• Andrew (7/5): Lovely villa, unfortunately housekeeping let it down - Despite confirming flight landed at 14:51. The person due to meet us left at 16:30. Someone else was due to come. But she was not given the keys and had to return to collect them and was 50 minutes away in the north of the island. She arrived at approx 18:00 and was a friend of the host with very little knowledge. Fortunately we had visited the villa before so had a good idea of what to do. We asked several times to both the host and Holidu if we were entitled to a Mid Stay bedding and towel change. This was never answered The Kitchen kettle handle was getting very hot and Main Bedroom hairdrier overheated and stopped working completely. These were reported to the Host and were eventually replaced, but with Travel appliances. The kettle was only capable of holding enough water for 2 cups. This was again reported but no correct appliances provided. We had to report the original pillow cases were stained in Bedroom 2. These were changed but all pillowcases were too small for the pillows making them very hard when put into the cases

• Bridget (6/5): Nice location and villa but poor communication with the host - The location was near the town but also in a quiet residential area. Spacious and a nice pool Not properly prepared for our stay I had dirty bedding on my bed my daughter didn’t have a duvet on her bed or any towels. There was no toilet paper in the downstairs toilet. There was dirt at the bottom of the pool. An airer was left at the property full of washing. There was a lizard living under the fridge. I reported this to Victor on the first day of our holiday but he never responded to my messages.
