- Dmitri (9/5): - The room was nice and cozy, with well-managed bathroom. Air conditioner worked perfectly, we had enough dishes to cook by ourselves. The staff is very friendly and professional - especially Madonna. The terrace upstairs is a wonderful place to relax and have a drink. The stove has only one section - not enough. Also, sometimes it disconnects. Too much ice in the frigde. Air conditioning in bathroom wasn't sufficient. But overall, it's all minor and doesn't affect on pur enjoyment of being in this place ;)

- Mykyta (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable and Convenient Flat in the Heart of Istanbul I had a great stay at this cozy flat located near the Yenikapı metro station, right in the heart of Istanbul. The flat has a classic, comfortable style that feels very much like an European home, with a few unique local touches that remind you you’re in Türkiye. It was clean, and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation. The host was friendly and responsive. A special thanks to Madonna, the housekeeper, for her outstanding service. The flat was spotless, and her attention to detail truly made a difference in my stay.

- Osama (5/5): Staying a day it's fine. - Many restaurants near the property can service all the food at a fair price. Also, some people can prepare their breakfast by themself as well. The bathroom was not appropriate at all, and, I stayed 10 days nobody cleaned the room, they did not knock on the door to ask me for my demands, and everything was done by myself. also, the WiFi was a nightmare.
- Mohammed (5/5): I am not satisfied - The place is near the metro He changed my room as soon as I arrived and put me in another hotel, and five days later he told me he wanted me to go to the same room that I booked the first time and return to the same room in the second hotel the next day. I told him, “If you move me, I don’t want you to move me between your hotels.” He said, “Okay, you will spend the rest of your days in the room.” Which I booked for the first time. The first time I arrived, the air conditioning in the room to which I was transferred was not working, the bathroom water was leaking outside, and there was no street noise isolation in both rooms.

In walking distance from a lot of attractions and Simit cafe is great for a meal. We didn’t have any control of the heating and it got a bit hot so we had to rely on the aircon.

- Veena (6/5): Pleasant - Convenient location. Few minutes to metro station and high street. No lift, quite noisy as can hear ppl from the street,neighbors walking up the stairs, closing doors, etc. The facilities are quite old and not warm enough at night.

It was good to have a kitchenette to be able to cook a quick meal. The apartment is pretty small but I think that's reflected in the price. A bit far from the main attractions but we didn't mind the walk and getting to see things along the way.

- Márk (4/5): Not the best. - Small room. There are quite a few things missing from the room. We had to ask for toilet paper and trash bags separately every time, because they don't really take care of such things. When you ask for toilet paper for the second time, it's a bit unpleasant… There is nothing in the kitchen, everyone should expect that. And the house is very noisy, everything can be heard from the stairwell. Consider booking another accommodation!

Many restaurants around. The staff spoke English and Russian You have to walk up the stairs that are not very convenient, however i got help with the suitcase, so it was not a big problem

There is no lift and there was a lot of stairs to clim with luggage, although the staff helped me on request. The aircons were not great. They moved me from the first room because it wasn't working properly and then the second room the aircon just didn't regulate properly but it did cool the room.

I asked my aunt about the hotel and she said it was much much better. Everything was great according to her. And I was happy too. The host/ess was very friendly as well, I messaged him/her and he/she was eager to help. When I visit Istanbul next time, I am gonna stay in this place for sure. My aunt didn't mention anything that is negative about this place. Everything was top notch according to her.
