ALEJANDRO (7/5): Buena estancia pero falta de limpieza y organización. - El apartamento está bien situado, la urbanización es moderna y está muy cuidada. El apartamento es pequeño pero acogedor. Como siempre Planet Costa Dorada (la agencia) un desastre. El apartamento estaba sucio, pretendían cobrarnos 100 euros extra sin justificación. Justo de menaje, sábanas, almohadas y toallas. Varias cosas del apartamento estaban rotas (adjunto fotos). El vecino del garaje aparcaba fatal. Casi imposible meter el coche. Esos pequeños detalles que hacen que te cueste estar a gusto.
Teresa (5/5): - Alojamiento bien situado Tuvimos que ir a la oficina en 3 ocasiones, porque faltaba el mando del garaje , después de llamar por teléfono no lo Cogían y tuvimos que presentarnos allí porque no teníamos acceso al garaje ( todas las inmediaciones son de zona azul con aparcamiento de pago de 10.00 a 21.00 h ) después de esperar un rato nos dieron un mando que cuando volvimos al apartamento no funcionaba y otra vez a pagar zona azul, tuvimos que volver a la oficina al día siguiente porque quedaron en llamarnos esa misma tarde y no nos llamaron y no lo solucionaron, muy mala organización y el trato del personal pésimo ya que tuvimos que pagar parking 2 días cuando ellos ofrecen aparcamiento gratuito, después de ir a la oficina y protestar nos trajeron otro mando que ese ya por fin funcionaba! , por lo demás el apartamento bien situado y normal. Deberían comprobar llaves y mandos de los apartamentos que tienen antes de entregárselo a los clientes, porque perdimos 2 días de playa y descanso hasta que se solucionó el problema.
