it gives you 4 double beds, but I’m wondering where would the luggage fit for the amount of beds in the room. The carpet… if you’re picky with dust and old carpets, I would not recommend this accommodation. The location… if you’re short in time, consider that you have to take 2 trains minimum to arrive to highlights. Consider 1h of transport every time you travel. Also, apparently this accommodation is located on an area that only offers one train line, which is more expensive than the normal metro and also is very packed with people (example, Thursday at 22:30 we could not even get a bar to hold us in the train).

• Amanda (7/5): - Nice amenities, and very cosy environment that feels welcoming. The rooms were pretty comfy overall. The hot water was sometimes not reliable and it was difficult carrying luggage up the stairs since they were steep. The room was a little bit dirty

• Elizabeth (9/5): Convenient, quiet, and clean. - The location is amazing. A nice quiet 5 minute walk to Hirai station and nearby a FamilyMart, 7/11, Daiso, and many small restaurants. The room was mostly clean and the balcony was nice. Also very easy to access the rooms. The beds were hard, so not very good for anyone with back issues. There was also a strong smelling white stain on one of the bed pillows, which was highly concerning. There was an empty water bottle stuck between the fridge and floor.

• mayu (1/5): すみません。もう泊まることはないです。 - 子供との宿泊でしたが、2段ベッドはとても喜んでいました。部屋も広くよかったです。 ホテルへの入り方の連絡が文字化けしており、解読が大変でした。 それはまだ良いのですが… 夜中に別の方が暗証番号をあけて入って来ました… お若い日本人のグループでしたが、お互いとてもびっくりしてしまいました。すぐ謝罪されて出て行かれたため、こちらに戻ってくることはなかったのでどうなったのかはわからないです。 そのあとチェックアウトの連絡とその旨を記載してメールしましたが、定型メールのみでそれに関しての返事はありませんでした。（システム的な問題？） 正直眠れませんでした。

• Ezra (10/5): Exceptional - The location and price are great, especially for a group of friends travelling. The staff were very friendly and responsive. The room was a little small but not cramped at all, very comfortable beds and the bathroom is nice. For the price, you can't go wrong. ☺️ Short walk to nearest station. The room was a little cold at night if you sleep by the window, but you can just turn on the heater. ☺️

• Marco (7/5): Cheap and easy Tokyo - The place is close to the Hirai Station which is convenient. It's quite comfortable and easy. Found some hairs in the toilet door and shower. Some deeper cleaning would be more appreciated.
